I wouldn't give him a good review. I stood and waited for them for two hours. They never showed up. I called them for plumbing and they said they would be there at 9:00. I kept standing there waiting and waiting. They kept saying they got stuck by a train. That was the second time.

There was a miscommunication with the estimate, but RJ Plumbing did everything to make it right. The plumber that did the job apologized profusely and was a super nice man. I would have them back.

The experience went great. They were really good. They are very punctual.

It was more complicated than I initially thought it would be. The clog wasn't from the outside into the house, but was between one of the bathroom sink drains and the tub. It took a while to find the exact location of the clog, but once he found it, it went fast.

Very punctual and explained everything in detail. The water heater didn't need to be fixed but he provided me with the facts if something else was to go wrong and gave me prices on a future fix if necessary. Great service I will use them again in the future.

When I called RJ Graham, based on the wonderful reviews on Angie's list, I opted for a later appointment than offered, explaining I would be out of town overnight, so we set up a window of 10 'tll noon. The plumber, Fred, arrived at 10:35 and introduced himself, and asked for a description of the issue. He then ascertained what he would need to do, and gave me a price of $195.00. (I had printed out a 20% off coupon, but did not know I needed to mention it when I scheduled the appointment, which is a condition of using it, so I didn't ask for the discount.) I have no basis for comparison of pricing, so I don't know if this was a good price or not. Fred spent a good hour auguring the old and rusty pipe (the house was built in 1955). He cleaned up after the job, and checked the drains and made sure there were no leaks under the sink. He was courteous and professional, and patiently answered all my questions as to how the pipes were connected, and what might occur in the future. He gave me a 90-day warranty on his work. He left at noon. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work that was done, and I would definitely recommend this company.

All went very well. Arrived at designated time and finished everything with cleaning bathroom. Steve is very nice to work with and will explain what he is doing..Have used Steve before and will in the future. Gladly will recommend hime to others if a plumber is needed.

RJ Graham Plumbing called right away to schedule the appointment. Steve arrived on time for the scheduled appointment and went right to work. He was very friendly and professional and explained what he needed to do. He replaced both pumps and cleaned up everything. I would recommend RJ Graham Plumbing to everyone.

It went great. Installer was prompt, professional, told me what he was doing, cleaned up after himself. Very pleased. We've only had the heater a week, but all is well so far.

EXCELLENT. Prompt, neat and was able to replace and save the sod which saved us a significant amount of landscaping costs.

Purchased two of the Big Deals and was contacted shortly thereafter by the company. It turns out that they do not service my area so I requested a refund from Angie's List, which happened within a few days of my request. The company itself was very courteous and prompt with its response. If they offered services in my area, I would not hesitate to contact them.

When I first contacted this service provider they were very nice and professional. They came out the afternoon I called to give me an estimate. They were accommodating when booking my service call. My appointment had a window of 12 - 2. Public works came by at 11:30 to shut the water off from the main line, and all I hoped was that they would be here quickly and everything would go smoothly. It did. The repairman got here just before noon and was done with everything by 12:20. I would definitely use them

There are a misunderstanding of the installation, but even already over one year, they still refund a full amount to me.

They came out same day, at the time they arranged. Fred explained everything to me, answered all my questions and kept the area clean. I definitely would use this company again. Pleasurable experience.

I had not used RJ Graham's service before and I selected RJ Graham after reviewing many providers in the list. The office support was very good, responsive, knowledgeable and courteous. They would put you ahead if the situation warranted it. We were able to manage over the weekend and got the first appointment on Monday. Jim was on time, courteous and started the work right away. He was very thorough with the job and ensured that the place was very clean and no signs of any work done. Price includes 2 parts: Labor and Parts: The amount charged for Labor is deserving and the coupon from Angies List helped a lot. I consider the price to include customer service at the home office, ease of getting appointment, the service itself including quality of the work and the technician on site. The only thing I have issue with was the charge for Parts. The parts was $80 for two toilets, this I think was way too much. But still, I do not rate the Price as B just for this since the overall experience was great and I would use them again. Thank you.

We were very pleased with the work. Everything exceeded our expectations and the new faucet works great. We will use RJ Graham again when we have another plumbing project that needs to get done.

When he got here my husband explained to him in detail what was happening. He looked at everything and said that it was us plunging the toilet to hard that was causing the water to leak. He was correct. he spend over an hour here helping us. He suggested things we should do to make sure our pipes don't freeze. He took his time and was very helpful. When he was done we asked what do we owe he said nothing. not even for a service call. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Service was absolutely top-notch. All of my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly via email and in person. Scheduling was a breeze and the technician arrived promptly and worked efficiently. The price was what I expected, and far less than what others had quoted. I know I will use them again for any plumbing issues I may have. You will not be disappointed. By far the best contractors I have worked with in the area.

This is my third job with this company and they give consistently good service. Due to space constraints the plumber, Jim, had to remove our second tank (replaced tank is located behind the other one) and reinstall it after replacing the broken one. He told me the fee for the extra work up front and I was satisfied with the fee considering the amount of work and time required. He was efficient, professional, courteous and cleaned up everything. He removed the old tank. We have had no problems with the tank. I was very satisfied and asked for a few more quotes for other small jobs. A month later we had him back out to fix the drain on a spa tub. This is my plumbing company for all future work. I highly recommend them.

They were awesome, there was 4 inches on water in the basement and before the guys left the water was gone. The price was terrific.

Steve was great! He was professional, friendly and prompt. He removed all of the old materials with no mess and installed new piping. He left my bathroom spotless, no muss and no fuss! I would gladly recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing needs.

A gentleman showed up about 40 minutes after my initial conversation with them. Considering the fact that we had major storms last night (hence my failed pump), the response was fantastic. The plumber was courteous and went to work immediately, as he had all the required parts on his truck.

It was good. They came out and inspected my water heater. They put in a new one and removed the old one.
