Peron was prompt and professional. Pointed out things for me to do in the future. Did not try to sell me any additional services. The only thing I recommend is that they should where some kind of protection on his shoes as to not bring any dirt into the house. Over all experience was very good.

I got the deal on Angie's List. $111.00 for cleaning and inspecting my chimney and firebox. I found this to be a fantastic deal. Todd was pleasant and informative when we spoke on the phone to set up the appointment. On the day, he was running early and called me to ask if I could accommodate a minor schedule change, which I could, and he was at my door within minutes. Todd was even more pleasant in person and, while unpacking his supplies, explained exactly what he would be doing. He cleaned the chimney and firebox and inspected all elements, even climbing to the roof to inspect the stack and cap. When all was done, he provided a thorough detail of what he found, gave me pointers on how best to use my fireplace (I have a short stack chimney, which requires additional precautions), and made sure that I was happy with the work performed. Three weeks later, while preparing to build our first fire of the season, I emailed Todd to verify a couple of pointers he had given me, and he responded within only a couple of hours. I have found a chimney sweep I both like and trust, and will never use another.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out fine. They came and cleaned the gutters. They were the same guys who cleaned my chimney. They did fine. There was nothing additional, they just went up and cleaned it out. They were reliable and professional. I had no problems with them at all.

I took advantage of the "$99 Whole House Gutter Cleaning." I knew my gutters probably needed repair/replacement, but I thought a thorough cleaning would give me a better idea as to what condition they were in. Todd showed up on time. He looked over the gutters and gave me his assessment which mirrored my thoughts. I had him clean them anyways but he didn't do the down spouts and he missed one section. He cleaned up and left everything in good condition. As it turned out, the cleaning did improve the water flow off the roof enough for me to wait another year before replacing the gutters.

they showed up on time (scheduled between 11am-1pm and were there at 11:15) and were very polite, did the chimney sweep quickly (bought through a last minute deal on Angie's list) and then recommended we seal some slight cracks in the chimney. They did not pressure us at all but just laid out the facts and options for doing it now or later. we decided to just have the work done ($100) and they took care of it quickly. I'd recommend them to anyone having chimney work done.

Todd from Custom Cleaning Concepts showed up on time and was very thorough. He was very careful to keep my home clean and put down tarps where he would be working to the front door. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and even showed us how to operate our gas fireplace properly. He also made some repairs to the fireplace at a very reasonable price. Todd was very personable and respectful and I would highly recommend him and his company.

After the cleaning was done he pointed out a few minor repairs that could be made, but not necessary at this time.I had him do the repairs. Showed up on time. Was very professional. Told my wife a few pieces of info that while she was already aware of them, they were details that only someone who really knew the fireplace configuration would know. The fireplaces were pretty clean to begin with and he could have just done a cursory job and left but instead he spent the time to make sure that my wife understood what the configuration was and how fires should be built in the fireplace. I'd definitely recommend this service to anyone. Didn't try to push any addons.

Todd was able to work around my schedule and came 2 hours early to do the job that had been scheduled. He explained the basic workings of the fireplace in our recently purchased home. He suggested options that would maintain the chimney but in no way was a hard sell, primarily was enthusiastic about the condition of it. He was efficient. was careful to protect the floors as he went in and out of the house, and answered all questions.

It worked out excellent. We liked it. The guy was very thorough and explained everything. I even asked him about sealing my concrete which he might do next year.
