Very detailed in explaining the work to be done and results of the free inspection provided. The work done was very thorough.

We purchased a deal for a chimney cleaning for the fireplace in a new-to-us home. The guys arrived on time, kept everything clean, answered our many questions and were very friendly and professional.

Easy to schedule. Nice job with the cleaning. Terrific communication and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

The gentlemen that came to provide the service were both courteous and very respectful of my home. They laid tarp down from the entrance all the way to the chimney that was being serviced. I was very happy and impressed to see that level of service especially since I have a light carpet around the chimney. They were both efficient and thorough with both the cleaning and the inspection. After the work was complete they both took the time to give me wood burning tips as well as a report explaining some of the issues I had to address. I was also impressed by the fact that I was given good estimates on when I would realistically need service again and how soon I should address some of the concerns in the report. Overall I am very happy with the service.

The servicemen arrived at the scheduled appointment time and completed the service in around an hour. They were very explanatory as far as the service performed and offered several recommendations. They did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and recommended the same sweep and inspection, every year or two. Rich and his partner (can't recall his name), were very cordial and professional. We will certainly call them in the future.

One of the best companies I've had to pleasure of hiring. They were very prompt and friendly. Very knowledgeable about what they do and were more than happy to give me maintenance tips . Also gave me ideas on how to make the fireplace more efficient when it comes to using it for heat. VERY honest. I would hire them again any day!

I am very satisfied. This is the second time I use Custom Cleaning for my fireplace. Todd was on time and did not try to sell me nothing that I did not need. Gave me advice about the maintenance and things I could do myself. He even gave me a little bit of sealant he had left to seal my brick and tuck-point. He is very honest and has reasonable prices.

It went fine and I will use their services again. Both representatives were very considerate of our house, obviily knew their business well, and produced a good product. One issue I have though...Our chimney was given a clean bill of health, however what was put in their write-up for documentation purposes was different. In person I was told everything was fine, however on paper there were several items they labeled as unsatisfactory without the positive commentary they provided me. I believe their assesment that the chimney is ok, however what they tell me and what goes on paper should match. Otherwise, I will use this company again.

Excellent Service. They were careful and set up tarps, asked to come in through the closest entrance to fireplace. Excellent communication in telling me what they were doing and why. Fantastic job. I misheard the price as $199 on the phone. Left a check for that amount while at work and Todd left my check with my family explaining I had paid too much. I sent him a new check in the mail. Also I had had my chimney inspected by a mason about 2 years ago and everything looked good then except for some minor work. Todd said everything looked good and reading some reviews on chimney sweeps it sounds like some of them are not so honest are recommending additional services. Not the case here. Must be one of the most honest guys around.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company. I bought the deal earlier this week, and got an appointment for just a few days later. They arrived on time (early, actually) and did a fantastic job. Todd did a nice job of explaining everything to me. He offered additional services, but was very honest with me about the necessity of these. I would definitely use this company again.

It was easy to make an convenient appointment. The two respresentatives arrived on time, but it happened to be poor weather. They were very polite and easy to work with. Unfortunately, shortly after everything was out on our driveway, it began to rain. They cleaned up the garage as quickly as they could, and we all dragged the things back into the garage as quickly as we could... It was bad luck for the weather, but they tried their best to accomodate the situation...

They were prompt for the appointment. They were clean. They pointed out some actions we needed to take. They were pleasant to deal with.

Todd was very accommodating to meet the scheduled time that worked for me. I appreciate that. He showed up on time was very tidy suggested some other improvements for future consideration but was not pushy and explained they were not mandatory but something to consider. Overall I am happy with his service and will use him in the future. I also appreciate that he was a local provider, I prefer to use local businesses when ever possible.

All was well! They came out and did the work and cleaned up well. They explained how to keep my chimney clean. There were no additional fees.
