Empire did a very good job with my hardwood, tile and carpet flooring install. Would recommend and use them again.

Got carpet 2 years ago. They are fast in getting carpet and installing. Carpet stained easily was unable to get clean w/professional carpet cleaner. Had to replace carpet within 2 years. When we replaced Empire carpet we realized how nice an upgraded pad felt. We paid for upgraded pad with Empire, but realized when we pulled carpet, they installed cheap padding. Would not recommend Empire secondary to quality and felt cheated paying for upgraded padding and getting low end product

No supervisor to check on quality of work. The workers were not very communicative during the project. Said they would show and didn't. One day, only 1 worker showed up to do the job of 2. At the end of the project, there a couple things that were not finished and they had to come back to complete. Mohawk flooring great; Empire Today just fair. Needs improvement! It seems like they were in a rush to start job to meet a sales quota.

Mark Chapman did an excellent job helping us select the product and although the install time got pushed, Freddie was able to pull it off in a timely manner. The folks on the service phone number need some help on common graces and humility.

Correction, I did hire this contractor. They installed carpet for me through a subcontractor. I also hired this contractor to install laminate flooring which was also installed through a subcontractor. Both experiences were five star.

We were able to buy our flooring under the 50/50/50 deal. We had originally ordered the LVP but they were sold out and had to buy an upgrade to maintain our time frame. I was upset that we had to pay for the upgrade due to the fact we ordered that floor and the salesman check to make sure we could maintain our schedule. The sales did give us an upgrade that wasn't completely out of line but really I felt it should have been free. Then the installation happened and our floors look amazing. The team that installed was local and did an amazing job. The quality is amazing and I must say the new floors have made me fall in love with my house.

Quick and efficient! Done in two and half days.. Although, it was pricey & theres still a few things that need fixing.. Which i will call them to correct.

My floor are letting I call about 9 times .no ever did anything about .the person who install it came 2 week ago ,and said that have to replace the floor but they have order it.is call Monday and he toll me that it in back order for my floor. And he call me back in 2 to 4 days no call . I been waiting .there no customer service. Your promise good quality product and great customer service but I have not gotten that from this company I'm still waiting for somebody to call me back when my damaged flooring it's going to come in and get installed you could take my money the part of your company there's no responsibility of getting the job time in a timely manner and getting customer service to call you back very unsatisfied will not recommend any other person to cope with this company
