He cleaned the gutters quickly and thoroughly. He was pleasant and answered all of my questions.

It went very well. They were very nice. They also did my gutters. They did what I asked them to do and that was nice. They were on time. Two people came out.

Vinyl siding and trim dirty. Lots of mold on siding located on the northern exposure. I did not get competitive bids. I did not have time. I selected him exclusively because of his ratings on Angie's List. I just did not want to have problems. Our first date was bumped due to conflicting schedules. He was promptly back. On the day he did the wash I had to be downtown Chicago. I went ahead and had the work done even when I wasn't there. I called my wife at noon and she told me he was finished and gone. I thought ok I've washed it before myself there has to be something wrong. I came home and looked it over carefully for the missing areas. Nothing! The job was performed perfectly. The house was clean from top to bottom and no area was missed. I guess you can actually do it that fast if you know what you are doing. I was very pleased with the work. My wife said he worked hard and fast. I was impressed and very pleased with the work. I was able to trust him. I would recommend him to anyone. And yes I did have him back for another job.

The service man was very professional and finished the job quickly.

That turned out great. We had them pressure wash our back yard patio and a sidewalk. The owner and an assistant came out to do the service. The owner was very knowledgeable, courteous and I would use them agine if I needed any pressure washing done. our son even commented on how new back patio looked due to the pressure washing.

Provider was very responsive. Our appointment was scheduled within the week that I contacted them. Their staff arrived on time and did an outstanding job power washing our 2 story house and deck.

My experience was good. They were very nice to work with. There were two people here doing the work. We had no issues with them.

Arrived on time and even though it was somewhat rainy proceeded with the job. Cleaned gutters on 2 story house very thoroughly and left no mess.

They were fine. They honored the Big Deal. There was nothing I disliked. They were very accommodating. They were happy to have my job because for what they got paid and what they had to do was what the deal for them so they were all smiles. They were good. It was a bad garage. It was one price for anybody's garage so if you really have a crappy garage, it was a good price.

In a word, excellent. Todd does great work, gets the job done quickly with no hassle, and afterwards makes a point to tell you if everything looks good or if there's anything you might want to be concerned with in the future. They cleaned our gutters and noticed one of the downspouts was too close to the ground and had a tendency to clog as a result, so (with permission) they raised it up at no extra charge. Fantastic!

Completed two chimneys in a quick, clean and safe manner. Post job cleanup was perfect. Without a doubt I would recommend.

The technician was very nice. They got the job done in about 30 minutes. The scheduling was very good.

Fireplace is new but had not been used for a couple of years. So a routine check to make sure no issues before starting to use again.

He did a great job of cleaning the chimney and explaining the facets of the chimney.

Todd explained that because of my infrequent use of the fireplace, the chimney was in good shape. He also explained that what I burned and how often the fireplace was used would determine how often the chimney should be cleaned. We discussed in detail the working of the fireplace and proper maintenance. Todd was very knowledgeable.

He came and did exactly what he was contracted to do, was clean, and provided some helpful information and tips.

Todd was extremely personable, courteous and informative. After cleaning and inspecting our two chimneys and helping to investigate a leak, he went over everything in detail to me. I felt that he was very honest about everything and did not recommend anything that we did not need. He also educated me a lot about our chimney and fireplace. He was very clean, laying down tarp from the front door all the way to our fireplace for inspection so as to not get anything dirty. He went above and beyond in my opinion and I would gladly use him again and/or recommend him to any friends or family. Overall, Todd provided excellent service and I highly recommend him!

Todd was very punctual and courteous. He did his job well, did not leave any dirt. Furthermore, he did not suggest any unneeded services. He did point out that our firebox was cracked along with our burner, but gave us information on how to fix it ourselves and save money. I would recommend his service to anyone.

He said my chimney was quite clean and he didn't provide services that weren't necessary. So I appreciated his honesty with me and he did a good job.

He showed up on time, was very careful of my shrubbery and really did the best he could to make the house look less flaky. It took him quite a long time and he cleaned up afterwards.
