It all started with Rachael in cust. service. Very helpful in making my decision & super friendly as well ! Johnny was very willing to discuss and explain the complete installation process to spray foam insulate the homeâ s rim joist. The installation went extremely well. The crew explained as they proceeded. I really could not be any happier with Rachael, Johnny and the crew. I am going to use them to blow-in insulation to my attic as well. Thank you all, I will be talking to you all again soon.

Working with this team was amazing, from Rachel setting up the appointment, to Johnny showing up next day then a week later job is done. I had attic, crawl and garage insulated at a fair price, everyone was great. When I spoke to Rachel day 1 I said I'm looking for a guy, you know so I can say, I gotta guy" well I can say now I gotta guy and US Home Services will be my first call!! Thank you Johnny. Everyone was very easy to work with starting with Rachel she was amazing if I could give her 6 stars I would, if I had my own business I would try to steal her from Johnny he also was very easy to work with explained everything I needed to know, the crew came out they were very friendly and very professional, I would definitely use them again.

Very professional and informative

All aspects of the blowen in insulation and the placing of the vents in the eves was performed very professionally. I would not hesitate to use this company on other projects.

The entire process was seemless. Starting with Rachel, she was very polite and made sure I understood the entire process. Johnny came by and inpsected the attic and provided me with the quote. During the inspection, he informed me that I would not hear any noise while the guys are working as I work from home. Julio and Matt came as scheduled and did a fantastic job. I only heard them when they came and and when they left. These guys are great and I would recomend to anyone!!

Johnnie was wonderful to work with, and he explained everything from the inspection, the findings, the estimate, and the installation process. The installers were Amazing! Very courteous, respectful of us and our home, and they cleaned up after the work was completed!! I highly recommend this company!

After talking to Rachel in the office I felt confident with US HOME SERVICES John came out looked over what needed accomplished gave me a price i thought was fair no need for 2nd estimate I gave him the job the rest is history

Matt and Julio, the Installers, were prompt, courteous, efficient, neat and hard workers. They cleaned up perfectly after themselves and did a great job. If you use this company I would specifically request these two guys!!!

They listened to my questions and concerns and made sure I understood the process, considered my needs. Very professional, courteous, and prompt. Would consider them for other work.

Worth the time and money

First of all to set up an appointment I spoke with Rachel in the office. Her customer service is of high quality. She said her technician Johnny would be out here I was going to love him and she was right I did. He came I thought I needed more fence repair than was damaged, 80 ft, and actuality it was only 74 ft after he measured took off some cost for me. He said he will get the fence and they would be out here to put up my fence which was damaged by tornado. Afterwards I love this so much I hired them on again to fix the part that was not damaged by the tornado they got me in right on the next day. I love their punctuality, their professionalism, and skillfulness in place in my fence back in the correct spot and it is sturdiness now. I will hire them again to stain my front fence and my porch because their work is of the highest quality that I have seen in the past 3 years in dealing with contractors, count them eight. Of which three I cannot get in contact with anymore. But Johnny stands by his word his work and his Workman. They are specialized in so many areas I may have to use them to construct an additional bathroom. I highly recommend hiring them to anyone that needs work done.

I had insulation done on my home, which has two roofs (split-leveled house). Johnny and I coordinated between my busy schedule and something very important and personal that he was dealing with. Johnny explained everything that would happen in great detail; and they did not deviate from the plan. After the job was finished, they did a very good job of clearing away all debris. It was a good experience, and the cost fit by budget well. I called them back for a second job, and Johnny was the contact person once again - this time, my basement crawl space was insulated. Same thing - what was expected was done, and the cost was affordable. I am scheduling a third job now!

Our technician Matt phenomenal we are so happy with the knowledge and him explaining to us exactly what our house currently has what it need and what will happen once we get it insulated. We are so much more comfortable in our home. he was wonderful. Rachel was so great at organizing everything and Johnny came out and gave us a beautiful explanation of why insulation of our attic would nothing but positive. they are extremely professional and a joy to work with

The job was scheduled for July 1, 2022. It was project (repair garage ceiling due to water leaked) for my daughter's house which is 28 miles from my home. First day, appointment was from 1-4 PM, it was a no show. We called and was told technician had a flat tire. However, there was no communication. Got information after repeated calling. Second day, appointment was from 1-4 PM, at 3.55 PM, we called the company asking whether technician was coming, phone was directly to tape recorder. 4.05, no body show up, we called again, it was again directly to tape recorder so we left. 4.35 PM, we are almost half way home, US Home Services called asking where were at, technician was waiting. We decided to go back to my daughter's house. We got there around 5 PM, technician had no drywall had to go Home depot. The job started at 5.45 PM until 9,30 PM, it was dark and difficult see. During the work, technician said he had a long day. On that day, he started working since 5 AM. However, finally the job was done. In the dark, it seemed to be OK By July5, we were called and asked whether the job was good. I had no chance to go and look at in the day. We had plan to look at it on the 8th. However, we were asked to pay and we did which is huge mistake. On the 8th, we went and was really disappointed for everything I have to finish the job myself. Since I am too busy, it will be done next year. On the hind sight, the only thing the company cares about is the rating and money. Nothing else.

I would use this company again for other services. Great price and everyone was professional and friendly. No issues or anything I could complain about.

Johnny was extremely helpful and explained things in a way that I could understand. I would highly recommend this company. I also plan on using them for future work, since they offer so much!

Johnny, the regional manager, was informative and helpful. The tech did the insulation well. He did break the attic hatch, but when I contacted the office about that, they sent him back out and he replaced the broken hatch.

I had a good experience with this company. They made everything super simple. The members of the team were very easy to work with and the project manager Johnny is awesome.

Insulators was very professional and thorough

We hired them to do our attic, bonus room and basement. They did a wonderful job. They went out of their way to keep us informed during the entire process. I would highly recommend them. Johnny was great to work with. We will hire them for other services.

Johnny and Rachael are very nice. They are easy to work with and provide great customer service. We hope this insulation job is the solution we are looking for. We won't know till the winter but I would recommend them again.

I highly recommend US Home Services. Blown insulation through the house and spray foam for the dormers as well as filling all crevices and cracks. The work ethics for Johnny, Rachel and Matt was exceptional. Everything was done on schedule and all cleaning was taken care of.

Engaged USHS for drywall repair. The technician did an excellent job. Since this is my first project with this company, I was little apprehensive but Johnny made me comfortable and assured. Rachel was incredible. She is a good listener and her customer rapport gave me confidence as I was handling this repair from out of state. Overall, I am pleased with their service.
