Description of Work: Called up and got an appointment. Service was great, Todd came out with an associate. They cleaned and educated me about the chimney. Advised me to use seasoned firewood. But what I was most impressed was, after they were done, I asked him about one of my roof vents (not the chimney) that seemed to be missing a cap. Todd pulled the ladder off the van and went up and went up and took a look and said the vent had a mesh but no cap. He obviously did not have to take the effort the investigate a non chimney related issue. I was impressed and would definitely have them out again.

Description of Work: Todd and Jake cleaned out my fireplace, repaired the cracks in the mortar, gave me detailed instructions about how to keep it clean and functional and safe. They checked the cap on the roof and then also inspected the top of the second fireplace that we never use, gave me advice about the patching that needs to be done on that and replacing the current animal guard with a cap, which they estimate at about $200, if I want to do that in the spring. Very nice guys, efficient, knowledgable --- I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon for a garage cleaning. All the items were removed and re-arranged as advertised. However, the pressure wash of the floor did not remove common stains, the walls were not cleaned of the spiders and webs. I had to do that myself. Bottom line is that I did not get my money's worth.

Description of Work: Garage is much cleaner now. Still some stains on the floor. Be aware that the guys will put stuff back the way they think it should go, or where they remember they found it, but not necessary where it came from. Very pleasant, easy to deal with.

Description of Work: Emptied garage. power washed floor, replaced items. On time, polite, professional. Couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. Helped me to carry heavy garbage to curb for pick-up.

Not knowing anything about chimneys and never have been on I my roof I could easily have been talked into a repair. Their service was thorough and professional. I highly recommend using their service.
