We just purchased a new house and wanted to get all major parts inspected. They did a great job, put tarps down, checked inside and out and cleaned the chimney. They explained everything they did and why and what I may want to think of in the future. Appreciated their honesty and that didn't try to upsell me on anything.

The person showed up on time and worked efficiently to complete the cleaning and inspection. The chimney looked great afterwards, and there was no mess.

Everything went fine. They were very professional and the quality of the work was good. I had no issues when working with them. I would recommend Custom Cleaning Concepts. I hired them a second time to clean my gutters which also turned out well.

He showed up for the appointment, cleaned out a few ashes from the the hearth and then was going outside to look at the chimney for cleaning and inspection. Next thing I know he was done. Said because we only burn wood it didn't need cleaned. I was pretty surprised having paid for both an inspection and cleaning. Next time I would request an inspection before paying for both.

The men were very nice. The clutter was organized and garage was clean. I'd use them again but only at reduced rate. I would not pay full price for their service.

Scheduling an appointment was very easy and quick. Todd did an inspection of our chimney and gave some good advice on what was needed, suggested, etc. He also gave some good pointers for using our fireplace.

I don't know if the chimney is clean, but I do know that they were prompt and on time. They kept the house clean and they were able to check the integrity of the brick work. So that was all good. For the fire place opening, they basically tapered up the entire living room to make sure that no dust or ash got into our house.

It went well. The sweep gave us an honest evaluation and pointers for use and potential future work. He was friendly and professional.

He was absolutely on time, did a careful inspection of the chimney from the lliving room and the roof, communicated the good news to me clearly and advised me about my gutters, that needed cleaning. That was above and beyond the call of duty!

Todd, the owner, called to see if he could come early, which was nice rather than just showing up early. It was fine with me, so he arrived with his assistant, got right to work, did a quick inspection and cleaning and were out within 45 minutes. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, which was surprisingly refreshing. He said our chimney was in excellent shape and only suggested one item that we could get if we chose to, but didn't absolutely need. They laid down tarps and didn't leave a trace of dirt. Thank you!

Tod honored my coupon even though it had expired - he removed everything from garage, cleaned and put it back in less than two hours - also cleaned the dryer vent. Very nice young man - I am planning on using him again for construction clean up and would definitely recommend him to my friends.

Todd is the best and exactly what you want in your chimney sweep. He's very responsive, very attentive and works very hard to please his customer and give them great service at a good price. He clearly takes pride in his work. What I appreciate most about him is his honesty and integrity. He'll tell it straight and not try and sell you something you don't need. He'll go above and beyond to make you happy and win your repeat business. I had two older manufactured fireplaces and chimneys in a house we bought recently and was concerned about the safety and soundness of them. Todd came and gave them a thorough cleaning, found out some information I needed for the inspector and gave me a written report on everything. I didn't get a scare tactic that my chimney cap was going to blow away or that we were going to die from carbon monoxide poisoning or a chimney fire if we didn't buy some expensive service. (I've been subjected to that before). I felt like I was talking to a friend who was giving me some good advice. I had some follow up questions and he came back out and spent over an hour going through my questions and trying to be as helfpul as possible. When he replaced the chimney caps, he shot photos and texted them to me as soon as he was done. And the second time he came out, I needed a lift so he dropped me in town at the Starbucks where I was meeting my wife. Man, that is service! Todd has won my business. He's my hands down "go to" guy.

That was good. They were very fast, they came out when they said they were gonna come out and they did't charge anymore money.

After we bought an Angie's List big deal for pressure washing, we submitted an email to indicate days we preferred to have service provided. I got an automatic email reply from Custom Cleaning Concepts indicating they'd be in touch to schedule a time. Todd from Custom Cleaning called shortly thereafter and left me a message indicating he'd be able to adjust his appointment schedule so that he could come pressure wash our deck on one of the days I preferred. Just a couple of days later he was out to do the work. Todd did a walk through with me to see both decks and asked what our plan was for the surfaces and gave me some advice on prepping surface and finishing the job after he took care of pressure washing. I left Todd to do his work. He did a great job on pressure washing, spending almost 3 hours cleaning our approximately 750 square feet of deck surfaces. When I came home later and wanted to ask about his work and whether he thought I'd hurt the wood if I tried to pressure wash even more of the old surface stain and paint off, I left him a voice mail message and he called me back within about 10 minutes and took time to explain exactly all the work he had done and emphasized that any more would likely cause permanent damage to the deck boards. Todd was responsive, and certainly seemed experienced and honest. We were pleased with the value we got for the service we purchased. I'd definitely recommend his company for pressure washing - and probably for gutter cleaning and window washing, which his company also does and for which we will likely hire him in the future.

I had tenants moving out and I needed 3 rooms done quickly. I called my usual carpet cleaner and they had no one available until the following week. I called Rich at All Star and he happened to have a cancellation for the next day. I'm really glad I did. He is a no nonsense, honest and knowledgeable professional. He finished 3 rooms quickly and I ended up having him do the stairwell also. I have to say he did a better job then the company I used before and the price is right! Do yourself a favor, if you need carpet, rugs or furniture cleaned, give All Start a shot!

Todd showed up on time. We have light carpeting in the room where the fireplace is and he was very careful to put down tarps where ever he had to walk. He explained everything he was doing and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. He inspected the chimney on the outside as well. He had a few recommendations for some minor work that should be done but he stressed it was minor and any handy person could do it them selves. There was no pressure tp hire him to perform the work or attempt to up sell the job. I appreciated Todd's honesty and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

It went excellent. He was great and really good. When we called him, he said that it was too late because it was winter. He came out several months ago and did a wonderful job. He worked very hard and was very good. I was charged extra, because the area was larger than what we had contracted for. It was reasonable. He was very professional. I would them again.
