Terrible experience ..called them they call back at 3:30 worker did not get here to after 4:30..Owner said $200 that may cover all parts and services just to check the electricity...they just turned the knob ..Tony came in went up stairs went out to call boss ..Tony said did not need to be fixed just tightened and that would be $250. He was up there for 20 mins he came down told me the price..said that they were not going to honor the 15%because i did not tell them about the 15%,he also told me that they would have charged me more if i would have told them. . They did take $20 off ..took my money and they did not give me a receipt when i asked. the fan is nosier then what it was when i called. I called them back that night and got their answering service , she took my information said they would contact me no one has called me yet. I spoke to AL they said they were going to get back with me no one has . The worker gave me the impression that he did not know what he was doing. He took the AL listing i had out the magazine. I called and left 2 long messages with the lady that answered.
