The work was scheduled and the plumber showed up at the agreed time. He answered all of my questions completely. The work was performed quickly and professionally. The job site was left clean and in good condition. The price was fair.

Based on this experience, I would definitely call RJ Graham Plumbing for my future plumbing needs (both emergency and planned). I would also recommend them to others looking for a plumber. Their rodding service came with a one-year guarante. They are professional, courteous and competitively priced. Most importantly, they treated me with respect.

Our pump broke just as we were facing a storm. RJ Graham came out when they said they would and did the work for the exact amount of their quote. They bailed us out just in time, as the rain started about an hour after they finished.

While inspecting our faucets, the plumber noted that our bathtub faucet cartridge was wearing and out and advised that eventually we would lose the hot water to our shower. He advised that we could possibly go online and get a replacement cartridge free under warranty, pick up a replacement cartridge at a home improvement store, or that they could order one for us and install it. I replaced the cartridge myself and did get noticebly hotter water from the faucet afterward. I appreciated the plumber's honesty regarding the fact that a replacement cartridge might be available under warranty. I would recommend them and use them again.

Fantastic service so professional & the cost was great. They removed the tiles and were able to save them so we didn't have to buy and replace tiles. They came back & put in the faucet. Fantastic service!!

Our toilet had been clogging a lot during the past few months. We had to use a plunger, almost daily. Well, today the plunger didn't work, and the toilet ran over. The furious plunging today, also caused the seal on the toilet to break. We had used RJ Graham Plumbing, Inc. in the past, and they did an excellent job, so I called them at 11:50 AM, and told them the problems with our toilet. The receptionist told me that she could have somebody at my house between 1:00 and 3:00 PM. I couldn't believe they could help me so quickly! Jim arrived at 1:10 PM, a mere hour and twenty minutes after I had called! He looked at the toilet and went down the basement to see where it had leaked, through the floor. He explained what he was going to do, and quoted a price for the job. The quote matched what the receptionist had told me earlier, on the phone. Jim was at our house for an hour and a half. He reset the toilet, putting on a new seal. While working, he discovered that the water shut-off valve, for the toilet, was stuck, and couldn't be turned. Jim also discovered that the water supply line was very rusted. He suggested that we have a new shut-off valve installed, along with a new water supply line for the toilet. We agreed, and Jim went ahead and replaced the valve and water supply line. He only charged us for the parts, he didn't charge us labor, which I thought was very nice. Jim did a great job fixing our toilet! He was very knowledgeable and professional and friendly. This is the second time we have used RJ Plumbing, Inc., and we've been extremely satisfied on both occasions! We will use them in the future for our plumbing needs. I had a pipe that sprung a leak that needed quick repair. The pipe was on the 'city' side of my water supply line on a very old segment of galvanized pipe - just before it connected to my home's water meter. A leak at that location could have ended up costing me thousands (and RJ Graham and another estimate testified that cost estimation). The plumber representative from RJ gave me a ballpark estimation on the cost for several possible approaches (literally four options; Plans A through D). I expressed to them the location and the possibility that if there was a complete break, I would completely be without any water to the home. The plumber put me on the phone with the scheduling assistant and she gave me a scheduled time and also said that she would work to see if she could get me in sooner. I received a return call from her in about an hour or so; she'd shifted a few 'faucet installs' around so that they could do this work quickly. The plumber (Jim) showed up about 10 minutes ahead of scheduled time, took a look at the work, validated that the original ballpark estimates were valid. We contacted the city water services to turn of the main water supply. Jim took extra steps to make sure to not cause any further damage to the old pipe segment, then proceeded to cut and remove the bad segment of pipe. Jim completed the work in about an hour's time. We then contacted the city to come turn the home's water back on. While we waited for the city to come turn on the main - and in an effort to limit the amount of time that I was tied up - Jim fashioned a 'water key' on the spot to turn the water back on. The key worked; the water was back on, he double checked for leaks. And we were done. Additionally, Jim shared additional information that I should consider for replacing the city's segment of the pipe.

