Description of Work: Custom Cleaning Concepts cleaned our fireplace. It was double what the offer was because we have 3 fireplaces in the house. They cleaned the 3 fireplaces, inspected the masonry and the tuckpointing in the outside of the house and the roof and did a very thorough job.

Description of Work: I called them to do a routine chimney cleaning for their special price of $119.00 which was cheaper than my usual chimney sweep.(my usual chimney sweep was not available because of an injury.) So happy I tried Angie's List and found Custom cleaning. They informed me immediately that my chimney was extremely thick with glaze over years of use and a fire danger. I had noticed myself that glaze was building up in the fireplace itself even though it was cleaned every year. After discussing it with my husband we changed it to them using chains to knock the creosote from damper, flue and chimney for $400.00 after applying the $119.00 I had already paid for a regular cleaning. (The usual price was $500.00 for the chain work). They were successful in knocking years of creosote off the inside of the chimney and I feel we are much safer while using the fireplace. So grateful I called this service and will use them from now on.

Description of Work: Custom Cleaning Concepts was awesome! They came out on a Saturday to accommodate my work schedule. They were on time, fast and answered all our questions. We had little experience with how to use a fireplace and the few times we tried to use this one in our new home, we had smoke fill up our living room. They explained how to prep the flue and assured us the fireplace was in good working condition. Since our appointment we've used our fireplace many times and couldn't be happier!

I called to schedule the appointment and Todd answered the phone immediately and set up the appointment. They arrived right on time, and were very courteous and professional. I asked about getting my gutters cleaned and they gave me a quote on the spot and were able to do the service that day. I had them return the following week to do some repair that was needed on the chimney. Again, right on time, very professional. I will definitely use them again!
