I cannot say enough good things about this contractor. From the initiation of contact by me and throughout the entire project, everyone with whom I came in contact was professional and courteous and very helpful with suggestions for improving the project and whenever issues arose. The project was completed well within the timeframe established at the outset of the project. Project management was outstanding. The workers were very neat and took great care to minimize the scattering of dust, etc. to other areas of the house. Finally, it was clear to me throughout the project that my satisfaction with the job was of paramount interest to them. I would recommend this contractor for any remodeling project that anyone might have.

4Ever Remodeling put us on schedule even though we did own the house witch was huge advantage to us. Once the 4Ever Remodeling design team (Anna and Magda) put together design plans for our place we started selecting and ordering finished materials. The permit process took approximately 4 weeks and once we received it, 4Ever Remodeling was able to start the work within 2,5 weeks. Project manager was involved in the process for the beginning and he communicated with us promptly. We requested the same team that did the project on previous house and they were able to accommodate the request. Once the project got started, we were visiting our house on daily bases. What we saw was attention to details and the way they secured and protected our house. Plastic sheets, floor paper, wall barriers, zippers were used to minimize dust speeding and floor protection. Demolition was done within a week and they started electrical, plumbing and hvac. Project manager Mike was informing us every day what is happening and the progress. Building inspections were completed and they started drywalling and tile work. Tile guys Jack and Alex kept perfect lines and executed the design they way we envisioned. We were amazed the way carpenters Robert and Martin assembled all cabinets, fine cuts for crown moldings, door and trim installation. Painting was done by Vladimir and his helper which we don’t remember the name. The whole project took over 3 months and the results were delivered as expected. Hiring 4Ever Remodeling was not cheap but they way they operate and what that they offer was worth it: architect, design team, project manager, multiple people working on the project, high quality work, very good materials, and 3 year warranty. Keeping job side clean and safe was they top priority and the reason I’m saying that they didn’t allow us to enter working area without proper supervision and we respected that approach. We understood that safety of everyone working to the project is important. The final day of the project they scheduled final walk thur to go over the project and signed close out paper work. A week after the completion the 2 of dimmer switches weren’t working properly and they schedule electrician to replace them and now everything is working good and looks as we expected. Very good and solid remodeling company.

Both projects turned out very good and was amazed at the final outcome. My house is ~ 140 years old and has been in need a some much needed updating with a strong emphases of safety for my every day moving about. The craftsmanship that put into the work here is something that I've struggled to secure with other contractors and look forward to having the same team work on my kitchen project scope soon.

My husband and I hired 4Ever Remodeling after an extensive research to find the right design- build company to remodel our home. I am sure that we were not easy to work with as we had very specific design ideas but once I found out that the designers Anna and Magda had actually designed one of the projects that I found on this company website, I took it as a good sign. We checked their references, AL, Yelp and Google reviews and State Licensing. They were a bit more expensive than the other quotes but their reputation and process were outstanding. We are so glad we made the right choice. I loved that we got a start date AND a finish date, along with a schedule through their builderstrend software of exactly what was going to be done each day and who was going to be in my home doing it. Our project manager was on the top of everything.I am thrilled to report that is exactly what transpired. Whole team from office manager, sals consultant, designers, project manager, workers and trades were true to their words. My new home that included remodeling of kitchen, 2 bathrooms, plumbing, electrical, flooring and painting work loo looks the way envisioned from the beginning. Every single day during construction my house was left clean, the tram was punctual and polite. I love my newly renovated house and look forward to our next project exterior project with 4Ever Remodeling.

The project went extremely well. The work was high quality and professional as were the team that completed the job. We couldn't have been happier with the process and the final results.

I paid a little more than other quotes, but I found it a good value - I needed the help of actual design services and they produced detailed renderings of the job which I found helpful. They were very professional and easy to work with.

My wife and I decided to hire 4Ever Remodeling for our basement rehab project. We had a 1200 square foot unfinished basement that needed complete work for making into "livable space". The needed work included window replacement, framing, drywall, flooring, electrical and plumbing. Every one including Damian (the Owner who first met with us for the initial proposal and estimate) to Magda and Anna (who helped with the design plan) to Mike (the Project Manager who often checked in with updates) to Rafal (the Project Foreman who led the construction) . . . all were very friendly, helpful, professional and provided quality work. We have zero regrets hiring 4Ever and would definitely refer and use them again on future projects.

