They took the time to wrap all wood items to prevent scratching. They loaded and unloaded quickly and efficiently. They made sure items were placed where we wanted. Good job putting selected items back to together. Excellent clean-up.

The woman who answered the phone was curt, uninterested and could not wait to get me off the phone. While I understand that companies may not be interested in small jobs, this attitude will not get them our business after our house sells and we need a much larger move.

Companies like USA Moving are the reason I subscribe to Angie's List. I chose them based solely on the reviews here and couldn't have been happier! The process was pleasant from the onset, with the scheduler on the phone describing their rate structure and what to expect on the day of the move with the utmost customer service. On the day of the move five guys showed up exactly on time and worked flawlessly. It was a record heat weekend and never once did I find that they were slacking off or taking it easy. They were meticulously careful with my belongings. (While it's painful to see $100+ in tape and box costs, when I saw how well padded everything was and found it to have arrived without damage, it was worth it.) I've never had a mover this professional and effective. Terrific work all around.

The movers were on time and moved fast. They slowed down a bit after 3 hours but I bought them lunch and things picked up a bit. There was absolutely move damage to any of my furniture. They moved furniture down a stiarcase and made no marks on the walls. I was particularly concerned because I was moving from a rental unit and didn't want to leave any marks or dings in the building. They wrapped everything to protect corners and edges. They wrapped and wrapped and wrapped. They were careful with every single piece of furniture, even pieces that were second-hand. By far, this was the best move that I have every had. I would recommend this company to anyone. The move took approximately 10 hours. There was no down time. They placed the furtnirue in the rooms that I specified without a fuss. They hung my clothes. I was completely satisfied with this company. I even received 10 free boxes which I needed.

They were courteous, on time, nice, professional, and fast. They were also able to stay within budget and they didn't break anything. It was a very good experience.

The crew who did my move was great. They were on time, worked very hard and were quick and efficient. I would be very comfortable recommending them to anyone or having them move me again. They are the only movers I have ever used who I trusted - they treated my possessions as they would treat their own. As a woman and someone moving by myself, I could not have asked for a better experience. They even helped me look for my keys when I misplaced them - in the trunk of my packed car!!

I would definitely hire this company for any future moves. The were on time, reliable, and polite. The price was also reasonable for a small sized apartment.

Communications were great. They managed to get the job started earlier and finished with great efficiency. I've used other moving companies before and this one is by far the most professional. They covered furniture well and didn't mess up anything. It was a good experience. The only thing to note is that they buffer costs with the ''cost'' of tape, etc. which added $50 to the bill/quote. However, with the fair price, I was fine with this.

This was the best move I've experienced. Jerry's estimate was within a few dollars of the final cost. The moving crew (five individuals) was courteous, professional, and careful. The crew chief (Santiago) was excellent, and seemed committed to providing us with a quality moving experience. There are movers that may be less expensive, but the price was fair and you need to beware of bargain basement movers. You get what you pay for.

The guys did a great job with a lot of boxes. The furniture was wrapped up and everything was handled with care. Not one item was damaged. We were quoted $140 per hour (including the trip), and it took them a total of five hours, which equals $700. The other $330 was for the wrapping and packing of things, such as lamps and paintings (and probably moving from a third floor apt.)

I was very satisfied with the service that USA Moving provided. They were able to accommodate my request when my moving times changed. From the young woman who took my first call to schedule the move to Jose who lead the team of 4 who physically completed the move - they were all great! The movers disassembled a few pieces of furniture for me and then reassembled in the new place. They offered suggestions on where to place furniture. They worked around freshly painted walls in the bedroom, problems with the freight elevator and a conflict with another moving company. I would use them again without hesitation!

