The company was super responsive to texts/phone. They were easily the best price I could find. The workers arrived on time, were courteous and completed the job in the time I was told. Two things--1) I was told the water heater would be one brand, and the one they brought was different. Not a big deal to me, because I has seen good things about both brands, but not a good idea, as customers might do a lot of research and would be expecting that what gets installed is the one they were told would be. 2) There were a few metal shavings left on our basement floor, which, it would've been nice to have those swept up a little better, but it really wasn't a huge deal. Overall, I got a great price, and would hire them again.

I found them on Angie's List. They are amazing. They are awesome. I have had really small issues, and they come out and just get it done in very little time. I would hire them again. Hands down they are an "A" in all categories. Without a doubt, I would use them again. They did a great job. It was prompt. They didn't do things that weren't necessary. Not only did they do the job I requested, but they fixed another small issue. If you turn your hot water, red is for hot and blue is for cold. Someone had installed it wrong, and they actually correctly installed it so that it reflected the correct temperature.

It was fantastic. They came back and were able to complete the project, explaining things as they completed it. They kept me informed as they worked. The estimate they provided was spot on. They finished in less time initially indicated, and really cleaned up after themselves.

Both myself and my husband talked with them about the water heater installation. they came back at the last minute and said they don't service our area. They are a little ways away, but not too far and they are listed as servicing my area and were given my address from the beginning.

Good work by them but bad result in finding broken sewer line

They're very professional. They come in and they tell you exactly what they're going to do. They do it even if its a couple of days later if they have to come back. They are true to their word. They do exactly what needs to be done, nothing extra. If they see something wrong, they let you know.

It didn't happen. Contractor told me that they'd get back to me within a day and I didn't hear from them. I called to find out when they could replace my water heaters and they couldn't get me in for a week or more. I went with another contractor who took care of my water heaters within 24 hours at no extra charge!

They pointed out all of the troubles and concerns they had when they came over to quote the job and worked with us to get the best possible/safest/up to code installation possible. They completed the work in the exact amount of time that they quoted and we have had no issues with the quality of their work and its usage (almost a month now). The only downside is that they were backlogged and we had to wait an additional two weeks for service, but this gave us time to deal with the installation problems they pointed out during the quote.

Very Well. The first time the plumber arrived I was unable to locate my main drain outside. It was a difficult time for me. The plumber was very patient with me. He was unable to do any work and explained that my situation was common. He normalized my challenge which allowed me to recovery from the experience and move forward. I needed and appreciated that personal touch.

Fred was punctual and professional. He replaced the outside spigot and the pipe inside which had burst. We wanted a battery backup pump installed but the size of our sump pit would not accommodate, so we had him replaced the primary pump only.

They came over the first day to size up the install and scheduled me for first thing the next day. He arrived on time and got right to work. Did an excellent job. Cleaned up and took time to explain the product. I have used this plumber before at my rental property and both times the service was excellent.

Great job done quickly and thoroughly. Took the old tank and cleaned up as well.

They replaced my old unit with a new one in good time, with friendly service and considerate manners. The install went well and had no problems. I might have found a cheaper company had I time to shop around, but overall I was happy with RJ Graham and their reviews.

The project went very well. New PVC sewer line installed in basement. I would definitely use this firm again. They did a nice job for a good price. Cleaned everything up. very skilled craftsman. Explained everything he was going to do and did exactly they way it was supposed to be done. He scoped the sewer line all the way to the street. The city inspector came and it passed inspection with no problem.

He did an excellent job. They were reasonable in price.

Great, fast service, response was immediate

Fred from RJ Graham showed up on time on the scheduled appointment date. He asked me in detail what the issue was. Almost immediately he suggested that the cartridge I installed might be defective. I suggested that my research pointed towards air in the lines. Fred listened, but dismissed that idea since the house is only about 15 years old and would probably have been constructed with air chambers for just that reason. He left for about 20 minutes to get new parts, returned and replaced the cartridge. We turned the water service back on and like magic, that fixed the problem. Not only did that fix the problem, but it restored my family's faith in my mechanical skills who suggested that I "broke" the pipes and might want to reconsider doing any home improvements on my own again. :) I would definitely use them again. The only constructive advice that I would give them is that they should give a courtesy call the day before to confirm a scheduled appointment. Thanks guys!

Everything is working good. Every other plumber gasped because they said he should have charged you a whole lot more. I really liked them. They cleaned up. They really explained everything in detail. Some contractors will take lunch breaks and be gone 3 hours. They didn't do none of that. My tenant told me all the other contractors go on lunch and come back 2 or 3 hours and these people just worked straight through. I wish all contractors were like them.

It went well. The plumber got the kitchen sewer line open.
