They have cut back on their staffing to where I'm pretty much on my own. It's hard to find someone at Home Depot. They usually, always have what I need. It isn't that they aren't responsive, it's more I can't find anyone. They could put in Kiosk and a lot more staff.

This went great.

They had a good selection, they were reasonably priced, and they came quickly.  They are very professional and they communicate well.  They told me when the date was going to come, what the price was, the different types of mulch that I could use, and the availability.

They brought a water heater that was too tall to fit. I had provided the dimensions of the existing heater and they brought a taller one. They tried to then sell me the one off the truck which he said had a dent. The bottom was crushed causing the side to wrinkle. They offered 50 off for this damaged water heater. I declined. They called at 7am and said I was the second stop after a stop in prospect heights. When I called at 3pm they were in Deerfield. I used them because they had next day service, but they showed up so late, 3:45pm,, with the wrong heater, they had to come back the next day. My family was without any water for another day. They charged 979 for a water heater that is $450 at Home Depot. And then charge 99 for replacing a valve that they originally told me was part of the install. After paying $1187, if you subtract tax and the cost of parts you're left with $700 labor for about three hours work - 2 guys 1.5 hours. These guys are not worth over $200/hr. They did give me 50 off for inconvenience but it was so over priced it didn't help. Had they provided next day service I would have been ok with the price, but they didn't.

They are okay. They helped me pick the toilet out. They don't deliver and that's a problem. They said that they could deliver the toilet to my garage but could not take it in the house. That would do me no good.

It was quality workmanship. They do things quickly and provide quality.

I was pleased with the turnout. It was more work on my part than I thought it would be initially. I had to hire outside to get some electric things taken care of.

They did a really nice job.  They were very punctual.  They made sure they did what they said they were going to do.  They were very helpful.  They were very pleasant to deal with.  They were very clean.  Overall, they were great.

We were very happy with their services. They were reasonably priced. They were personable and professional. They worked efficiently and got the job done.

It was easy to order things from them.  The people who they sent did a good job.

We ordered a special value carpeting for Home Depot. They contacted up on a timely basis regarding scheduling installation and working around another contractors estimated completion date before carpet could be installed. Installers did a great job and left the worksite spotless. We love the carpeting.

I am very happy with the appliances, as well as the service I received from the Home Depot salesperson. He gave me an overview of all the washers and dryers, asked about my needs, and gave his recommendations. There was absolutely no hard sell, and he was very patient with all my questions. His advice was very helpful.

After Home Depot's brutal sales process, I went to a private contractor, spent three hours of solid time and had an overall lower price quote with higher quality materials. I chose the private contractor. I wasted too many hours of my time chasing Home Depot's services when they should have been after my business.

We really like the look of the door. We were less than satisfied by the installation. They did an extremely poor job of re-installing the screen door. As for the quality of the door is has not been tested with any extremely cold weather.

Poor experience. Home Depot would point to GE. GE would point to Home Depot. Many, many [frustrating] calls. Eventually received a refund for the remaining period.

THE HOME DEPOT IN NAPERVILLE IS A GREAT PLACE TO GO FOR ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES, BECAUSE THEY HAVE AT LEAST ONE PERSON IN THE DEPARTMENT (DENNIS) THAT CAN ANSWER QUESTIONS AND HELP FIND THE RIGHT PRODUCTS. THEIR PLUMBING PEOPLE OFTEN KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING, ALTHOUGH THEY'RE PRETTY SURLY. DON'T BUY LUMBER HERE. WHENEVER I LOOK THROUGH THEIR LUMBER, THE QUALITY IS AMAZINGLY BAD. IN GENERAL, PRICES SEEM TO BE AT OR SLIGHTLY ABOVE THE PRICES AT MENARDS.
