It went pretty well. The end result was good and I'd call them again. This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others.

It was perfect. They came out in two or three days after the deal was purchased. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. What stood out about them was that they were very clean. There was no residual mess left in my family room after they came. You would not have even known that they were here! My oldest son was here. He was 22 at the time, they worked very well with him. They were very accommodating as far as booking a time to come out here.

Good service and responsiveness to Angie's List. Gentleman came to our home and conducted the inspection, gave us a few tips and we were good to go. We just moved into an old home and wanted to ensure we had a workable chimney.

I received a prompt phone call to schedule after purchasing Angie's list deal. Scheduling was easy. They arrived on time, were neat when doing their work and with their clean up. They pointed out some minor repairs needed and did not pressure at all to have it done immediately (which I did anyway.) The price was fair compared to other services in the area.

This is the second time using Todd. The first being for gutter cleaning in Fall. He is on time, good pricing, and the most important, doesn't try to oversell you on a bunch of stuff.

It was really good. They got the job done in about an hour and they sent one guy out to do the job. We were very pleased with them. The scheduling was fine.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. I had no problems and they did a real good job. I actually had him come out twice on 12/5 and 12/12. There were no additional fees.
