The overall experience was good. They arrived way earlier (1 hour early) than I was told. The guys worked hard and fast and were careful. Unfortunately, the truck that they had was too small to fit all my stuff. So I opted to handles the rest, which was a big mistake. I didn't want to pay the guys to make another trip because I would have gotten charged the same hourly rate.

The office staff was friendly and informative. The moving company sent four very hardworking employees. They padded all the furniture and wrapped all the upholstered furniture, mattresses, box springs, etc. with film to keep them clean. They pointed out prior damage. So far, we have not found any damage to our furniture or to walls. They carefully disassembled and reassembled desks and tables. They use a lot of tape (@$2/roll) to wrap padding on to furniture...it is well worth the money to protect the furniture. The men were very pleasant and took direction very well. We got good value and they were very careful. I have moved a dozen times...this was the best move.

USA Moving was WONDERFUL! I can't say enough good things about them! The 4 person team started working from the minute they arrived on the premises. The team was early, worked efficiently and cooperatively, carefully packed all furniture, placed and assembled everything for immediate use. The move basically took 4 hours. Against all other estimates, it was worth the extra money for a 4 person team. Ilanit at the office provided good help with preparing us for the move as well as good follow up service. They also provided 10 free boxes good for packing smaller items. I definitely recommend them!

Very unpleasant experience with receiving a moving quote. The person was rude and very impersonal. He barely looked around (didn't even open closet doors) to give a quote. When I called to speak to the owner, it wound up being the same person who was at my house! He took no responsibility for his rudeness, and he told me I should be grateful that he came to my house even though he was sick. The whole experience was infuriating and very disappointing.

Santiago & his crew (4 people total) arrived to our storage unit right on time. They had everything from a 10 X 20 storage unit wrapped in blankets and in their truck within 2 hours. After the drive to our house all items were placed where we wanted and done in less than 2 hours. Total was 4 hours to move all items. Another plus was the fact that they had no problem removing their shoes while moving items in the house since it is brand new with fresh carpet and hardwood flooring.

This was the best moving experience I've ever had in 13 years in Chicago. They actually showed up early! The four movers they sent were all very courteous and efficient. They loaded/dismantled/wrapped/taped/unloaded/dismantled/ and cleaned at all three places in under 3.5 hours. I would recommend them to anyone for a residential move. They were fantastic!

These guys are fast. 3.25 hours to wrap up, load the truck, drive to Naperville and unload. They tape and wrap to excess but they were fast, friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Santiago was the leader of a crew of six who moved us. They were unbelievable -- so efficient, so professional, so fast and so STRONG! We were very happily surprised by the price. I had budgeted double what the cost turned out to be. I can't say enough about these men. They worked nonstop and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. There was no breakage and everything that needed to be wrapped was very well protected. Again, the price blew me away. My husband tipped extravagantly as a result because they deserved it.

Javier and the guys were pleasant, hard-working, well-organized, and fast. They charge by the hour, and there was NO gold-bricking. They finished faster than their initial estimate, and the folks in the office at the apartment complex said they had never seen a move go so fast. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and I've found it's rare to have a moving day with no casualties. Aces!

I chose this company because of the amount of positive reviews on Angie's list, and it turned out to be a very good choice. The movers arrived within the scheduled time period (they said between 8-9am, and they arrived at roughly 8:55), they carefully packed and loaded my furniture and boxes, and they unloaded it with remarkable speed and determination. They finished the job in two hours, which is the minimum amount of time you can hire the movers for. So, for 4 guys, 2 hours, and the tape/mattress wrap charges, I spent $340. My best advice for anyone thinking of hiring movers would be to prepare as thoroughly as you possibly can. If you have EVERYTHING packed and ready to go in one central area of your home, preferably a room close to where they will move the furniture, you will save yourself money. I had everything packed and ready to go, and they were able to concentrate on moving. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for myself.

They were on time, extremely nice, and quite professional. They came highly recommended from some friends and from Angies List. It couldn't have worked out better. We were expecting a cost of about $1300-$1500. They worked very fast (going up and down the 4 flights of steps) and the quality couldn't have been better. Everything went smoothly. Very pleased. Because they worked so quickly, the price came down to $800 (they get paid by the hour).

