RJ Graham Plumbing was able to schedule a free estimate on the work and had someone out to me within the week. They took a look and explained exactly what needed to be done and how they would do it. They were able to cut into the dry wall from inside the house, replace the entire pipe, and then cover the hole with a vent which looks natural and can't tell work was done. I would hire them again for any plumbing work needed.

It was in our basement and we had the area already down to the concrete. I don't want to give someone the impression they can get their basement demolished and get a shower put in there for that amount of money.

Very well. The old one had overflowed because we didn't know it was broke. Poor guy had to deal with that mess to replace but was very professional about it. Got it done before our super bowl party.

Terrible, as soon as serviceman came out, he looked at the pipes, and said oh no, you need to replace these pipes, and it might cost more, if this or that happens,but he could not tell me how much more. so I told him no thanks , called another company came out next day completed job no extra charges actually it was $200 less, so thanks for talking yourself out of a job.

Fantastic service! Jumped onto Angie's list after visiting a big box store to price a new hot water heater (felt their outsourced installer was price gouging..they were, by $600 bucks!) RJ Graham was one of a handful of plumbers I contacted. From the moment the phone was answered until the unit was installed, I received nothing less than stellar customer service! I am very happy with the purchase and service and will use RJ again in the future.

Thy came the next day and did a fine job. I will use them again. The camera image was very grainy and it did not show the pipe clearly at all. The plumber did a fine job and he was very clean.

I just bought a house and a few days after closing the tub and toilet were backing up... I gave them a call expecting it to be a simple fix - but they immediately identified that I had a serious problem with tree roots clogging my main line and went out of their way to schedule an appointment for the next day to come and fix the issue. Due to the severity of the issue they had to dig to the main line and install a clean out valve in order to properly clear all the tree roots. They were very honest and professional and presented me with all my options which allowed me to make the best choice. They didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't needed and they fixed what needed to be fixed in a timely manner. Also, the fact that I was able to coordinate the time via E-mail was extremely convenient.

Plumber arrived a tad late but called an hour before to let me know he was going to be a little late. Covered his shoes with booties and was able to find the leak quickly. Explained the options to repair and the possibility of further repairs. Repairs were completed that morning in a professional, courteous manner. Would definitely hire again.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I'm someone who spends days studying contractors on sites like Angies List and I'm so glad I went with RJ Graham Plumbing. Jim--our plumber--came even earlier than scheduled and he was about as professional as I could have asked. He told name what the problem was and gave me the estimate which I thought fair. He came and did the job very well and I could not be more satisfied. The smell in the basement was gone immediately after he finished and it was fumes that were making me and my family ill. If you need a local plumber on the SW side of Chicago trust me--I'm picky when it comes to contractors--these guys are professional and friendly to work with.

Steve and Fred are friendly, explain what is needed so a lay person can understand, and clean up after the work is done. My cousin (a plumber) was doing work inside the house and said that they really do great work. Provided info on what should be done to reduce tree roots from growing in the sewer and suggest period checks to make sure sewer line stays clear. Highly recommend. Excellent work!

It went well. They advised me on how to have the faucet replaced by the manufacturer and then installed the replacement once it arrived.

This was our second time using Steve at RJ Graham. He got our leaking unit replaced in a timely manner and he's professional.

These guys were terrific! They worked around my schedule, were very professional and friendly. Apparent that they know what they are doing, but more importantly to me, they are concerned about doing the job right and taking care of their customers. This is the first time we used RJ Graham - or previous plumber is out of the business - but they will be our first call for any plumbing needs. We were VERY pleased and impressed

The technicians were very polite, asked a few questionsand got right to work. We supplied the new valves. A portion of thedrywall had to be removed but the technicians took only as much as theyneeded and did not leave any mess. They installed the new valves, checkedfor leaks and were finished in about an hour and a half.
