Very pleased with the work. They arrived on time and worked very hard. I never even saw one of them take a break! It was a 4-man team. The team leader, Danny, was very easy to work with. The whole team was friendly and courteous. The team packed everything up as quickly as possible, and unloaded it at the new house. Nothing was broken or damaged! It took a lot longer than estimated (5 1/2 hours as opposed to the 2-4 hour estimate for an average apartment), but they were definitely working hard and I attribute the amount of time it took to the amount of things I had to move.

In short, very good. Called the day before to confirm move time, showed up at 8:30 (promised between 8 and 9) and got the job done in 4.5 hours, including 1 hour of travel time from my place to destination. The guys constantly moved, listened to my preferences, talked very little amongst themselves and were considerate. Overall, big thumbs up!

Excellent job. Movers showed up right on time and took extra care in packing our things for transit. Even some of the items we had packed, they reinforced our work. No damage whatsoever which is amazing and appreciated. Highly recommend them.

The estimate process was a bit confusing because we had a short move (100 miles) but crossed a state line in the process. USA decided to charge us a per-hour rate (interstate moves are often charged by weight), which was richly to our advantage. The movers loaded up the goods from our stuffed 2-bedroom condo in less than 2 hours, and unloaded it in almost the same time, even helping us move some things that were already at the new house. They were extra careful with fragile items, padding them thoroughly. After seeing how careful the movers were with packing, even my very anxious partner relaxed for the rest of the move.

Very smoothly. Nothing broken or damaged, they helped unpack once we were moved into the new place.

USA Movers did a great job. They showed up right at 8:00 am as they promised. I was told I would have a 4-man team but they showed up with 3 men. They did charge me the 3-man team rate which was $24 less per hour. Regardless, they had EVERYTHING moved out of my apartment, wrapped in padding in only 45 minutes. They drove to my new place in about 30 minutes and took another 45 minutes to unload everything in my new place. I was expecting it to take much longer but that was not the case! The team was great. They were very friendly. What I liked best is that they padded all of my furniture, they gave me three wardrobe boxes to use for free, and they put all of my furniture together and placed it exactly where I wanted it with no complaint. The only downside I experienced was the rolls of tape they used. I was told they would charge per roll. However, I was not expecting them to use 10 rolls of tape. Regardless, I still got great service!

Javier and his crew arrived right on time. We had boxed most everything up so they were able to work quickly. What we had not boxed up, they quickly took care of with their own boxes. We had a lot of hardwood furniture and it all arrived without a scratch. They were well stocked with tools, tape and boxes so very little time was wasted. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very well! I was able to schedule an appt with less than 1 week's notice. The moving team showed up with 5 minutes remaining in their 1-hour window. The movers never stopped working in the entire time they were on the job. They packed the truck very efficiently and were careful with our things. The only downside was the $120 "truck charge" that was automatically charged, which was equal to one hour's worth of work. Also, we were charged for the tape the guys used to wrap around furniture and misc, and they used a LOT. As in 30 rolls for a small house after most of the boxes and small items had already been moved. But the tape helped our stuff stay safe and helped the guys move things more quickly, so maybe I shouldn't complain.

They were very good. A bit more expensive that I would normally pay, but they provided excellent service and very efficient.

Called USA for an estimate and they were very pleasant to deal with on the phone. Their quote was lower than the other two companies I contacted. There was a truck fee and a two hour minimum. They also informed us of the charge for packing materials (tape and boxes). When I booked with them I received free boxes which I thought was great. They arrived right when they said they would. We only needed USA to move our furniture as we had already taken care of the boxes. They were very careful with our furniture which is mostly antique pieces. Everything was carefully wrapped and loaded on the the truck. The crew worked non-stop and we finished the move just under the two hour minimum. They disposed of all the packing when they left. We were very pleased with the experience.

This was an excellent moving experience. The workers were friendly and helpful -- not all spoke English but all could communicate easily and well when it came to moving tasks. 6 workers arrived on-time with two trucks as planned, worked consistently throughout an 8 hour move and finished on the low side of what we had estimated (8-10 hours seemed reasonable). They very quickly moved everything out of one house and into the other, including over 300 boxes, helped us tape up any boxes that were last minute/unsealed, took apart all furniture and put it back together properly on the other end, pointed out pre-existing damage before moving and caused no damage to any items during the move. We have already recommended them to one friend and would strongly do so again. Also, their price for this number of workers/trucks was $20-30/hour below other estimates we received.

I also asked them to throw out three items of furniture and they did. Very careful with the furniture, efficient, four men, had a good system worked out. They had narrow hallways to work with, tough project to accomplish.

