The flooring project was done within a week of getting the referral from Home Advisor. Empire assessed the project well and made recommendations which would insure a good outcome. I am happy with all aspects of dealing with Empire.

The laminate installers are different 1st time I was pregnant with twins and they had to come back our and redo everything after my babies were born I was not happy. Was happy with second time around. I had laminate reinstalled 12/16/20 and again a terrible job. Now i have to wast another day dealing with installation and hope they do a good job. I need the team that did my floors last time they did a great job.

I wanted the tile laid a certain way, they wouldn't do it- claiming it would void the warranty (?). I challenged that, then they told me there were not enough tiles and it would take a week to get more. I showed them the pattern would work. They said to call my salesman, which I did and he was less than receiving who said he would have his supervisor call me- who never did. Because I had an out of town guest coming, I gave in. Tile looks good, but it wasn't what I wanted.

I don't like to complain, but l had issues with the salesman and I told him I want to cancel my order and I want my deposit back. He told me l have to call customer service ,so l called and to make the long story short, I agreed to have it installed on 9/10/2019. Instead it was installed the following day. The salesman said he would check the work after a few days of installation. To this day no one has contacted me to check the work.!!! Someone needs to check as I have a few things to point out. Thank you

Andrey and his team came in and did a wonderful job the house looks totally different. I am very pleased with Empire and the efficiency they did the job in a day and a half my house was 70% carpeting and it looks amazing now with the new flooring

Paid then they never showed up. Had to take a second day off work and didnt show the second time either! Gave me the run around. Only positive thing was they did give me a full refund and didnt give me too hard of a time when I asked for it.

Way over our budget

The salesman and the workers were all professional and helpful. I had carpet installed in an empty three bedroom house, and vinyl tiles in two bathrooms, so it went pretty smoothly. Everything looks great! The only problems were the dust in the bathrooms from scraping the linoleum off the concrete slab, and the fact that the workers did not install the luan sub-flooring before the tiles. I was quickly refunded the cost of the missing underlayment. I'll hire them again!

They left the home full of dust that took two weeks to clean-up. Obviously, they did not protect the furnishings, kitchen appliances and cabinets.

They did not honor their contract.

We aborted the project during installation due to unprofessional conduct of the installers. This company has NO customer support, This was one of the worst home improvement experiences we've experienced and recommending thief reflects poorly on the credibility of Home Advisor.

Signed a contract with them several weeks ago to install vinyl flooring in our laundry room. We also gave a deposit at the time of the signing. One of the terms of the contract was that we had to have the washer and gas dryer disconnected when the installers came. We had someone come in to disconnect the gas dryer. We were called this morning with an arrival time for the installer between 10 and 11. At noon we called the office and were told the installer would be here at 2 pm. At about 1:30 pm we received a called from the installer saying that he was at the warehouse and our material had not been ordered. The warehouse manager said he could have the material there tomorrow morning. When I called the office they wanted to put us on the installation schedule for November 29 -- totally unacceptable. In the meantime our laundry facilities are disconnected and not useable. Such a mess!! Following the above-mentioned disasters, we received a call from Dennis Morairty on Saturday morning to take care of the job. He arrived at the time he scheduled and did a wonderful job with our floor. He saved Empire's reputation in our household. Great job, Dennis.

Everything appears to be fine and it looks great.

Empire need to make sure they hire reliable and professional people to do their work.

I got a excellent deal on the Berber carpet that I chose, but they had a very limited color selection. Next, time I will hold out until I can find the color I really want. But, the price was super affordable and the job was completed in 1 day.

Was completed quickly after we selected a product and the installers were very efficient and removed and replaced all the furniture.
