Steve was amazing. I felt - he was honest and looking out for our family. We rent out our single family home to a few tenants. Upon arrival, he was polite and listened to all the issues related to the plumbing at the property. During the entire process, he kept us posted via phone. I will hired him, again.

I have 2 different people come out but they’re very honest. The first guy kinda helped and told me how to fix things on my own in the future if needed. I didn’t feel like he was overpriced.

It took awhile but he got it cleared. I just previously used them for a large wasteline plumbing repair; left them the key and it was done in a day and a half. Again, excellent work. They are my plumber of choice.

I dont remember the price but he did a great job.

Read plenty of reviews on different plumbers before selecting RJ Graham to have two new "comfort height" toilets installed to replace my two 27+ year old toilets. Called and was almost immediately called back by a very pleasant woman. I had talked to someone in the plumbing dept. at my local Home Depot and he had steered me to the Kohler product that they stocked. When I told them that I wanted this specific Kohler toilet, she told me that their plumbers actually preferred the American Standard Champion 4 Max model that would meet all of my needs, which were; comfort height, white, round bowl. The elongated bowls are actually a more standard choice these days, but I did insist on the round bowl. We set a date and I was told that one of two plumbers would arrive on that day between 12 noon and 2p.m. At 11:58 a.m. Jim from RJ Graham Plumbing arrived and we went over what/where was to be done. Jim couldn't have been nicer, more informative or more professional, including donning a pair of paper booties as soon as he stepped inside my front door. I am not a huge fan of having workers into my home, but working with Jim turned this into a completely pleasant experience. Thank you, Jim. At the completion of the installation, the Angie's List Install price was honored, I wrote a check and that was that! I thank you, RJ Graham Plumbing for great work and the recommendation to the American Standard toilets that were installed - they are awesome flushers, to be sure!

Jim came out and did a great job. Issues were taken care of right away. Very clean, prompt and respectful. I see why they have earned the "A" rating they deserve. I will use them again!!

The representatives didn't arrive until 45 minutes after the time window (they did call and mention that they would be late). They proposed a major service job ($2000) that might already be covered for free by the local sanitation district.

The guys came in did their work and were very professional.

The whole job went very well. Removed the old heater and shutoff valve, installed new heater and valve. Leak check ok. Got here on time. Took about 2 hrs. Would use them again.

RJ Graham Plumbing Inc. gave me a detailed estimate through e-mail and sent out someone to look at it.

I thought the deal would be good for interior or exterior service, but it was limited to only interior work. When he came out he informed me that the Big Deal couldn't be used for our outside line. He didn't charge me anything and was very polite. He left me with a good impression and explained that it would be $150 more to do the outside line. I got a refund on this Big Deal.

Very, very excellent work. I call yesterday and work way completed today. The installer "Jim" was extremely courteous and professional. The old hot water heater was located in a very tight area. After the old hot water heater was installed the water company installed a new water meter that now boxed-in the water heater. Jim told me that if he could not get the old heater out over the water meter he would have to remove the in-coming gas line and the cost would increase. Jim took extra time and effort to not have to remove the gas line. After successfully removing the old heater Jim told me that he has to install a new water valve for the humidifier because the new heater was taller and be in the way of the old water valve. So a new valve was installed in a new area and the additional cost was only $19.00. After all the installations were completed, Jim took time to test for leaks and explain the controls and temperature settings. He took the old tank and all packing materials with him in his van. I am very pleased with the service and installation and services received from Graham Plumbing and the installer "Jim."

He was very professional. He showed up on time. The only issue I had was that the handle on my faucet fell off, but I had my son fix the handle.

The deal was for the suburbs not the city. There was going to be an extra fee to do the work in the city due to the permits. So I decided not to use the deal and got a refund.

It turned out okay. We haven’t had any trouble. They took their equipment through the door in the laundry room and scuffed and tore the carpet in that room. Other than that, the sewer line is running well now.

They did a good job. They were knowledgeable and quick to diagnose what needed done. It was fair pricing. I thought they were trustworthy and did what needed to be done.

It was fine. They were efficient and on time.

The guy was nice and respectful and came out sooner then expected. Flushed toilet twice;it flushed fine. Said should overflow into shower, but did not today. Laundry floor drain looked fine also. So he saw no problem. Suggested replacing the toilet if it keeps happening, then said all I owe is $59 trip charge. I told him okay and when to get my checked book, but asked what's the difference between estimate and this trip charge? I asked if it was because he flushed the toilet and looked at the drain. He hesitated so I told him I was told the estimate is free. He said they don't give free estimates anymore, but he would call his office. He left and went back to his car to call the office. After eight minutes I went outside with my checkbook and waited. He began justifying the charge, but starting a story of how the young lady at the office thought that, since they had been here before.....I interrupted and said she said there was no charge for coming out. He looked at me and said we stopped that recently because we have to make up our fuel charge, etc.. I added that free estimates available is still on the website too. He said, oh yeah? -- he did seem surprised. He said no charge then. I still gave him a $20 tip because I too understand the cost of gas and, his conclusion did provide me with a degree of comfort , though I don't totally trust it-- it's still a relief of sorts especially since I'm expecting guests who will need to use that bathroom. Also, when the first guy called the office re price he called in my presence, unlike the guy from today-when I stepped outside he began speaking loudly and I heard "Ok. Thank you." I expected to hear that I would be charged.... Because of my previous experience with RJ Graham having to come out twice and trying to overcharge me twice, I will not use them again, nor recommend them.

He was very professional and took care of the problem right away. He was also on time and didn't charge a lot. It was perfect.

I had a large leak in my garbage disposal so I called for a plumber. It was not an emergency and I was willing to wait a day or two for an appointment. To my surprise, Jim was able to come out later that day. JIm came out and quickly assessed that I had a broken seal in my disposal. He told me it would need to be replaced. He gave me a price. I agreed and he went to his supply house nearby and got a new disposal to install. He promptly returned and installed the disposal. While he was doing the job he showed me a pipe that was brittle and about to open up. He offered to replace that while he was working. The job took Jim 45 minutes. Jim was courteous and professional. I will use RJ Graham Plumbing Inc again for my future plumbing needs.

I e-mail R J Graham Plumbing about replacing a defective value on a sump pump and replacing the sewer erector sump pump. A young lady respond within an hour as well as call and left a voicemail message. Upon returning call, they were able to schedule me for service the next day. Jim was on time, professional and gave me the Angie's List customer price. He recommended the best value to each sump pump. The job took approximately an hour no more than an hour and half. Jim left the basement clean and removed all the debris with him. I would definitely use R J Graham for my next plumbing jobs and recommend them to my friends and family.
