Description of Work: The plumber was professional, yet he had to cut a hole in my ceiling to get to the shower drain and replace it. I didn't know this was going to happen, so until I get someone to repair this I have an open hole in my laundry room. I wasn't aware he would have to cut and not return the ceiling to its original condition before the work was done.

Description of Work: The reason for this review is to share a very positive experience I had with this company. So often you hear about plumbing companies over-charging and making unnecessary service calls, etc. That's not the case with the company. I contacted RJ to get an estimate to install a booster pump on our water pressure tank because we had very minimal water pressure and thought that would solve the problem. I called and left a message asking to be contacted. They were very prompt in contacting me and scheduling a service call. Shortly after scheduling the service call the office called me back because their service tech had a few questions regarding the problem we were experiencing and the equipment we had along with a few other questions. After providing the information the technician felt that our problem would not be solved by installing a booster pump or any other plumbing issue and recommended we contact a well and pump company because it sounded more like a pump issue. They said they would be happy to come out and evaluate the situation in person but there would be a charge to come out and we'd probably end up with the same answer. I took their advice and contacted a well company , DuPage a Well and Pump who were also incredible, who suggested we contact the water conditioning company who we rented our iron filter system from because the problem was most likely the older filter system we currently had that was causing the problem... Which it turns out it was the iron filter system. RJ could have come out and installed the booster as WE had requested, which would probably have cost well over $500 but instead they suggested another solution that didn't include their services! I was so impressed with the honesty and integrity they showed and felt that this should be shared. Kudos to you RJ for the honest service you provide! I'd we ever need plumbing services we will be sure to use your company!

Description of Work: Replaced the rubber seal inside the tank as current one was worn and was allowing the tank to slightly refill and empty every 30-60 minutes.

Description of Work: Had a new toilet installed. The tech was very skilled--he noticed the phlange and wax ring would not line up well (which could have contributed to a prior leak), and he took the necessary steps to ensure the toilet was seated correctly. A great job overall!