Overall, we are extremely happy with the services performed for the cost incurred. The up front estimate provided was beneficial for comparison purposes and proved to have been calculated well. The crew (5 men) worked tirelessly from the time they arrived to the time of completion. The job took over 10 hours to complete. The movers were pleasant, respectful and accommodating to our requests. The furniture that needed the mover's packing/protection was handled professionally and securely. Overall, the furniture arrived in great shape with only some minor defects. The living quarters only suffered from minor "box rubbbings" on a couple of walls. The final cost varied by about 10% from the initial estimate, which we thought to be reasonable. The movers were able to make everything fit into the one truck they arrived with, but a slightly larger vehicle could have allowed for more ease of loading for the movers and a slight savings of time and money for us. We would hire USA again!!

Good. Prompt, courteous. They even found and returned some jewelry I lost under furniture. In the end, thought the price was high, but they worked efficiently and it could not have gone any faster. The foreman asked if it was ok to pull up the truck to the balcony, so they unloaded directly into my home, no stairs to climb and made things go even faster. I guess moving is just expensive when done right. Pre-move staff and website link was very helpful. Free boxes came in handy.

The four movers showed up on time and immediately started to organize and pack/wrap the larger furniture and pictures. We had packed all other items ourselves. They worked very fast and took no breaks until the truck was fully loaded. We have antique furniture, which was handled with extreme care and wrapped thoroughly. The movers did use a large amount of tape and packing paper, but for the fact that my furniture wasn't harmed I'll pay the extra money. Also, the four men were very friendly and polite and made our moving so much easier for us.

The crew was one-half hour late, and I was very skeptical about the size of their truck. But they proved me wrong! The crew was hard-working and professional, and loaded up the truck in only 90 minutes! A quick ride to Plano, and they unloaded and positioned our belongings in about 90 more minutes. I was flabbergasted. I had expected the move to take six hours, and it only took 3 1/2! I could not be happier with the service provided to us by USA Moving. Thanks so much!

They were excellent. They were very careful and courteous. They were also extremely reasonable!

It was by far the best experience we could have had. My only complaint is that they were early, and we weren't fully packed. That was our fault and not theirs. The movers were fast and very professional. The cost was a little less than we expected too. Overall, we are very satisfied and have already referred a lot of people to them.

Everyone we talked to was helpful and responsive; the crew was right on time, efficient and pretty amazing to watch. The price ended up being a little more than I'd expected, but it was totally worth it.

They were cheaper than another estimate that I received. They did a good job with my moving. They were very careful moving my items.

Jerry was very helpful. I called on a Monday morning and he was able to provide me with a moving crew for the next evening at the time I desired. I inquired about an Angie's List discount and although all of his specials were not applicable to my move, he was happy to throw in all of the packing materials, like tape, for free and to also only charge me for 2 hours even if the move ended up requiring more. The actual move went smoothly. The men were very careful with the piano and with our newly refinished hardwood floors.

The guys showed up on time. They were nice & very efficient. My only complaint is that I was quoted a $450 estimate & paid double. It should not have taken as long as it did. My husband & one other guy moved us the last time & it took the same amount of time (5 hours). Beware, they also charge you for any & all supplies they use for the move. For example, they charged us for the 24 rolls of tape they used to wrap the furniture with.

USA Moving was GREAT. We were given a start window of 8-9am, and they arrived at 8am sharp. Before I knew it, all of the boxes in our home were gone! Santiago and his team (4 members in total) worked non-stop and were extremely quick yet ensured that every piece of furniture was fully protected. I have never seen harder, more diligent movers. All of them were also very pleasant and had no problems with my numerous special requests. The overall move took 10 hours since we have several very large pieces of furniture, some of which require disassembly in order to move out of our unit. We also completely filled the truck so a separate trip had to be made to our storage unit. The price was very fair - their were no hidden extras, and the pricing for additional materials was much less than we expected. Overall, this was a fantastic experience.

Fast! I didn't have much to move - I had packed a lot beforehand - but the move was completed in less than 3 hrs, and I had anticipated at least 4. Having more than 2 movers makes a difference, I think. The team was very efficient, packed my stuff well, and were very courteous. Even helped me arrange some furniture. The truck fee was a little higher than other quotes - $140, but the speed of the move compensated for it. Less pain, I think! The people in the main office were friendly and returned my initial call promptly.
