We worked with 4EverRemodeling to update 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom. The bathrooms are relatively small, and they totally transformed them. Magda was our designer and project manager, and she was really terrific in terms of vision, efficiency in selecting materials, and responsiveness. The workers who executed the project were reliable and very respectful. There were a few unexpected issues that we encountered along the way and the team was responsive to make sure the final products were how we wanted them to be. I was also really impressed with the follow up. They came by 30 days after the jobs were complete to make sure everything was ok. We also thought the price point for the amount/quality of the work was excellent.

It was a pleasure working with the 4Ever Remodeling team to complete a nearly full gut rehab of our Chicago townhouse. There were many starts and stops with our project (Chicago Building Department issues, townhome assoication items, and a pandemic) which streched our schedule out by six months or more, but the 4Ever team never showed any weariness and was responsive the entire time. Working with Magda was a pleasure, she was very good at keeping the project moving foward and was an excellent reasource for design decisions. We enjoy everyday in our newly remodeled home and we thank 4Ever for helping us create this small treasure. We don't have any projects on the horizon but if we did we would not hesitate to use 4Ever again.

Very well. 4Ever Remodeling gave us a free quote, a number of really good design suggestions, and time to investigate cheaper pricing for the cabinets. When the work was scheduled, the team was very conscious of COVID safety measures. They did excellent work and we love the deep colors of the cabinets, which matches the trim in the room. The bookshelves, in particular, were the work of a fine craftsman and we felt that we were in the hands of a good team.

We had an amazing experience with this company. The first contact we had with 4Ever remodeling was in February. After a few meeting with the team, we decided to move forward and start complete renovation of our townhouse. The whole process started with, in home consultation, estimator asked multiple questions and was very knowledgeable. We have been discussing budget and fallowing steps in the process. Moving forward we received price and started with design. After 3D visualization and reviewing all options we approved contract and started permit process. Within 2 months, 4Ever Remodeling started construction process. The team assigned to our project was working every day and even some of the Saturdays. We had received weekly updates about the progress of our project and interior designers were in constant contact to make sure that all design details were followed. Work included: two and a half bathrooms, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, new hvac system, new flooring, stairs, carpentry and painting. The whole construction took 6 months and we are pleased with the whole experience. Communication was top notch and quality of work was outstanding. We are happy that we picked 4Ever Remodeling.

I contacted 4Ever remodeling to remodel our two bedroom and 2 bathroom condominium.From the initial call and setting up the appointment Katie, the office rep was responsive and detailed. She asked me some qualifying questions and scheduled the appointment. The sales consultant was very knowledgeable and gave us good advice. After we decided to start the process interior designers Magda and Anna provided 3D rendering and helped with all selections. The remodeling crew was friendly, very clean as well as detailed oriented. 4Ever remodeling provides high quality service with excellent communication and exceptional craftsmanship. Our place looks great.

This was a third time that we contracted 4Ever Remodeling for our project. Full newly purchased condominium that included new kitchen, two bathrooms, flooring and painting. From the beginning we had good experience from Damian who prepared the quote , interior designers Magda and Anna, project manager Konrad, team doing the work Mariusz, Wojtek, Lukas, Marin, and the painter Wladimir. They provided 3D visualization before any discussion were made.. Selection process went smoothly as we picked mid-level products. The construction started as planned and the team was working almost every day. Katie provided weekly updates on changes and invoices. Project manager took care of all association paperwork. Communication was on high level, either via text, email or in person. Every decision was put in writing, nothing was confirmed by word which we really liked. They completed the project on time and with high quality. Very good design and remodeling company. If you are looking for good quality work with fair price you are in the right spot.

I can not praise the team at 4Ever Remodeling enough. They showed up everyday and were immaculate. And, they transformed our tired master bath and hallway bathrooms into high-tech beauties. Damien met with us so we could discuss our budget and vision, coming back with a proposal the next day. Then we met with the designer, Magda, who sent us our cool 3-D blueprints, met with us at various vendors to help us make the right decisions and basically held our hands through the whole process, solving any problems which arose. Robert and his team were very skilled in tiling, painting, plumbing and electrical. All in all, I can not praise them enough and we are so happy with the results!

Full remodeling of 1500 s.ft basement that included new demo, design, framing, full bathroom, bedroom, plumbing, electrical, flooring, trim and painting. Project manger took care all permit and legal paper work. Communication was on high lever, either via text, email or in person. Basement was competed on time and as expected. Very good design and remodeling company. If you are looking for good quality work with responsible price call them for estimate.

We had a small bathroom with a jacuzzi tub that was never used so it was time for a whole new bathroom. With help from the great designer we put together some drawings, then she helped us at the various stores with selecting tiles, vanities, etc. The workers were always on time and they were always helpful, pleasant, respectful. What we like most is that they clean up at the end of each day, and the work they do is so high quality and professional. If anything is off, they are on top of it right away to make it right for you.

The work was well done. Our basement is very beautiful taken from an unfinished basement to a great living space with bathroom. The team was responsive with communication. Konrad the project manager was easy to reach. Vortec was such a pleasure to work with, he is detailed and takes pride in the quality of his work. A company I would hire again.

