Todd came when he said he would and did the work as promised. He pointed out that I had some loose bricks and gave several options for repair. He was informative and not pushy at all. I felt the price was extremely reasonable for the service. He put down tarps and left everything immaculate and clean. Highly recommended.

Decent work, but not perfect. A little messy.

They were very knowledgable. They tought me a few things about chimneys. They patched up a crack in my fireplace. They went above and beyone what I had asked and expected.

Everything was great overall. He came in and layed down some tarp so he wouldn't get the carpet dirty and proceeded to check out my chimney. He let me know a lot about the chimney that I didn't know about and the fireplace. After he was done cleaning the chimney, he cleaned up his work area and I asked him if he could show me how to turn on the fireplace since this is my first time having one and he showed me how to do it. We had trouble starting it at first but he was there for another half hour after he was done doing his work helping me start it.

Very well. I didn't feel like they tried to scam me by recommending services that I didn't need.

Everything turned out very well. He was very honest and clean. He did not pressure me into purchasing any additional services. However, he did come back a couple days later to put on two chimney caps. I would definitely use them again.

Todd was so accommodating in scheduling my appointment and was right on time. He came prepared with drop cloths, and cleaned up after himself - totally pain-free service. He did not try to upsell services or scare me about the condition of my fireplace. Todd's service embodies the reasons people like myself use Angie's List; no surprises, reliable service and fair prices.

They did a good job. He was a very honest and respectable guy. He worked very clean. He was a nice guy.

The first rule of pressure washing is to do no harm and that certainly was the case here. We have a brick Chicago bungalow which was uncleaned for years. Custom Cleaning Concepts carefully power sprayed the brick,not hurting any of the wood work or dislodging any of the plugs that were inserted after a recent installation job. The house did show some improvement, but it was not striking. I had been advised of this before and it was what I expected. The most improvement was in the dirt and mold that had splashed and built up along the bottom third of the house. We also discussed cleaning a long cement driveway and the service man was kind enough to isolate and clean a portion of the drive to show me what the "after picture" might look like. I am strongly considering having that done this summer.

It was good. He did an additional little repair as well, which was good.

Scheduled appointment. Customer Cleaning Concepts showed up on time and performed the work within 30 mins. Inspected the condition of the chimney and the condition of gasket and the closure capabilities. Work was handled promptly. Drop clothes were laid out. No sweeping or cleaning of the flue took place. So happy with the service and professionalism. Not sure what I expected to take place took place.

The experience went very well because they set up an appointment, came out, were on time and performed the job. When they were up there checking out my chimney I had an old TV antenna and I asked them about it and they offered to remove it for an extra $25, but they couldn't haul it away, which I said I'd take care of. That was very reasonable as it was about half of what it would cost to contract somebody else. I was fine with them because they did a good job. They responded to my call right away and there were no problems setting up everything, he just came out and performed his job.

The entrance to the garage was moving as part of the addition that we were putting so I needed to get everything moved in order for the contractor to start working like move the doors and everything. So it was wonderful to have him come out and do that. Basically what he did was that he took everything out of the garage and he power washed everything and then he had me come out and tell him where to put everything back. It was totally worth it. He was such a nice guy. He was very polite and what he is doing is truly a service business. I was impressed with him and his company.

THey showed up on time. Covered the area that could be affected by dirt from chimney. There was a problem opening the flue because the previous owners had bolted it shut. They fixed that (no extra charge), checked and cleaned the chimney, checked the output on the roof. They were efficient, polite & helpful. Cleaned everything when they left.

The service was very professional and quick. He found some minor damage in the firebox and suggested we get it fixed in the next few years, but didn't try to scare us into spending money that didn't need to be spent. He cleaned everything up before he left and left no trace behind.

Very satisfied. Team arived, emptied all items (and there were a lot) from garage. Steam cleaned floor, hauled away unwanted junk and replace what we wanted to keep. I hate to confess that, in the eight months since they cleaned the garage, I've managed to mess it up again. I'll have to call them in the spring to do the job again.

The young man arrived on time. He used drop cloths to protect the floors. He was friendly and personable but worked while he was talking. Our fireplace has not been used very much so it wasn't very dirty. It did not take very long. Maybe a half hour.
