Workers were very professional. Paid attention to detail and cleaned up everything, even vacuumed the surrounding area they did not install. Also cleaned up the driveway. Courteous and on time.

At first there was a question about the difference on our workorder vs the contractor's worker ( ours indicated removal of vinyl floor in kitchen which was nut on their workorder) but they called Texas and resolved the issue, so better communication for workorders is needed. the workmanship and professionalism of the work crew was amazing. Clean up was so complete that except for new floors, never new they were there. Also better estimation of how long (as in how many days) a job might take would be nice. Linoleum work was done on different days and took more than one day to complete.

The sales person was knowledgeable and prepared to show me samples when he arrived. The installers were courteous and professional. They did a good job and included me in the boarder decisions before performing the work. Great Job well done.