From the initial meeting to the finished product the entire process was smooth. Very happy with attention to detail and craftsmanship that went into work.

Both our bathrooms are amazing and exceeded our expectations. Magda and Pete were wonderful to work with. Damian's crew did an excellent job on the work in my small condo bathroom. There were some hiccups along the way as it is an old building and a small space and those always have their quirks, but they always worked to resolve everything so that the final product would be as close to what I wanted as possible. I would work with them again.

It was a very easy process from start to finish. The work completed was exceptional. Everyone involved in the process was nice and very easy to work with. Absolutely great company and highly recommend using them.

4ever did a great job, transforming our basement into the nicest room in our house. After working with them, I would not consider another project like this without doing the 3-D drawings and design work and options they provided. My wife repeatedly mentioned how we would have been lost without Magda helping us with all the many decisions to make with room layout, materials selection, etc. They were easy to work with and attentive throughout the project, even as we encountered some challenges with our home.

This conpany was referred to us by our daugher. A few months ago they did work for her and seeing resoults we decided to pull the triger with our old kitchen project. They came out and provided consulatation with good ideas. After the office visite and accepting the contract we were working on the design with Anna and Magda. This process took around 5 weeks. They helped us with all selections and cabinet choices. Also they are dealer of very good quilty cabinets line Mouser. The construction took 6 weeks and workers were on side Monday thru Friday on dayly bases. Project manager was is contact and visited the side often to cordinate the process. The experiance was very good and the kitchen looks exactly as on the 4ever remodeling design software. We will hire them again in a year of two for our basement project.

We reached out to a few different contractors on our kitchen remodel before the pandemic began and were looking to use 4Ever Remodeling based on the services they offer and the price. They weren't the cheapest but also not the most expensive and they had great reviews. We decided to pause because the pandemic hit and just with all the uncertainty we weren't ready to sign a contract yet and Damian was super gracious about it. However after nearly a year of being in our kitchen every day our appliances started to give out so we reached out to Damian to restart the project. He got us a quote really quickly and we started working with Magda on the design. It was super helpful to work with Magda because she made some really key suggestions that have made our kitchen a joy to use. Once the project started we were working with Mike who was our project manager and he was super responsive to us which was incredibly helpful. We even had a mishap where our laundry appliances died in the middle of the remodel and they were able to add some electrical work so that the new laundry appliances we got could be installed. It was a pleasure working with them, the only hiccups we had were basically out of control of the team because it was trying to get appliances delivered in Chicago in winter while there were snow storms all week. Even though that messed up the estimated timeline, they were really great at adjusting and figuring out how to take care of us as quickly and efficiently as possible given what was in their control. The contractors themselves were excellent craftsmen and they were respectful, clean, efficient and just a joy to work with. We highly recommend Damian and his team. They have excellent craftsmen and we couldn't be happier with the quality. Having used the kitchen for a few weeks now we're really thrilled with the way the project turned out and will definitely be using them again for any further remodeling projects.

Hiring 4ever Remodeling was a no brainer for us. Our house didn't have a dedicated master bathroom in which we wanted to make our office space next to our bedroom our master bath and update unused basement space into a new office. As first time home owners, as well as hearing nightmare stories of remodeling and contracting projects from the outside world, we were apprehensive that moving forward could be more stressful than it was worth. After meeting with Damian about the potential project and seeing their quality of work on past remodels, we instantly knew we would be in good hands and wanted to move forward. Once the contract was signed, we began the design process (my personal favorite part :) ) Magda and her team were a breeze to work with and understood my personal taste and vision but also provided their design expertise to make the bathroom and office what it is. The entire project took just under 4 weeks, which is truly remarkable as you can see in the pictures. Robert and the team were here everyday on time (if not early). Everyday there was a significant change in the progress. While they moved at lightning speed, the attention to detail was never overlooked. Mike, the Project Manager, checked in with us regularly by either stopping by or sending us a text. We went out of town for a week in the midst of the project and he even facetimed us to show us options of where or towel racks could be positioned. Not once did we feel like we were one of many other remodeling projects going on for this company. We've already recommended them to local friends and family for their remodel needs and will continue to do so. They will even be doing yet another project for us later this Spring, to rebuild our detached garage (we didn't think twice about hiring anyone else). Thank you 4ever Remodeling!

