My husband was most impressed with the knowledge and expertise of Custom Cleaning Concepts. We hadn't used our fireplace in 5 years and finally decided to do something about that. The person who came to do the job was prompt, very personable, and knew his fireplaces! He explained everything that he did and why he was doing it. I was impressed with the fact that when I got home from work there was no evidence of the messy job that he successfully completed.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. He was a nice guy. He was quick. We don't use it that much so he was honest and said that we didn't need to call him back for awhile. He gave us honest information. I didn't spend any additional.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. That worked out well. They did a very good job. They were very neat, very quick doing the job. The guy inside was talking to me about a few different things regarding the fireplace. During the inspection he told me it looked good and he also fixed something on the damper. I think he sprayed it with something and ran it back and forth a few times and it was fine. He was able to get that free, he scraped it or something. It wasn't a big repair but he did get it working.

It went very well. They were professional and did quality work. They actually bumped the price down to $99.

I ended up giving them a $20 tip. He was friendly, he came on time and did the job on time.

I contacted Custom Cleaning Concepts through an Angie's list deal and was contacted promptly by the owner, Todd, who immediately scheduled my service for the following week. He arrived prompted and completed the service, explaining every intricate detail about my fireplace and chimney (I'm a new homeowner and knew nothing about the fireplace, not even how to turn it on). The owner was very patient and even though he knew I knew nothing about the fireplace, he did not try to get over on me by offering unnecessary maintenance or repairs to my fireplace and/or chimney. Thanks, Todd. We will use Custom Cleaning Concepts for any and all maintenace and repairs in the future.

I thought he was great. He was hardworking. He went out of his way to come to the home. He went above and beyond and communicated with me very well. He was very professional.

They inspected and cleaned the fireplace. They repaired a few cracks. They recommended ways to keep cracks from reappearing.

When he found some cracks in the brick, he repaired them for an additional $40. Very courteous and left room clean.
