Great guy and he did a fantastic job. Extremely professional and the most honest businessman I've ever met. Told me what he did, how he is different than other folks on the business and even shared with me when I should need service again. Turns out I can go several years more before I'd need to have the chimney cleaned again. So rare to hear that honesty when he could have easily told me I need to have my chimney cleaned every year or even twice a year. Great experience.

It went well. I had not had our chimney inspected since we had moved in several years ago. It was nice to know that we could use the fireplace over the winter without having to worry about cracks or debris causing problems.

Todd was very pleasant when greeting me. He had been in a recent accident, and I don't think he felt up to par. He used some kind of hand-held machine to wash the house, which surprised me. The previous power wash I had done used a big truck with IMMENSE power. Todd spent about 2 hours washing. There were quite a few pockets of debris left around gutters, downspouts, and corners around doors and windows. With the small machine he had, and given his less-than-optimum physical condition, he did an adequate job. I have to believe he will be more thorough as his physical condition improves.

The service worked out well. It was a good service. I purchased a big deal for $99, but I paid extra $20 for the supplies. The guy called me after the purchase and introduced himself. We made an appointment later. He was a good person. The work was good.

Call on Wednesday after Tuesday rain proved gutters were clogged. Todd called back within a few hours and can out the next day. Cleaned and then bagged all the debris. Ensured downspouts were all draining. Made recommendation on what to consider for keep downspouts from clogging. I will use his services going forward and recommend Todd to all my neighbors.

Todd originally came last fall too late in the day and we decided to postpone the cleaning until this spring. He waited for 2 days of sunshine and came at the agreed upon time and worked to full days with his helper. We are very pleased with his desire to please and worked very hard to make sure the job was done properly. Todd is a very hard working and dedicated to make sure the job is done the complete satisfaction of the buyer. Our driveway and patio now look as good as new. Great Job!

The chimney sweep had a true passion for his work. He was very thorough, and patiently explained what he was doing and why it needed to be done. He was very careful to manage the large amount of dirt and debris, and gave me good suggestions about removing ashes, how long to leave the flue open, etc. Excellent service, demeanor, and attention to detail. Would ABSOLUTELY use again, and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