4Ever Remodeling did a fantastic job remodeling my basement! I interviewed 5 contractors before hiring this company and I am so happy with my choice. Their pricing is fair, they did a high quality job and got it done in the timeline they provided (this last part is so hard to find!). They like to start the project once all of your big decisions are made and orders are placed, because they are highly efficient in getting the job done quickly. I strongly recommend using their Interior Designer, Magda. She is optional, but the price for her to work with you is so inexpensive and her value add is so high, you would be crazy not to use her. While she is an Interior Designer and will provide drawings of the project, go shopping with you and help you make the right choices for your finishes... she also plays the role of a GM. This includes managing the crew, trouble shooting problems as they arise, telling you want and when to order materials and making sure everything goes smoothly. I have experience with home remodels and I would not have wanted to do this project without her. Overall, the basement is now the perfect playroom for my son, including a full bath, wet bar and 5th bedroom for the house. We couldn't be more satisfied with the project and I am so happy to provide them with glowing recommendation.

Overall, a good experience but it was not perfect. The 3 month project went for almost 4 months with one call back on tile work. The additional time was due to some extra work - they accidentally hit a water line and we had water run on the inside of the walls and end up in our basement ceiling. It was an accident and they were responsive and fixed anything that was affected. Relative to other contractors, they are solid.

I could not have been more pleased with 4Ever Remodeling. The bathroom turned out even better than I had imagined. From design, material selection, and construction, the staff was always accessible and promptly answered any questions. The tradesman that completed the work were professional and perform quality installation.

We contracted with 4Ever Remodeling for a basement build-out. The design planning was great and helped us with figuring out a layout that would maximize the spaces that were most important us. 4Ever Remodeling also helped us select finishes that would go well together. There were some minor issues along the way that could have been avoided with better communication. However, we were very satisfied with the quality and design of the finished product. We would definitely consider 4Ever Remodeling again for our next project.

Overall we are happy with the work, timing, and final result. We found them through referral, from our friends. The whole process went smoothly and provided design helped us optimize space and functionality. The price was little bit higher then 2 others contractors however 4Ever Remodeling offered us quality craftsmanship, detail labor warranty and whole management. This is why we felt most comfortable to work with. I would hire them again.

I had contacted numerous remodeling companies for weeks trying to find the right company for the job. My friend recommended 4Eever Remodeling so I contacted them. I needed flooring replaced in my living room, kitchen, and bathroom, so it involved a lot of work. When I sat down with the PM to discuss the job I immediately knew they were my top choice. He explained everything in detail so I wouldnt have to worry about any permits or inspectors, they took care of everything. No other company could get me a deal like 4Ever Remodeling did. There were no problems throughout the whole process and even though it took a little longer than expected it was definitely worth it, but the team at 4Ever Remodeling made sure to let me know ahead of time so there were no surprises.

4Ever Remodeling did a wonderful job on our bathroom! The house we bought a few years ago had an outdated master bathroom and we really needed a change. They surpassed our expectations and the bathroom turned out better than I imagined. I've always wanted a modern look for it and 4Eever Remodeling went above and beyond. The job took about 3 weeks, which was shorter than previously estimated and that made us very happy. The project coordinator checked-in with us every step of the way to make sure the project went according to plan. Overall, we are extremely satisfied and will be looking to get more work done through this great company.

So far the best remodeling company we hired- they are very professional and did great job in our apartment. We made full remodeling of the bathroom, including tiles, new shower, and extra storage. New cabinets in the kitchen and quartz countertops. The team removed old carpet and replaced it with new hardwood floor. We are so satisfied with the end result. I would highly recommend for anyone!

We had very good experience with 4Ever Remodeling. They did whole kitchen and master bathroom remodeling that took 8 weeks. We got multiple estimates from different companies. Many team members from 4Ever Remodeling where involved in the project ; from designer, project manager to filed crew. Whole remodeling went as planned with small change orders due to discovery after demolition. Not a surprise as this is an old houses. Final result was as per design selection with high attention to details. Planning to do basement remodeling soon and will be in touch with them for estimate.

We are so satisfied with our main floor remodeling - 4Ever Remodeling performed excellent work, starting with great communication and understanding our style and needs. The team worked very hard everyday and they were always on time, and what is more important - they always kept our house as clean as possible which helped us a lot during the renovation process. The kitchen was the main change for us, and we am so happy with the final result - new cabinets and countertops, more storage and more open space! Special thanks to the designer for helping us with choosing new flooring - beautiful tiles in the bathroom and powder room, and hardwood flooring on the rest of the floor. We are very pleased on how well our whole first floor renovation turned out. The project consisted of: kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, electrical, flooring and load bearing wall remodeling. It took approximately 3 months to complete and it required permit. We had many different team members from 4Ever Remodeling working on our project from office staff to architect and designer. Everyone that worked on our project was very pleasant and respectful. We were extremely impressed with how everything was organized, and we were continuously updated by our project manager-on what was being done and who would be doing what. I’ve never hired a company twice until 4Ever Remodeling. They did a bathroom remodel previously - same scope - tub to walk in shower with new tile/ fixtures which I loved. They did a great job, so of course I hired them again! I’ve done multiple home improvements before, but the difference was communication. Had tons from the PM, Konrad, to let me know what was scheduled. They were very accommodating and patient on moving some dates with my issues getting materials during the pandemic. Overall, quality work and I would definitely hire them for a future project
