Jerry was quickly able to get the parts and repair our furnace during an extremely cold week and his busy schedule. Followed up the next day to confirm everything was working.

Mr. Morgan seemed very nice, but the installed timer does not work and it took him 3 days to call back after he was notified. It has not been fixed to date. I would gladly change my ratings once the project has been fully completed but I paid for something that is not complete.

He came the same day on a Saturday. The reason I said no for recommending was due to his lack of knowledge and waste of time. He didn't seem to go directly to the source of the problem and began with the more costly solutions. The repair was not a costly one but a simple replacement of the flame sensor not the igniter (which he held in his hand shocking himself as it started ticking or sparking). I am a female and he made an inappropriate comment. He was very talkative and spent about 2 hours or more to find that the solution was simple. I helped him so things could move along and so I can do the repair myself next time. I am not a furnace person but this repair is a DIY project once you know where to look for the flame sensor (according to other professionals in the business) Not to mention he used what appeared to be a used replacement part. At the end of the day, he did fix the problem so that's why he got a 4. I don't so much mind the cost as I do the inappropriate comment, extreme waste of time, and lack of knowledge.

He repaired two dead outlets, gave me the options and made it happen. I would use him again.

I didn't realize the circuit breaker was off because the stove would turn on but would not heat. Jerry charged me $25 less than the actual quoted service charge but told me that he would only charge me a certain price for installing recessed lighting in my kitchen. He was very concerned and I have no doubt that he will carry through with the quoted reduced price for the lighting work.

Jerry came the same day, and he quickly fixed some electrical issues we were having. He also repaired two toilets. We will be hiring him again to do some outdoor electrical work for us.

Jerry provided quality work in a timely manner. Pricing was also reasonable.

I am very pleased with the service I received. He was able to complete the job on short notice in the promised amount of time for a reasonable price. He was professional and able to offer explanations for the job that needed to be completed. I would definitely hire him again for future jobs.

Morgan is very efficient and helpful; he was very amenable to the time we requested and came that same day. Price was very fair and he explained everything he did. He even stayed to after 8PM at night to finish his job. Totally trust him and will use him over and over again,.

Jerry (and his helper) were very efficient. They worked well as a team. It was obvious Jerry knew what he was doing and was an experienced electrician. Also, they cleaned up well when the job was finished. I only wish they had started the job a few hours earlier (didn't start until about 11:45am). They did finish in one day though, as Jerry said he would (around 8:00pm). Two other contractors said it would take 1.5 - 2 days. Jerry is very personable and easy to deal with. We would definitely recommend him to others.

Jerry was great! He diagnosed my problem quickly and let me know what my option were. He got me up and running for a fair price. He even guaranteed his work. Jerry has my trust and my recommendation.
