Arrived a bit early and was considerate of cleaning up.

These guys were all around professional and courteous. They did a thorough initial analysis and properly analyzed the scope. We had a RIDICULOUS amount of stuff in our garage, and they figured out the right strategy with the right people. Very flexible on time, and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend them.

Promptly returned my call. Scheduled quickly and easily. Showed up on time. Did a thorough inspection and cleaning. Shared basic fireplace knowledge to help me understand an answer to my question. Also, just to be helpful, he took a picture of my roof near the chimney so I could evaluate shingles.

My wife and I recently purchased our first home and one of the many things on our to do list was to get our 2 fireplaces inspected/swept. Based on overwhelmingly positive Angie's List reviews, I called Todd to schedule an appointment. He informed me of an Angie's List Big Deal promotion he had as well, so that was an added bonus. He arrived on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the fact that he informs you of what you do and don't need in regards to suggested repairs and doesn't try to up-sell you on parts/services. I will definitely use Custom Cleaning Concepts in the future.

It went very well - the representatives were professional, courteous - informative.

This is the second time we've used Todd and Custom Cleaning Concepts. Previously, he had cleaning our chimney & fire place. He does outstanding work, and he is a dedicated hard worker! This time, he successfully cleaned our dryer vent. His prices are very reasonable, and he doesn't try to gouge his customers with extra unnecessary expenses. He is a very honest guy doing a great job! We will definitely use Custom Cleaning Concepts again in the future.

They did a great job. They were thorough and they cleaned up much more than that. My house is a bit bigger, so it cost more than $175 coupon.

I am never comfortable with paying for a service when I can't check whether it was done or not, which is the case with gutter cleaning. In this case I had to have them come back to re-do a gutter I could see from an unstairs window. They were nice about it and did the gutter again, but I shouldn't have had to call them, especially for a gutter that was not that hard to get to. I purchased Angie's "Big Deal," and Todd came out and did the work. He not only cleaned our chimney and fireplace, he also inspected our roof for any problems. He was diligent in his work, explaining to me what he was doing as he worked, and he thoroughly inspected the fireplace & chimney, as well. He could not have been more knowledgeable and sincere. I will definitely utilize him for other services, too. I was absolutely thrilled with his work and attitude!

Emailed Todd(owner) about my purchase of chimney inspection and cleaning. He responded quickly and asked for my phone number so he could set up appt. When he called back was very friendly on the phone and set up my appt. He arrived on time put down drop cloths so my floors would stay clean. Inspected the fireplace and cleaned it then shop vac. Where he was working. Explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Was friendly and seemed like he knew what he was doing, would use again.

Excellent - looked at the entire chimney, made recommendations for future work. Very thorough explanation, was recommending cost-effective solutions rather than more expensive options.

The owner of the company gave us a time but was late. He apologized and did call us in advance to let us know. He was very nice and told us that coupon covered certain things but due to the delay in scheduling he would do the entire house for us. They did a great job and were super professional. Will use them again.

Bought the Big Deal. I called to schedule. They gave dates. I picked one. They arrived on time and did a great job.

They were responsive, punctual and pleasant to work with. They cleaned our chimney and kept the area very neat and clean. They advised us of an optional repair which we elected to hire them to do. It was completed in the same excellent manner.

Found the chimney was clean and in good repair so did not need to clean or do any repairs. He was prompt and did a through check inside and out.

They arrived promptly at noon for their 12-2 appointment window. They were friendly and very professional. They explained to me what they were going to do and I asked them if they could also show me how to use the gas starter. I left them to do their work and they called me back to show me how to properly take care of the firebox. They explained what we needed to properly maintain our firebox. They cleaned the chimney and then they went outside to check the chimney. They asked me to come in when they were about done. They used the gas starter and then explained how I use it. After they were done, they cleaned up quickly and it was very clean. I would definitely use them again.

they only bad thing is they left sooty wipe marks on our brickface.

They organized it a little bit. It was good. I did it for my husband’s birthday. It was not like amazingly wow, but he noticed that it was more organized. It was nice that it was not above the price of the deal because a lot of things end up that way. They were polite, and it was easy to make an appointment.

Service was excellent. On time, thorough explanations, no "up-selling". Would definitely use them again.

I moved to the area this summer and wanted to be sure that my chimney was ok before having any fires in the fireplace this winter. I couldn't have been happier with Todd and his service. They were prompt, polite, clean and efficient. They were also very helpful with suggestions regarding firewood and the proper use of the fireplace. I will without a doubt use them in the future.
