The move was great. They called ahead of time to confirm. They showed up on time. They detailed the information. Javier was the lead mover and he was great. They worked quickly and cleanly and not a single thing was broken, which was a first for me in moving. We don't plan on moving for a while, but we would use them again.

Fantastic! Very professional! We actually felt like they cared about our belongings. They took extra care to wrap all of the furniture and made sure that everything made it to our new home safely and without a dent or scratch. The team of four worked very quickly and even made sure all of our belongings made it to the correct rooms in our new home. Highly recommended.

They were fabulous. They arrived on time, they were extremely well organized and efficient and they worked well as a team - as we were paying by the hour, these factors were particularly important. Each piece of furniture was wrapped in blankets and then the blankets were secured with tape, with no tape touching the furniture. Each and every piece moved arrived at the new apartment with no damage. They also packed all the art work which also arrived in original condition.

We had to close on both our sale and our purchase in the same day so we chose to move out (and stay with family one night) and move into our new place the next day when we'd have the keys. They moved us out of our 3 bedroom condo in the city and emptied our full 8 x 10 storage unit. All of our furniture, etc. was meticulously wrapped. Everything was cataloged. The next day they moved us into our new house in Oak Park. Still unpacking; but haven't found anything broken yet. It was $140/ hour for 4 guys, plus materials, $100 overnight fee, and $70 truck fee per day.

It was very good. They arrived on time. There were a few minor problems, but it was a positive experience overall. They worked very quickly and efficiently, and had the job done in under 6 hours.

This was our first experience with professional movers and we were happy with USA (recommended by a coworker). They arrived on-time and got moving right away. The guys were nice, professional, and careful with our stuff. (Just one minor mishap with a crate of my boyfriend's vinyl records--they got piled under some other boxes, but our fault for not saying something first. Thankfully no records broken). Got everything moved in 3.5 hours. The office staff was also very professional and courteous over the phone--not something you usually expect with companies in this line of business.

The move was scheduled for a Friday morning and they showed up 30 minutes early and worked non stop through the day. I particularly liked the patience and detail the movers showed from the moment they got there. We had ZERO problems with our move. Having a four person crew is well worth it!

They did everything right on schedule. Very efficient and fast. Great job!

Anticipating a very stressful day, I was pleasantly surprised. I have moved 4 times and this was the least stressful. Not a single thing was broken, not even a scratch on the walls. They took all the furniture apart and put it all back together, perfectly. Everything was wrapped in heavy blankets with tape. I could not be happier. I do not think I can find a single tiny complaint. The whole move was perfect !!!!

The movers were absolutely wonderful. They were careful, efficient, cheerful (!!!), all of which made the move as easy as possible for us. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. They treated our household as if it were their own in their attention to detail and care in wrapping things up.

Job 1: Santiago and his crew arrived on time. They worked quickly and efficiently and they were very polite and careful with our belongings. They completed the job more quickly than we expected, they charged us less than we expected, and all of our stuff arrived in perfect condition. We were thrilled with the experience and would recommend them to anyone. Job 2: Excellent service - punctual, energetic, respectful of our home and careful with our possessions. USA Movers were outstanding! They were on time, focused, quick, but not careless. Nothing was broken in the move and everything was handled with care. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a stress-free, quick move. I have moved 6 other times for work, mostly between states, and this was the first time I've moved in 8 years. They were the best movers I've ever had and if I have to move again, you can bet I will be calling them.

The movers did an EXCELLENT job. They were fast and efficient as well as professional and careful with my belongings. The movers carried furniture and boxes up three flights of stairs without even batting an eye. I was very impressed by how well the move went and will definitely recommend this company to others.

These guys were great. They arrived at our old place, in Printers Row, a little early, parked the truck and surveyed our belongings. They were fast, but unlike other "fast" movers, they didn't cut corners. They were thorough and considerate and very interested in meeting our needs. We plan to stay in our new home for years to come, but we'll call USA Moving & Storage when it's time to move, and I'm recommending them to all my friends.

