A-A Quick Dry Carpet Cleaning

While the person who showed up was professional, he cleaned my couches with a dirty round brush from the bottom of a cheap looking carpet shampooer, no extra services provided and couches had to be re-done. Then the owner called about this & started arguing with me that this is the way furniture is professionally cleaned. I tried to tell him I was not happy with the service, and he continued to debate this with me. I hung up, very unhappy and out $85 and a couch & loveseat not clean

I'm not sure I received all of the services I paid for.

-called me back within an hour of request ON A SUNDAY -had someone out within 24 hours of talking to me -guy came out in timely fashion within one hour window specified -got my rug a little wet and proceeded to steam clean my entire front rug even though he was just there to do two couches. Excellent and professional staff at a price you can't beat

I was very impressed with A-A Quick Dry Carpet Cleaningin every way. Al's follow-up after my initial call kept me aware of his service. The man who did the cleaning was on time and very professional. He walked me through the house explaining what he would be doing. I did not time him but he was here over an hour as our carpet was rather dirty. After he finished he took me back over the area he had carpeted and explained again what he had done and thanked me for using their service. We have never had such wonderful service. Al called me almost immediatly after I requested the information through Service Magic. He was able to send someone out right away and the entire experience was a great one. The other companies got back to me a little later. One emailed me 3 days later, but I don't remember who it was.

My furniture is no cleaner than it was prior to the cleaning. In fact, due to the incorrect cleaning method ( I requested dry cleaning) there are additional stains that are now permanent! The carpets look better, but I think I could have gotten the same results with my own carpet cleaner.

I dont feel I received my monies worth....There are still some stains on the couch. I had to finish the cleaning process. They were on time for the appointment.

Not exactly what I expected, more like a "home carpet shampoo", but it definitely freshened the carpets and look cleaner.