Last year my wife and I reached out to multiple contractors/companies to remodel the upstairs kitchen in our two-flat and convert an unfinished hallway into a laundry room. We ultimately decided to go with 4Ever Remodeling after meeting with Damian and Magda. Their quoted price was very reasonable; not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive compared to other design/build companies. We could not be happier with how everything turned out. Their flexibility, professionalism, and -- most importantly -- the quality of work exceeded our expectations. The scope of work was by no means simple, as almost everything about the layout of our kitchen was functionally obsolete and needed to be re-imagined for easier everyday use and modern storage needs. Plumbing and gas lines had to be re-configured for an additional sink and laundry installation, and the refrigerator had to be creatively fit into an adjacent closet behind the existing drywall. These tasks were expertly completed and the photos speak for themselves as to the quality of workmanship. We used Magda for her kitchen design service before construction and we highly recommend using her. Her knowledge, expertise, and confidence was invaluable to us and would be to anyone who doesn’t have experience dealing with the nuances and stress that come with an extensive remodel. She was there to not only to extract the vision we wanted into construction drawings but also to help consult us on more specific design ideas, and often break our indecisive gridlocks on simple choices like backsplash, faucets, grout color, etc. Any remodeling process can be overwhelming but Magda simplified things for us and was worth her fee 10 times over. As soon as construction started, the foreman, Adam, and his team, were on site every morning, Monday through Friday (and sometimes Saturday!), 8am-5pm, like clockwork, until the job was done. 4Ever is a company that is not going to stop the job until it is finished. Adam was a unique problem solver who was able to diagnose and correct issues arising from the age of our 140 year old house. He was very focused and kept us informed on the schedule and ideas for bringing the design to fruition. He even returned after the job was technically finished to complete touch ups and correct minor things which was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend 4Ever Remodeling based on our experience working with them. The care and attention to detail throughout this project was unmatched by any other remodeling company/contractor we've dealt with, and because of that we’ll definitely be using them again for our next project.

4ever Remodeling was great to work with and we would definitely hire again for future projects. Magda really took the time to get to know our style and delivered a perfect design for our project. She helped to maximize our small space which really increased the functionality of the space. The finishing touches she helped us pick make it just stunning. Mike provided us with weekly progress updates and kept great, open communication about the timing of the project and what to expect. He helped to coordinate everything with our schedules and was considerate of the fact that we were living through a remodel with 3 young children. Martin has excellent craftmanship skills and great attention to detail. We were happy with his work and impressed that he kept such a clean workspace. We were really happy with the quality of the work and impressed they were able to deliver the project within the expected time frame. We would hire again in the future.

This is secand time that we hired 4ever remodeling for remodeling project. New plumbing, electric, windows, drywall, tile, flooring, bathroom, flooring, doors, staircse and painting. Every good expirinace with high qulity work. Comuniction was prumped and on time.

4Ever Remodeling remodeled a bathroom for us. The work took approximately 3 weeks. The end result was AMAZING! Konrad the Project Manager kept me informed when issues arrived and resolved any of my concerns in regards to dust and the overall mess the job entailed. Absolutely no dust or mess. Went well. They were ahead of schedule and very easy to talk to about any issues. I feel like it went as smooth as it possibly could have gone and the basement looks great. I plan to hire them when we are able to remodel our main kitchen.

4Ever Remodeling did a complete bathroom renovation on our primary bathroom. I felt the value was quite good in the services they offered and the finished work. They provided design assistance, project management, coordination of most materials and obviously did all the work in the bathroom too. It was a pretty seamless experience from start to finish and I enjoyed working with them. Design assistance is included in their services and even though I had an idea of what I wanted it was nice to have someone to help quickly narrow in on options and bounce ideas off of. It was also great to have a designated project manager so we didn't have to do any of the coordination, etc...as the work was happening. The bathroom itself looks great, everything was very well done and we are happy with the result!