They were quick and efficient. They were very careful and wrapped everything so it wasn't damaged. They worked very hard and moved fast.

I called for an estimate and the lady told me I had to go on-line to get a phone number to contact them. She informed me that I had to know how much my furniture weighs to help gage my estimate. Therefore I was not able to receive an estimate.

They were very nice to work with, worked well together and considerate. They work quickly but didn't rush.

Javier was in charge of our move. He and his crew were very professional. They covered all our furniture before they moved it on the trucks. This was great because our furniture stayed safe in the transit. Although, it is very time consuming for them to cover everything. And when you're paying by the hour, it adds up. To get an estimate for charges, you submit a checklist of items online so they can see how many trucks and men to send. Somehow, there is a flaw in this system. We were sent only 2 trucks and 5 guys. We ended up with 6 trucks full of items so we had to make 2 trips. They did send a third truck later in the evening but our move took 12 hours. So, it was more expensive than I thought it would be. But Javier and his crew never stopped working. I would suggest if you use USA Moving that you really understand how much you have to move and perhaps pre-move the night before and leave your stuff on the trucks.

Santiago & crew arrived right on time, took a quick look around, & started immediately moving stuff out. The crew worked extremely hard the whole time, & was courteous & careful with all of our possessions. The work took 7 hours, which I was surprised at, but the movers did not stop moving once, so it was due to the amount of furniture & things to be moved, additional packing, & the difficulty of the layout of the old two story house. I would highly recommend this company & will be using them again when we move back to our house.

The movers (4 men) called in advance to confirm, showed up within specified window and had 5 room apartment, with several large pieces of furniture wrapped and loaded within 4 hours. The weather was terrible, snowing and cold, but the crew did not complain, and there was no damage to my furniture or boxes. They were extremely careful with the furniture and pointed out issues from prior moves (dings, scratches) before they wrapped each piece, so I would not question the origin. The team was very efficient unloading and helpful in making sure the pieces were placed according to my wishes. They even made sure the boxes were placed in the most appropriate room, that, I have found with other movers, is rare. There was no damage to the building or walls as a result of the move. Cannot beat the price compared to other companies, and I found the service that USA provided to be superior to their more expensive competitors.

I enjoy moving about as much as a root canal, but Santiago and his crew did a great job of making the move go smoothly. They arrived right on time and got to work right away. They worked hard for all of the about 6 1/2 hours long job. They took good care of all valuables and furniture. When a piece didn't get in one entrance, they tried another until they got it right. I was impressed by the way they persevered. I decided to go with USA Movers because although their hourly rate was a little higher than other movers I called (by $5-$10), USA's rates were quoted for a 4-person crew. Other movers quoted for a three person crew. Frankly, I'm glad I chose the 4-person crew because I think the job would have lasted at least a couple of hours longer otherwise.

I loved these movers. They were extremely conscientious with my things. The company sent four guys to move me. They crated mirrors and marble table tops for me before putting them in the truck. They wrapped my upholstered furniture and mattresses in plastic wrap to keep them clean. They gave me 15 boxes for free and free loaner use of as many wardrobe boxes as I wanted. They were respectful and prompt and finished the job in what I thought was a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend them to others. As I've been unpacking, nothing seems to be broken or lost.

I submitted a request online and received a call within 2 hours with an hourly charge ($120/hour for 4 men and a truck). They also gave me some free shipping boxes and wardrobe boxes for the move. Javier and his crew showed up on time and were incredible. I stood back and watched while they worked extremely efficiently (they had all of my boxes loaded on the truck within 1/2 hour). It took a little longer for the furniture, but they took everything apart (brought their own tools) and wrapped well in padding. They completed the entire job (including 40 minutes of drive time to my new house) in 6 hours and everything arrived in perfect condition. They even transported my scooter in the truck so I didn't have to ride it in 55 degree weather! I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism and courtesy.

USA was great. They were prompt, quick to complete their work and took care of our things.
