Custom Cleaners arrived on time at our house, gave the estimate based on the structural needs of our our chimney. Todd and another member of his crew then came back a week or so later to take care of the work, which they did in 2 to 3 hours. It's been working well ever since.

The two guys came on time, very friendly and enthusiastic. I have a 1-car garage and it was still disorganized from a move in a year earlier. I think my expectations were too aggressive as I thought they were really there to solve a problem re: organization and provide a new way to make my garage space work more effectively, using the storage options already in place. Instead, they really sort of rearranged the stuff and packed it in to make it less messy. But, I knew as soon as I needed anything, it would be a problem. And, alas, it is. So, while they were nice, professional and prompt, my problem was not solved...just "put away" for a little while.

They called ahead as they were ahead of schedule, and arrived early. Very friendly, professional, and conscience of keeping our new carpets clean (covered it with tarps to walk on). Worked slowly enough while sweeping the chimney so as not to have dust fly throughout the room. We feel he did a very thorough job and was very knowledgeable. Stated potential future problems, but didn't pressure at all to fix them now. We will definitely stick with them for our future chimney cleaning needs.

They arrived on time and were very helpful in providing tips to maintain my fireplace and keep it running well. They also made recommendations on how to keep the firebox in good shape to prevent cracking. They cleaned up the area and were very polite and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

I purchased the Angie's List Deal. Called them a couple days later, he emailed me and came the very next day and cleaned the gutters. Fast, prompt and did a good job.

He was able to fit me in two days after I called. Scheduled me during a window of 8-12. He said he would call the day of to let me know. He called ahead to let me know when he was an hour out. Showed up right on time. He took the time to lay out drop cloths to ensure my home stayed clean. Did a terrific job of explaining the mechanics of how everything works. Also took the time to point out how my firebox is in good shape and to caution me against some of the 'used car sales' tactics used by others in this industry. Asked me some questions to understand my chimney usage and made some recommendations for maintenance moving forward. THIS IS THE ONLY CHIMNEY SWEEP COMPANY I WILL BE USING MOVING FORWARD - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Purchased an Angie's List Big Deal coupon. The tech was exactly on time. He was courteous and gave a lot of great advice. What I liked best about him was that he was very personable, and talked me through every step of what he was doing. At the same time, he was courteous enough to "dumb things down" for me when I didn't understand terms. He put down several tarps on the carpet, and was very respectful of my home and property. This is why you use Angie's List - to find people like this who know their trade, are excellent at what they do, are honest and hardworking. I cannot give them a better review!

Todd arrived on time and did a great job cleaning and inspecting our fireplaces. He was clean and neat although he did not waer all black, wear a top hat and sing. He avised me that he lost too many customers with the singing. As far as I am concerned he has teh job next year.

Todd replied to my initial email promptly. He was very responsive in setting up an appointment, On the day of the appointment, Todd arrived during the window he had mentioned. He was careful in ensuring he laid down material over my carpet so as not to leave any dust/dirt. Todd was very friendly & honest and gave me a bunch of great tips as he went through his inspection. The appointment went without a hitch, He recommended some crown repair and waterproofing when the weather warms up. I'll likely call him up in the spring/summer for this service. Todd and his team arrived right on time, and were very professional and nice. They were careful to cover my hardword floors during the cleaning which I was concerned about. I had read on line about possible dust settling in the house during cleanings like this, and my furniture was brand new and is cream colored. I had no soot or dust whatsoever after the process so I was very pleased. .They performed a cleaning and also gave me some tips on how to use my fireplace safely (small fires, keep some ash on the floor, etc). The job was performed quickly and there was no cleanup needed after they left. I also had asked Todd about a repair my inspector had recommended. He told me that it was not necessary but offered to fix it for me for $20.00 more if I really wanted it done. I asked him to do it anyway, and he sealed a small gap between the firebox and the wall at the top of the fireplace. That was also done quickly and cleanly. I would definitely recommend them for service and I will be using them for on-going fireplace and chimney maintenance and repairs.

They came on time, they looked at what needed to be done and told me that the walls were too old to pressure wash. They wiped them down instead. The did a very efficient job of cleaning the rest of the garage floor, ceiling, shelves and doors.

We can't say enough about Todd and his knowledge and work. He was so very personable, and efficient. We wouldn't hesitate to have him again when we need service. We already recommended him to someone else.... Great job Todd. Thank you.

They were great - I felt a little bad at how far they had to travel to get to our house, but I was very glad they did. They cleaned both our chimneys quickly and efficiently. We weren't at sure of the state of the chimneys, since we had just moved into this house, but they were very helpful. They also gave good advice regarding extending the life of the chimneys, fixed a crack in the downstairs fireplace for free, made notes of several minor problems and gave us an estimate for fixing the most pressing of them

Todd came out to pressure wash my house. I thought that it would be more of an industrial size pressure washer - instead, it was a nozzle similar to what I already had from Menards. The house looked slightly better when he left, but all the dust and dirt flowed down to my windows, which are now filthy. My suggestion would be to include window washing with the pressure washing because now I have to pay for someone to come out and do that. On the plus side, Todd was on time and was very professional. He pointed out some tuckpointing I needed done. He did wash more than what was originally covered in the deal, but he couldn't do one side because I didn't have water on that side. Overall, I thought the service was professional, but I don't think the result was worth the money or the extra hassle with the windows.

We bought this as a Big Deal, and we were really happy that we did! We spent time organizing our garage beforehand, so I don't know if they would have done that also. We just left them the garage door opener, and they took it from there. They took everything out of the garage, cleaned it completely, and put everything back in place. They were easy to work with, and they worked with our schedule to get it done when it was convenient for us.

vIt went very well. The gentlemen laid down tarps to avoid tracking any dirt around the house, fully inspected all of the fireplace components and then demonstrated how everything worked. My wife and I are new homeowners and this service was very informative and well worth it. This company also provides many other useful services and we will definitely keep them in mind in the future.
