We searched our records for a customer with this name, address and city. We could not find this customer. We also asked Angie's List to reach out to the member to verify that they used our company or if a different name or address was used. They did not get a response back from the member. We believe the member has the wrong company, because out of all of our reviews and customers we have done work for the one thing that we have never been described as is pushy with our services. We always give information and leave our customers with options. What they do with the information and options we give is their choice.

Description of Work: Used coupon but there was a one day delay until check cleared. They did an annual rodding of the sewe line from the sidewalk (existing cleanout). They did a fine job & cleaned up.

Description of Work: They came out to do a sewer cleanout and while it flowed freely for about a week, m it clogged and backed up into my house. Not sure why it wasn't done correctly maybe they should be more explicit in describing the service, what it is and what it isn't. I ended up renting a sewer rodder myself for $65 and cleaning the sewer out completely. Maybe I got what I paid for with this service but it was inadequate.

Thank you for taking time to review our company. We apologize that you were unhappy with your experience. I would like to address some of the issues you stated in your review. You purchased the $129 sewer unclog deal from our store front. When we arrived your sewer was clogged, After we rodded, the line was open and flowing when we left. So at this point we completed the deal as agreed. Here is where I think the misunderstanding happened. In the details of the store front it states that the deal is for a drain unclog and that further drain cleaning is available for an additional charge. Also the deal requires the member to be on site at the time of service. These two points are made because the member was not onsite, his son was. While rodding we were able to establish flow, we got stopped at a spot and couldn't get passed it. The issues in the line were most likely caused by root intrusion from the huge tree that is next to the sewer. Our findings could have been discussed with the member and he would have seen what we encountered had he been on site. We relayed this information to his son and documented on our invoice that was signed. We recommended that the line get televised and some addition rodding to determine the severity of the root intrusion. We also relayed this information via Angie's list messaging. We gave a price to clean and televise the line and we never heard back. The member stated he rodded the line clean himself. I believe that he did the same thing that we did which was unclog the line. He did not clean the line like we recommended, When we say clean we get a 6" cutter through a 6" line. The rental rodders only come with a 21/2 inch cutter which is what we used to get the line open. We hope the member was able to get the line open to his satisfaction. The best advice I could give to this member and others when buying deals is read the deal entirely, ask questions before you buy and make sure that deal will work for your particular needs, This will help you get the right service to fit your needs.

Description of Work: i called because the toilet was leaking. He was early which was great because I had a few other little projects for him to do. All work was completed quickly and with the highest quality. He was very friendly. I have had them out to the house now 3 times for a clogged drain, installed a water heater and this time for the toilet. I guess you could say they are "my plumber" now. I highly recommend.
