They were excellent. They truly know how to install a sump pump in a sump pump well. They were the only plumbers who informed us we needed a back up sump pump with a back up battery. I definitely recommend them to others.

Steve did a fantastic job and was great on every front. Had RJ Graham install a new power vented water heater. He was on time, professional, courteous, and accurate with his time estimate and job cost. He was very helpful in explaining the scope of the job prior to install and the pros/cons when trying to make a decision on what type of water heater method to choose. He took extra time in explaining the new water heater after installation so I had complete understanding before he left. Steve does superior workmanship and takes great pride in his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a plumbing issue.

Our sewer line from the house was completely blocked with tree roots. RJ Graham did a great job diagnosing the problem and exploring every option to save us money. The crew was on time, polite and professional. The crew leader kept us informed as to how the job was progressing and of any potential problems that might arise. The earth around our property is more like hard clay once you dig down and we understand how difficult it was to go down 4 feet to reach the sewer line. We didn't care much about the excavation area looking pristine once they were done. They backfilled the hole and that was good enough for us. We were planning to get some landscaping done anyway. So, you might want to consider want you need to do to get your lawn or yard back to where you want it if you find this kind of job necessary. The end result for us is that our plumbing lines are flowing completely free for the first time in years. We are very happy with the work done by RJ Graham.

Sevice man arrived well within the scheduled time frame scheduled. We went over what needed to be done. He ran the line, hooked up to fridge and made absolutely sure that the line was purged of air. Once everything was checked for leaks (a couple of times to make sure), refrigerator was moved back into place and he cleaned up everything! I am very pleased with the work he did today as well as the work that was performed previously for another plumbing issue. I will strongly recommend RJ Graham to all family and friends for any of their plumbing needs!

Fantastic. Everyone at this company knows what they are doing, even the office staff. My need was a bit unique. I wanted a 50 gallon water heater, but my available headroom was short. They found the right model (a good one) and arranged to install it. When they got here, my 100 year old house provided the plumber with some curve balls, but they didn't raise the quoted price by 1 cent. They know what they are doing. They care about their customers and they do the job right. Nothing to complain about.

Grass in the first job was actually dug out by hand and replaced exactly where it was excavated from. I had expected that machinery would be brought in to do the work, resulting in more damage to the grass. Second job--they worked patiently with our township people and followed their specifications, resulting in another job well done.

The office help at RJ Graham were fantastic! Steve arrived on time and was friendly yet professional. (He had done some other work for us last year). He did an excellent job in the small space where the original sump pump was located. He answered all my questions, tested everything before he left and cleaned up after himself. I will use this company again and refer them to all my friends.

If you are looking for a plumber who is knowledgable, prompt to appointments, professional, explains things in a way you can understand, and does not quote what sounds like inflated prices with an Angie's list discount, Steve is your guy. He provided us a verbal estimate on the first appointment. We decided it was an acceptable enough price to perform the work and scheduled the work for the following week. I was thankful I picked him out on Angie's list after reading good reviews. He's the real deal. I don't know if the work we needed can be done cheaper. We went with him because of all the other attributes he has listed above.

Steve from R.J.Graham was very professional and helpful. He took time to explain details. He was very prompt. I did use a coupon I found in Angie's List magazine for $100.00 or the cost would have been $535.00. This is why I gave price a B.

I contacted 4 "A list" hot water heater providers from Angie's list and had them visit and ended going with RJ Graham Plumbing because of price, punctuality and knowledge of the subject matter. The arrived on time, did the job exactly as promised and took the time to explain the new heater and the warranty terms to me.

Plumber (Steve) was running behind but communicated via text early that there was a possibility he would be running late. Really appreciate the communication. He came in with booties to cover shoes - big plus during muddy winters. He explained throughly what he was going to do in layman's terms so I could understand. He performed the work covering the work area for catch any messes. He even brought his own paper towels and took his own trash with him. Steve was able to clear the clog that was about 30-40 feet down the pipes. He was professional and courteous. Will definitely use him again. Thank you!

We had a rusted pipe that we thought would require tearing out a wall, cutting out the t-joint and replacing it. However, the excellent plumber from RJ Plumbing said, let's see whether we can use a new nipple to avoid cutting out the t-joint. My first thought, which I said to myself was, hmmmm he seems to be opting for the less expensive option. I guess I expected price gougding, maybe from past plumbing experiences. However, I am overly excited to announce that RJ Plumbing was successful at unclogging the sink line and replacing the nipple and all is well with the world again. After experiencing a number of plumbers, all future plumbing business will go to RJ Plumbing. Thanks Angie's List, can't claim success for this job without this excellent service.

Plumber arrive and explained to me what he planned on doing and answered the questions I had. Within 2 hours he had the pipe installed and battery backup functioning. He ran through a couple tests with me present to ensure we were good. He mentioned the lid was going to be sealed but not totally aligned due to the additional pump in the pit. As he was leaving I asked him questions about the product/brand used compared to others and I was completely satisfied as it matched what I read online, plus info I didn't know. A few days went by and I was concerned with the pipe going into the pit was a little angled and was concerned it was going to put additional stress on the fittings. I sent them a text and received an instant reply that they would send someone out within the hour. They sent the same plumber and I explained to him my concerns, he was already informed, and ready to work. After analyzing the situation he decided he would re-do the entire setup including new pipes and fittings. After a couple hours he asked me to come down and see what he did. Not only did he test the pump a few times with me, but also corrected the issue with the pipe being angled and the lid was now perfect. The products they use are top notch and the price was good. Their service was phenomenal and the reviews on Angie's List support this. Highly recommend, in fact I sent a text out to all my neighbor's that were considering getting a sump and/or backup to definitely use them.

We did have a problem with scheduling in a timely fashion. We had purchased a deal on a Wednesday morning, and I did not hear from vendor until Friday late morning. For clogged drain purposes, I would have expected a quicker response. They did explain the deal was not quite the right service, and did explain the extra cost. I had no problem with it, and they did come out on a Saturday around noon. The serviceman was really quiet and did not say much, but got the job done. Thanks again for clearing up the situation.

He had to come back out due to my poor choice in a sink! Once I had the new sink, they were able to squeeze me back in and came out on a Saturday. I was so happy with the work he did and the price! I had someone else out who wanted to charge me triple (not on Angie's list- i should have known better!)