They arrived on time and called us as requested to let us know that they would be arriving shortly. They were able to back up a moving truck into a very tight parking lot, which was quite impressive. As soon as they arrived, they started moving; it was a hot day and we were in a third floor walk-up, but they never stopped or complained. In addition, they moved three storage spaces: One in our building, and two in a storage facility. They worked almost non-stop from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. We were extremely impressed with their work ethic, attitude, and professionalism (they did not even want to take a break when it started raining). I will be recommending the company to all my friends when they move.

We packed our house ourselves. However, USA was very helpful with tips prior to our move and even provided a number of free boxes as part of our package. We moved on a Sunday morning, which worked out great! The movers arrived about ten minutes early and immediately began moving boxes into the truck. They were very efficient and professional. They began loading the truck at 7:50 a.m and we were at our new home with everything unload and in its designated place by 12:30 p.m. This was the first time we used movers and needless to say, we will never move ourselves again.

The piano arrived safely and without damage. I wasn't able to be there for any of the move, but the people who sold it to me and my contractor (who was working on my condo) made it possible. I asked USA to contact them when they arrived to pick up and drop off the piano, but all the information wasn't passed on to the movers themselves, so it involved a little scrambling.

USA was polite over the phone. They gave an estimate which turned out to be about 40% too low. I scheduled a 4-man crew for the pick-up but after waiting almost 2 hours, I was given the option to continue waiting or have a 5-man crew show up immediately. It seemed a little underhanded because the 5-man crew was more expensive and did not save time. The 5-man crew was professional and careful with my items. A few days later, I complained to USA that I was charged for superfluous items. For example, several full rolls of tape were used as door stops (at $5 per roll, I would have found a lower cost option). In addition, I was charged for 30 minutes while the crew sat in the shade and I completed paperwork - something that could have been done while the crew was packing. USA agreed to a small refund for tape and credited me for 15 minutes of time. Delivery of items was more efficient and I was happy with the 4-man crew.

Movers were courteous, neat, on time, efficient, and got the job done.

They were the best movers I have ever had.

Good overall. The building I was moving out of was a union building, and USA Moving is not a union company. USA Moving did not check on this ahead of time and there was a last minute flurry of faxes and phone calls to clear things up. USA Moving was quite helpful in doing this. I was originally given a 4 hour window in which the movers would arrive. They were delayed but a representative called to let me know, and gave me a new window. The movers came early in that window of time. The movers were professional, pleasant, and very efficient. I had some minor damage to two pieces of furniture, both due to the difficult move into my house. The movers were in general very careful.

Javier and the crew didn't stop but maybe for a glass of water. They mastered the difficult combination of speed and caution with our valuable furniture. The care they took with each piece was impressive and now that we are done unpacking I can say that there isn't a scratch or broken piece in the whole lot. They arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m and took 4 hours to move us out - we had done almost all the packing and had the place ready to go. They then drove to our storage unit 2 miles away to empty it out and then took the truck to storage. Their were 4 guys and the packing job maximized the space in the truck - which was good because we used every inch. They arrived promptly the next day at our new house only 45 minutes post closing and began to unload. The crew was almost identical which helped. Upon unloading the truck, the crew traveled to our parents a few blocks away to load and deliver our living room set. The estimate of time was a bit off but the price more than made up.

Moving can be such a stressful experience, but these guys made it so much easier. They were friendly and helpful when I made the appointment. The prices they charge are straight forward-- unlike some moving services that have all sorts of complicated and/or surprise charges. They also provide 15 free boxes you can pick-up before your move and 5 free wardrobe boxes you can use the day of your move. They called to confirm the day before and showed up right on time. The movers were very professional and detail oriented. They wrapped all the furniture and packed it so carefully. They put everything in it's place at our new house. This really was a satisfactory experience from start to finish. If I had to move again I would not hesitate to hire USA Moving again.

The movers were terrific. They were on time, very fast and very careful. When we realized that the stuff we had in storage would not fit in the truck, they went and picked up another truck at no additional charge. I could not have had a better experience.

The USA moving crew was absolutely fantastic. They came in under budget and were extremely careful and efficient. The packing process went very smoothly and they packed every single thing in my apartment in 4.5 hours. The loading went great - they had to carry everything down 4 flights of stairs and they did that in less than 2 hours. They really shined when they brought my goods into my new condo. They knew I was nervous about scratching my brand new floors, so they laid down blankets and only stepped on the blankets. Then they attached felt pads to every single piece of furniture I have - what a great thing for me now as I rearrange some of my furniture. They took everything out of the boxes in less than 2 hours - which saved me days of work. The crew was nice, efficient and quick. I would definitely use them again (except I am not moving for a good long while, I hope...).
