They were kind and courteous. If I needed a plumber I would call them. It didn't work out for them to do the work for us, but I was impressed with.

I called RJ Graham and made an appointmnet for them to look at the shower. Steve came out on time and diagnosed the problem, He ordered the part needed and called back to set up a time for installation. He was on time again, and although it took him longer to install the part than he estiimated he honored the price quoted at the time of his original visit. He was professional in all respects, and left the job site neat and clean.

My sister was very happy and pleased with there service. They were very prompt and showed up on time. The service providers were friendly and courteous.

Overall, the guy who came out did a really good job. The job he was coming from took longer than expected, so he was about 3 hours late. But, they called to tell me he'd be late, and it wasn't an emergency. He found the problem right away and fixed it pretty quickly. I would use them again.

Emailed request for estimate for service on Saturday Evening and RJ Graham plumbing responded within 2 hours. A date was set for an estimate. The original estimate was about 395.00 dollars, but after the work the price was less - Steve said it was not as bad as he originally thought. This just speaks to the integrity of the company. The company was easy to contact and always responded in a timely manner. They were a few hours late for the estimate and repair, but I figured they were giving other customers the same quality service that they gave me.

From first phone call to finished work was only two days. All work was done on second day.

Again, Steve and Fred arrived on time, performed the job in a conscientious fashion and were both professional and warm in their approach.

The basement sink drain was clogged. I called and Steve came out the same day. He answered all my questions and fixed the problem. he was very nice and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. I would differently use this company again.

When I called and spoke to the receptionist, she was very cordial and we set up an appointment based upon my schedule. I was given an hour window of when the plumber would be out. Which is important, since most companies today give you a 4 hour window and you feel like a hostage in your own home! As luck would have it, I had to call and cancel the appointment but ag!in she was very cordial. When the new appointment day arrived, she called early in the morning and told me that she needed to reschedule their appointment because the plumber had an emergency on his current housecall. Not an issue for me, so we re-scheduled for two days later (July 12) between 10am - 11am. They were here by 10:20am, did the job and out of the house by 11:05. Steve and Fred were the names of the servicemen. Both were very professional and curteous. It was a fairly simple job of rodding the bathtub but they made sure that all was working well prior to calling the job completed. They cleaned up after themselves as well. They quoted me a price of $145 but when the job was done charged me only $130 (thanks to their Angie's List Coupon of 10% off labor). AND the job comes with a 1 Year Guarantee. called at 8 am to have someone come out. The woman that I spoke with was very pleasant and was able to have someone come out the same day. The plumber arrived on time and was also very pleasant. Turns out he was also extremely capable, clean, fast, professional. After he looked things over I was told he would rod out the main sewer line and the cost would be $350. we agreed that he would go ahead with the job. as I stated earlier, very fast, clean,etc.... when he was finished everything was working great again and I was very happy at this point. when he gave the bill to use the actual charge was $325, again happy.we also received a 10% discount for being members of Angie's List which brought the total down to something around $293 again very happy. I was the told that he also was giving us a 1 year and 1 return rod warranty, so finally, yes VERY HAPPY with this company. Also the 10% discount actually covered the cost of our 1 year membership to Angie's. Things could not have gone better. I would and will use then again if needed. At this time they have just got a lifetime customer.

I had used Steve before and had a good experience with him. He takes the time to explain the situation which I appreciate. I think his prices are fair and better than a lot of larger plumbing shops. Steve has been good about responding to my service call in a very reasonable time frame. I will continue to use his services as long as his prices remain reasonable and I have also referred him to friends and family.

Called RJ Graham. I left a message and they quickly returned my call. I scheduled the appoint for two days out without a problem. Steve showed up promptly at the schedule appointment time. He did a thorough job in diagnosing the problem. He gave me choices, and I didn't feel as if I was being pressured into something I didn't need. Steve was a real personable guy and I enjoyed chatting with him. He did a good job and cleaned up afterwords. I would definitely use RJ Graham again for future work.

Excellent service! Friendly, explained what would be done. Work took longer than expected due to roots in drain. The guys were patient and pleasant the entire 3 hours they worked!

Making the appointment was simple. I called and the receptionist was very friendly and straightforward. Two plumbers, Steve and Fred, were out to give us an estimate the same week. They were both very professional and straightforward too. They listened to what we wanted and gave us suggestions without being pushy. The job was scheduled for a week later. The same plumbers arrived on time and completed the job in just 4 hours. Everything was done exactly as my husband and I wanted. The men kept things as clean as possible too. It came out to $900 for labor and $450 in estimated parts. We did feel that was a bit steep for the labor, but overall we were happy with the service.

