"Thank you for the review!"
"Mrs. [Member Name Removed], once AGAIN We thank you for taking the time to review 1st Choice Solutions. At 1st Choice Solutions, customer satisfaction is what we strive for every day. We are very sorry to hear that your experience was unpleasant, and your satisfaction was not met. We understand how overwhelming water damage losses can be and how our response to your emergency calls is important. When we received your initial call in May, our crews were dispatched to your property and performed mitigation services professionally and efficiently. A price was agreed on and paid. Now, when water loss hit your property a second time, you requested that no mitigation crew would be dispatched but instead asked to rent equipment. When we noticed how surprised you were at the price of the rental, we went ahead and gave you a discount because we understand how overwhelming these losses can be. Once again, a price was agreed to in person, over the phone and by e-mail. As soon as equipment was no longer needed, we picked up and sent you an invoice to the email address that you provided. This invoice was also mailed out. Regarding the invoice, it was sent multiple times via email, to which there was no response until July when you stated that payment had already been mailed out. Truthfully, we never received payment via mail, which is when our office manager suggested that one of our employees would be dispatched to pick up the payment. We never received a response from you; therefore, no employee was dispatched to pick up this payment. Mrs. [Member Name Removed] clearly there have been many misunderstandings and we will gladly work with you to get this paid and closed out. As you may have noted, the invoice was not at $1,000.00 but late fees have accrued. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may be to you, we understand that these services may be something you cannot afford at the time but we hope you understand that as a business we must do all that we can to, one, keep our customers satisfied and two, continue to grow as a business."
