Very friendly and informative and will use him again. Asked for a Saturday appointment but he was booked for awhile but called one Saturday due to a cancellation which worked out great.

Bought Angie's List $111 deal for Todd to inspect chimney at new house. Called the next day, set up appointment. Arrived when he said he would. Inspected and cleaned chimney, didn't try to sell me anything aside for what he had to do. Was out of here in 1 house.

Custom Cleaning Concepts provided a clear, accurate assessment of the issues and performed the repairs quickly and at a very reasonable cost.

Bought a $99 deal. He is friendly and did a okay job. After asked for him opinion on water mark in the crawl space, he sold me on job to seal my chimney for $400. I wasn't job when it was done. Couldn't tell the difference after it was completed. Not sure if this was a good investment.

Great work and very helpful.. Provided tips on future service needs and took care of some minor repair work that was needed.

It went well. He was on time and gave me an honest assessment of my situation. I had recent work done to my house so he let me know that it was done well and would help keep water out of my chimney. He let me know what damage had been done over the years (my home is over 30 years old) but said that none of it was cause for worry. Did the cleaning and gave advice to help make sure my chimney would stay in good working order. Left the area outside my chimney clean as well!

Todd was on-time, very neat, very professional and did a very good job. He gave me tips on the care of my fireplace and suggestions for use. I will call him again in the future!.

Exceptional service. Owner arrived at the specified time. Walked me through what he was planning. Laid tarps out over my tan carpet from the doorway to the fireplace. I've never had a fireplace before and he answered all my questions without making me feel foolish. Did some crack repairs for a nominal fee and advised me on a couple of items to purchase to help extend the life of my fireplace should that be something I decide on in the future.

Todd was very polite and professional. He was due between 11 - 1 pm and called around 10:30 to see if he could come early (which worked out great for me!). He carefully set up and just as carefully, cleaned up when he was finished. I feel 100% comfortable using my fireplace now, and will definitely call Custom Cleaning Concepts for all my future service! I will also recommend him to my friends and family!

Todd was very prompt, courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable and offered good suggestions in terms of maintaining and water-protecting our fireplace and chimney. We would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of chimney sweeping and repair.

Everything was fine. He was very easy to work with and he didn't try to upsell us. He did everything he was supposed to do and did it well.

I took the Angie's List special and it was a great deal. I had to prepay but they came thru with the expected service, professional, and on time. I have had a chimney sweep try to upsell me needless things in the past but not this time. Custom Cleaning Concepts did a nice job in explaining how my fireplace was built, how it wears, how to keep it safe and functioning, and what the current condition is. I would recommend their service as an honest and qualified provider.

We were very happy with the service.

They came out after I purchased the "Big Deal" and I wasn't really pleased with their service because the guy that came out to give me estimate were trying to have me do more of a job than I wanted. The man who eventually came and did the work I was very pleased with. I needed my floor refinished and the floor runs through the house and I just wanted to have it refinished in the kitchen and he kept telling me that he can't just do the kitchen, he have to do the whole house and I said I just wanted the kitchen done and he told me he couldn't guarantee. And then when the man who actual did the work came I asked him if he could set the refinishing he said absolutely, no problem and it worked out very well but the first guy obviously was trying to get promoted so he could make more money. I did pay them extra for additional service that they provided me.

They cleaned out the garage and they put everything back to my specifications. Everything that was taken down was put back. I was out there with them and I believed this helped with the organazation. They did a good job.

I did not have the service completed. I assumed that since the coupon expiration date is 12/10/13, that the work could be done up until that date. My fault for not checking. Todd explained that they were done pressure washing for the season now, due to cold weather. He was very nice and agreed to honor the coupon next spring, but I would rather just get a refund now.

Excellent service. Thorough and efficient inspection and cleaning of chimney. Would definitely recommend and use again.