Things went very well from calling the company(got back to me in 5 minutes) to being very prompt to install. Took caution to make sure that he did not dirty floors and installed and removed the old heater. Cleaned the area and removed all garbage. Very good experience overall. Price was very competitive to all others including big box stores.

The upstairs bath line wasn't draining and we tried to rod out the line ourselves but were unsuccessful. I called late on a Saturday afternoon hoping to reach someone to schedule this job for the upcoming week. I left a message and my call was returned within 30 minutes. They said someone would be out between 5:00 and 6:00 pm. and there was no extra charge for Saturday work. The plumber showed up at 5:10pm and the job was successfully completed by 6:00pm. The price was $175 but with Angie's List coupon it was only $99. I was very happy with the work and the price and will definitely use RJ Graham Plumbing again.

They were fine. The situation was a bit more complicated that I would've liked but I was pleased.

I was very pleased with the installation of the new water heater. The customer service from Steve was Plus++ . Communicating all during the process was excellent. I would highly recommend choosing this company for your plumbing needs.

He was busy so his office called to update us on his running late. Ended up about an hour after scheduled time. It went very well.

the inside components - which could be almost as costly (due the age) as a new one. We opted for a new toilet. They came back out on 3/7 and replaced the toilet for a service charge of $145 + cost of the toilet. They were extremely polite, very personable, wore the booties on their shoes so as not to track in any dirt, were willing to answer any questions, never became frustrated or impatient during the difficult removal (or setup of the new toilet in a small space). They kept an up-beat and positive attitude and I'll be using them again to replace all of a 3rd bathrooms tub and sink faucents this spring or summer. Absolutely had a wonderful experience with the company.

I left a message on their website in the evening requesting service. After not receiving a call back, I called the next morning. I was told that they could not get anyone out until the following day. This was disappointing since they advertise same-day and 24/7 service.

This is the 2nd time my mother has used them. When you a call a company a 2nd time it means they earned your trust. Being a senior my mother is always nervous about service people. RJ Graham put her at ease. They were polite, punctional and took the time to explain the problem. Moreover, even though they were completely booked the day she called, they still fit her in that day so she wouldn't be without her bathroom. The job took much longer to perform then expected because of roots and they worked late into the night and did not charge anymore than what was originally quoted. My mother was very grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone.

He was able to repair the spigot and stop the running water without replacing the entire faucet. This is the 4th time I have used them and the work was outstanding.

RJ Graham Plumbing Inc. has a lot of good reviews on Angie's List. They were great. He and his assistant were terrific. They were in. They did their work. They were friendly and did not treat me like I am just an elderly woman who doesn't know anything and could be ripped off. He was very nice and answered all my questions. I couldn't say enough good things about him, actually. I called on Saturday and told them it wasn't an emergency, but he still showed up on Monday. He called when he was supposed to be here and told me it was going to be a little later and set a new time and he was here at that new time. He and his assistant were both very professional and very knowledgeable.

I am not a plumber but it took a long time was here late but work good nice & clean people cleaned up after work was finished I will use them again

We did like them. Steve Suarez was fantastic. They made really good recommendations of what to do in the future. These guys were awesome and I would use them again.

They were prompt and professional. The office was very polite when I had to reschedule more than once. I appreciated that they were me not being there and just called when they were done for my credit card number. The work looked good to my untrained eye. However the new water heater was smaller at the base than the old one and the removal left an untiled ring at the base of the new heater. Learned later that they could have placed a metal ring to cover that. Wish they had called before they finished and asked me about that. The price for the water heater was reasonable, about water I'd paid for one in home about 3 years ago. The cost of the expansion tanks and back up valves were in the range the city inspector had told me they should be. The overall experience was good and I would definitely use them again.

Overall, we are very happy we selected Steve and RJ Graham. They put in a lot of time and made sure the job was done correctly. Due to various issues the job scope expanded from their initial estimates but they stuck with it, I feel they went above and beyound expectations.

I actually enjoyed my experience wiith this company. They were able to get me in a day ahead of time, and I was happy that they did. They came in and did their thing and unclogged the drains by rodding all the way to the basement. They were very reasonable as well. I would definitely call them agian.
