From the pleasant quote Ron provided, to the awesome work Mike did, it was a high quality, high value job. Results literally blew me away. No extra charges, add-ons or surprises on the workday. The grout was in sad shape - cracking, falling out - we could feel and hear the problem. We opted to go with the flex grout as I know the sub-floor is inadequate and the cause of this problem. This was the right choice. In the meantime the work they did is gorgeous. Mike blended a new, lighter grout color that is perfect. I cannot believe it's the same floor. I regret not doing before/after photos. And I wish I did this well before the grout got as bad as it was. In short if you have issues with your tile grout Grout Medics has the solution for you. Would not hesitate to recommend or call again.

It went great. The tiles looked new after fixing the bad grout and then steam cleaning the tiles. Ron was very clear about what needed to be done with his estimate. He was fair with the price and very honest upfront. Mike was fantastic and worked very hard and you could see it in his excellent work.

Have used these guys before and again, they called ahead of time and let me know that they will be there in 15 minute and they were, as scheduled. Technician did let me know that the loose tiles were more involved than the original quote (and the person quoting the job did let me know that this was a possible extra). He went ahead and replaced wall board and the tiles, did the grout and caulk removal and reinstalled all new grout and caulk . OMG-wow! what a great result; like brand new. should have called them sooner. Even with the extra work, price was still below what I thought it might be. This saved me a ton of money by not having to redo the entire shower and it looks like new. I have used these guys twice and both times have not been disappointed. if your grout doesn't look great right now, call them and they will make a difference. if you are getting ready to sell, it would be well worth it! I did not catch the technician's name, but he started on it and did not stop till it was done. only time he left the room was to get supplies/tools from his vehicle.

I called the Grout Medic because it appeared that the grout in our shower was getting moldy and wanted to clean it up. Joe, from the Grout Medic came to give us a quote and explained to us what was happening to the grout. He explained that the previous owner stained the grout and what we were seeing was the original grout and not mold. He also gave us a detailed explanation regarding our options, we could stain the grout like the previous owners did and have it look good for a year or 2, or clean the tile and grout and re-grout it which would last 15-20 years. I just appreciated that he gave us various options and explained to us the difference in those options. The work was done a week later and took about 6 hours which is what they expected and our shower and guest bath look great! I would totally recommend the Grout Medic and would use them again!

The level of service, responsiveness, and quality was outstanding. I initially set up the visitation through Angie's Listing Website and I was contacted via email within several hours. We connected via telephone over the course of the next few days to line up an appointment to review the work to be completed. The individual evaluating the work, was on time (if not early) was very knowledgeable and told me what they could do. He gave me various options on what could be done. Within two weeks, I had both bathrooms completed to 100% satisfactory level. The marble looked much better especially in the high traffic areas. The caulking job was outstanding. The caulk color matched perfectly to the existing grout and marble. It was done very neatly in both bathrooms. The level of communication and professionalism was outstanding. They always called the day before the work commenced to confirm the appointment. The installer called in advance of showing up to our house to let us know he was on his way. The work area was clean and well maintained. The overall cost was probably more than what I expected however I did not obtain any other bids. I wanted to have someone who focuses only on this type of work complete the work. I would definitely use them again!

The sales person and contractor were both prompt, professional, and courteous. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Seems like a little much for the work done, but then again, I wasn't about to try to do it myself.

We called the company in November and asked for a quote to clean grout on two floors in small office building. Ron came out to review the work and said he would send a proposal. We waited two weeks and never received it. We called and spoke to Jenny in the office, she said she would check on it and get back to us. That was approximately 10-14 days ago, we still do not have proposal nor did we receive a call back. Maybe this project was too big for them, although that was never said during the walk-thru, but it would have been nice, and professional, if they would have at least called us back to tell us they were not interested in doing the work. We have now wasted a month and the work has not yet been done. We will definitely call someone else.

Ron (from Grout Medic) arrived on time and did a through job. He was very careful in his approach to the work and completed everything in an excellent manner.

Very well, work was done in less than 2h, looked great and is holding up at about the one year mark. The person who did the work (Kyle Driscoll) was personable and efficient.

The technician called before arriving and was on time. He didn't have enough stain of the chosen color so he had to get more which delayed the process about an hour. The color was chosen at the time the work was being done so there was no way for him to know what color was going to be used before he arrived. As an added bonus he also stained quite a few chips that were in the tile to match at no extra charge which made a big difference.

I like them and will use them again. They did a great job. They were very professional, courteous, clean and timely.
