The whole experience from quote to completion went so smoothly. I have to commend all teams that came for their professionalism and courtesy throughout. The mitigation team consisted of Roberto, Ramon and Manuel. They were great. The ceiling restoration team of Adan, Raul and Sebastian were so diligent and did wonderful quality work. A big thanks to all of them. I would highly recommend 1st Choice.

When I was getting a new deck installed and had an old deck removed, rotten wood was discovered in the wall. 1st Choice removed the entire wall of my home below the deck and replaced it with new framing, insulation, vapor barrier and siding. They did great work. While there were some minor issues I was not happy with, they came back at no extra charge and redid some of the work exactly how I wanted it. I would recommend 1st choice and their partners to anyone doing a similar repair. Their price was fair, right in the middle of estimates I received, and they had all of the required licenses and insurance I required.

Ana and her crew including, Julian and Maria did all the packing up and later returning of our furniture and personal items during the rehab process. They were prompt, very professional and worked very hard. I again used 1st Choice for the Deep Cleaning after all of the rehab work was completed. Liz, Julian and Maria did a great job completing all the work I requested. They were prompt, very thorough and we were extremely pleased with their work and would use them again.

This company charged me almost $1,000 for use of their fans for one extra day. I was never advised that the charge would be so great. Then, I had to make several phone calls just to get an invoice for the extra use of the fans. And, when I sent a check, I received phone calls saying that my check was not received.

Excellent. Good communicators and were fast in responding. Very professional. Worked quickly and kept me abreast on what they were doing. My only issue was that they didn't get back to me with the cost of replacing the floor which was a separate service on itself.