My wife discovered a minor flood in our basement last Tuesday night. I searched Angies List and found RJ Graham plumbing, read the reviews and liked what I saw. I read the one negative review as well but came to the conclusion that one negative shouldn't count more than all the positives. I called RJ Graham plumbing at 11:30 pm. I left a message with my problem, phone number and town location. My call was returned within about 5 minutes, definitely less than 10. They were unable to come out at the time because their night person was already busy with another emergency call and was expected to be tied up for at least 5 hours. They booked an appointment with me for between 7 and 8 am the next morning. The plumber-Steve arrived at 8 after rescheduling another job they had to do. He was courteous and answered all of my questions no matter how basic some of them must have seemed to him. Because of the way my house was built the bathroom door in the basement had to be removed in order to get to the clean out in the sewer line.Steve rodded out the line and gave me some suggestions on minimizing future problems. Before he left, he put the door back on-which works a little better now than it did before and cleaned up the floor, which surprised me as it wasn't his mess in the first place. I've never needed a plumber before-this is my first house-but I know who to call if I need one again. Would I use Steve and RJ Graham plumbing again? Absolutely.

On 4/26/12 I signed up with Angie's List in hope's of locating a reputable Plumbing service to complete the above listed duties. After completing some independant research and reading some customer feed back submissions, I settled on RJ Graham Plumbing Inc. I was initially impressed with the receptionists (named June) attentiveness and ability to provide me with an appointment the following day between 12-2p. On 4/27/12 at 1:55p Steve came,surveyed the job and gave me an estimate of $585.00 to rod the tub, replace the leaking pipe and remove / replace the drain trap. He then stated he would return on Tuesday May 1, 2012 at 8:30am and would be bringing a second person with him to complete the job. On Tuesday, 8:30a came and went. By 8:45-8:50a June (the office receptionist) called making me aware that Steve was "running late" but would be at my home by 9:30-10a. By 10:30a Steve had not yet arrived. I called the office and was told "it took longer than expected at the supply store and he would be at my home in 20 minutes." "I responded, If not in 20 minutes, then not at all." Needless to say, Steve NEVER SHOWED UP. (Which further confirms no intention of him actually showing up in 20minutes as evidenced by his NO SHOW). On day one, I made Steve aware that I work a night shift but that I was off Monday and would be available (and waiting) on Tuesday. I am aggravated that my time wasnt seemingly as valuable as his. While I never had the actual work done, I wonder if the company's inability to maintain appointments is a direct reflection of the quality (or lack thereof) of work ethic. May 4, 2012 The Company's response stated "I was a totally different person & rude on the date of RJ Graham's missed appointment" I disagree. I believe if anyone was "different" it was Steve and his lack of punctionality and professionalism because after the company being 2.5hrs late Steve should have made the effort to reschedule my appointment not just string me along with 20 minute extensions. Even if I was given a 2 hr window, this company still exceeded that time frame. If your company is that busy, perhaps thier needs to be a consideration to expand beyond that of a " small family business." A discount would have been nice.....but service would have been better!

After having a water heater installed by another company it was determined that I had a water leak somewhere, but the other company was not helpful at all. I called RJ Graham on a Friday and they came the following day to locate the leak, which was in a pipe running under my family room floor through the ground. We decided to cap off that pipe so it would stop leaking and rather than dig up the floor thought it would be best to run new pipes through the ceiling into the kitchen. The plumber came the following Saturday to run and connect the new pipes. It was a lot of work but he did an excellent job with only minor drywall repairs that have to be made. They cleaned up after themselves and you would hardly know they were there except I have hot water in my kitchen again, I'm not paying for leaking water, and of course I have to repair the ceiling. But that was my decision from the start and it's not a problem.

Very professional and honest in their estimates. Would recommend using their services to anybody who wants a reliable plumber.

They showed up on time, were professional, friendly and effective. They did the job and did it very well. I'd say they went over and above what I expected. I'd use them again any time I need a plumber.

They were absolutely wonderful to work with. Steve and his assistant, Brian, were very thorough and honest. Whatever estimate he gave me over the phone was less than what I actually paid. I have recommended them to others!

Installation went very well. Installer explained everything in detail and tested pumps prior to finishing.
