Description of Work: They did not perform the work I need. Cost too high. Did not get back to me as promised with estimate. I should not have to call repeatedly for a promised estimate.. They're poor personal contact turned me off

Description of Work: "Masonry & Tuckpointing, New Composite Deck Construction, and Back Door Installation. | |I called and made an appointment for a quote. Vince arrived on time! | |I explained to him that I had already selected a design & the composite decking material (from a big box store). Vince listened to all of ideas and concerns, then he presented me with a quote based on my initial plan and a quote based on his recommended design changes and upgrade composite material choice. He had samples of the materials and several previous customer deck projects for me to look at. I decided to go with his recommendations. | |He gave me a contract which detailed all of my concerns, including their obligation to obtain permit & pass village inspections. It also provided a 25 year warranty on the material & 5 year warranty on labor. | |They started when they said they would, and with the exception of a couple bad weather days, they showed & worked until the project was completed. The deck is beautiful and exceed my (and my neighbors) expectations. | |I would definitely use them again. | |"

+ -1 moreThey did a fantastic job in just 4 days. Didn't leave any mess behind, didn't charge me when I asked them to unclog our kitchen sink. Incredibly courteous and timely--even called when they were going to be 15 minutes late. All of them were very polite and helpful. It was a great experience working with them. And at the lowest price we were quoted.
Description of Work: Vince, Tony and Sal removed our drywall and floor from our bathroom. Tiled the shower and floor, installed vanity, showerhead, faucet, sink, medicine cabinet and light fixture.

+ -1 moreI explained what I wanted done. They asked the appropriate questions for more detail (which other contractors did not do). This made me feel very comfortable that they were looking at everything and not assuming. They showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up everyday. They started the job and didn't leave it half done to come back later to finish. They stayed with the job until it was done!! What a great thing to have happen nowadays! I trust them and will have them come back to remodel the kitchen.
Description of Work: Completely gutted the main bathroom. Removed old soffet, sink, toilet, tub and window. Put new tiles around tub/shower. Installed new sink, toilet, tub, shower doors and window. Replaced window in powder room to match main bathroom.

+ -1 moreThey were on time, honest, timely, and performed excellent quality work. They were open to suggestions/critiques. They only take one project at a time. They fixed the previous contractors mistakes.
Description of Work: They took over a partly done gut rehab of a large master bathroom and guest bathroom; with removal of old tile and tub/shower/vanity, etc., and installation of new cement-board, tile, custom shower, tub and tile, and vanity/cabinets. Painting of walls.
