Price was reasonable. Communication was excellent. Job was extremely well done

Buyer Beware. This is a dishonest company that is selling an inferior product. I paid $7,500 for carpeting that doesn't match the sample that I picked out. The installers were awful. They left a huge mess of carpet fibers all over my lawn, put heavy furniture back in the wrong places, walked on my new carpet with wet boots, and there are seams in the middle of rooms and the hallway. It looks like they used remnants instead of room size carpet rolls. Empire's customer service is awful. I have left dozens of messages and nobody calls me back. I bought the protection plan, which is useless since it is nearly impossible to communicate with a supervisor who could actually approve service. Do not use Empire Today, they are the worst.

They did not clean the floors after install and I had to sweep and mop for 2 hours afterward. I was also quoted for 20 extra square feet than I actually had. So I paid extra labor and materials that was not even needed. They did give me the extra materials but I would rather get a refund.

Good selection, pricing, and installation!

Do not hire this company I have had nothing but headaches using them. the workers were great but their corporate office has done nothing but tries to keep adding charges and sending inferior materials. Been not what we ordered. We ended up with a different color of wood flooring because what they sent was not waterproof. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone.

I am really pleased with how my carpet turned out, the installation was fast and it looks great. It felt a little expensive, even after negotiating the price down a bit, but I am a firm believer you get what you pay for and my carpet looks great so I have no regrets.

Worked hard. Worked fast. Friendly. Punctual. Moved furniture. Made the whole process as easy as possible.

The installers did an excellent job, they really worked to hard , started in the morning and didnâ t stop until they finished. They didnâ t stop for lunch and thank goodness I had water and protein drinks . And the floor looks beautiful.

Empire Today was prompt to originally install the flooring in 4 rooms. Once they got the check, it was almost impossible to get ahold of anyone at the company. The flooring was installed in October. In January, we had a leak that damaged a 6x6 ft. area. They came out, assessed the damage, and said to call when the leak was fixed and base flooring was dried out. I had the leak fix and started calling them to replace the damaged area in late February. I have called every few weeks since then & given every excuse in the book. When I tell them that was the same excuse they gave me last month, they say a manager will call me back the same day. It is now The last week of September, I have never had a call back from a manager or anyone else. They have given me promised appointments for the past two Fridays, never showed or called to cancel. This Friday is the third appointment this month. I have been assured once again that I am their first appointment. If they are a no show this time, I will have to pass it on to my attorney.

My only complaint was a miscommunication between the sales and install team on the color of the quarter round. Also, the install took 2 days instead of one.

The salesperson, Lilith, was very friendly and not the least bit pushy. Leo and Alex did an excellent job replacing carpet in the living room and stairs with laminate. It looks fantastic! IMO, the job was just a little pricey but it was well worth it. We are very happy with the results.