The workers were wonderful! They were very careful and made sure all the boxes were put where we wanted them. Not one thing was broken! They were on time to pick up the boxes and to drop off too. I went to the office to pick up boxes (10 free boxes to Angie's list customers) and the woman in the office was extremely helpful. She offered great advice on what to pack in the different size boxes. Although I hope to not move for a long time, I will definitely use USA Moving for future moves!

Pretty much everything the other reports say about this company hold true for me. They were very prompt, courteous, took excellent care of my furniture. I had done extensive work ahead of time, so literally everything was either in a box, or was a piece of furniture. I also removed all pictures and glass table tops, so there were no additional costs I had to incur for boxes or other materials. They do use a LOT of tape (25 rolls @$2 per roll). However, since they wrap all furniture (and I have quite a few antiques) in blankets and need to secure the blankets to carry the furniture, I think the extra $50 was a small price to pay for having everything arrive intact and in great condition. The entire move only took 5.5 hours--they really hustle and don't waste any time. They aren't the least expensive mover, but their price is reasonable for the quality of work.

We were very impressed by the job they did. After all the horror stores we had hart about using movers, we were pleasantly surprised at how easy our move was. They were very nice, worked hard and moved our stuff with great care. They made our moving day very stress free and easy. They worked very quickly and efficiently. None of our belongings were damaged or lost during the move. They did an excellent job! I would use them again and highly recommend them to everyone.

Excellent work! The men were polite and courteous. They wrapped the piano to protect it.

The movers were right on time, very professional, and got my move finished very quickly. The price was reasonable (I was a little nervous about tape and packaging being extra, but that turned out to be no big deal), and I'm very happy with my experience.

They love to wrap and blanket everything, which adds to the time a bit- but it does ensure everything arrives unscratched or broken. We had several awkward pieces, including a large fridge and antique sofa and the did a great job of negotiating all stairwells, doorways and turns without damaging the walls for furniture. They take great care and work very hard. This is my 4th time using them for a move and I would definitely use them again.

The guys moved things out very quickly - one place was moved out in 2 hours and the other 1.5 hours and into the new place even faster. These guys do an amazing job! The thought of spending the entire day moving ourselves was not something we wanted to entertain. USA Moving proved to us the money was worth it!

This move could not have gone any more smoothly. We have used other movers in the past (and paid more) and have always had problems of some sort. Ilanit helped me set everything up over the phone. The guys who came to move were so professional, efficient, and courteous. They carefully wrapped up our larger items that were not boxed. They efficiently loaded their truck despite our narrow hallways and small elevator. We were not moving into our new home right away, so they inventoried our belongings and held them in storage for us at no extra charge. When we were ready to move, they loaded the truck with all of our things, came to my parents' house where we had a lot more boxes and furniture in storage, loaded it up, and finally brought everything to our new house. Absolutely none of our boxes were damaged, and they did not put a scratch on a wall anywhere. Moving day was very snowy and they made sure the floors in the new house stayed dry. We highly recommend these movers.

Very good experience. I had to send the movers on to my house while I went to a closing. By the time I got done, they had moved in all the furniture, unwrapped it, and cleaned up. They called me on my way to the house and asked if I wanted them to assemble my office furniture. They were flexible and met me at a third location for an unscheduled pickup. I'll use them again. Hard to beat 4 guys and a 2-hour minimum for a small move.

The moving crew arrived on time, and got right to work. They were fast and impressive in their skill and strength. They finished the entire job in three or four hours. It was our first experience using movers, and they performed beyond our expectations. They even took care of the little things we hadn't packed yet, but made sure to ask first if we wanted it to go. I think one piece of furniture was scratched or damaged in some minor way, which they did not realize, nor did we, until later. We did not pursue it with the company. They were very appreciative of the donuts we shared with them, as well as the sodas and the tip we gave them at the end. We offered them a six-pack of beer, which they declined. Very professional. The cost was significantly lower than others we were quoted. We would definitely use them again.

I'd recommend USA MOVING to anyone based on what I saw of them. Only one of the all-Mexican team seemed to have any English, but communications were never a problem and they were friendly and polite.

The guys came on time. They were very professional and careful with all of our things. They worked non-stop even when we told them it was okay for them to take a break. We had all our things packed and ready, so the guys moved quick -- saving us money.
