We actually ended up with an incredible rep named Sarah who works in the kitchen department.  She just put the ideas together and we actually ended up choosing one of her ideas.  I think we were there at least fifteen times before everything got ordered and she was very patient with us.  She was incredible and really great to work with.  She gave us what we wanted right after that and then she said if we were looking to go lower she could figure something out but my husband and I just decided to stay with what we wanted.  She gave us options.  She did all of the cabinets, countertops and I think it was Tom that did the appliances in the appliance section.  They worked very closely together making sure all the appliances fit right.  I thought it was an incredible experience because we weren't expected it from Home Depot.  We've already used them again many times.

As you go down the aisles someone will come by and ask you if you need help. If someone can't help you they will find someone from that department to help you. It is always easy to check out.

They have a higher level of merchandise than another big box store. They are almost rude about asking what I am doing. I tell them I have it covered and they are almost rude about it. When I do say I need help, they point me to someone. I usually get a guy that I know more anyway so it really doesn't help me. They will say that we can read the package and I can read the package.
