They sent four men, who worked very efficiently and finished the job in 3 hours. Very pleased with their work. The extra expense was in the materials they used--and that mounted up quickly. They probably over used the tape. If you have everything wrapped well before hand can save on expense.

In my opinion these guys spend way too much time in preparation. I'm moving 10 miles, not 1000 miles. My dining room alone took them 90 minutes just to wrap up. I was expecting maybe $600-700, not a bill for 1133. They claiming to use 46 rolls of tape at 2.50 a roll for a whopping total of $115 in tape. I stopped them from unwrapping stuff or setting up the dining room table because I knew the bill was already going to be too high. In their defense, not a single item was damaged. I moved again in December with a different company that didn't take nearly as long to properly wrap thing and my bill was 1/2 what these guys charge. So after charging my 1100 for a move, their paperwork has the nerver to ask for a tip. I didn't tip. English is bare minimum. Won't use again. Not sure why everyone thinks their pricing is so great.

A solid moving service. Courteous and respectful to personal property and the building as well. No damages to report on either my posessions or the building hallways/elevators/etc. I would choose this company again.

USA's crew of 4 arrived within 15 minutes of schedule and got right to work. They were careful not to damage items or walls on way out of first property or into destination. I had a bad experience with my last movers so I was impressed by USA's professionalism. They worked continuously at a reasonable pace. They might have been a little over eager with the materials, they wrapped a stapler about three times. The whole move from start to finish took them about 5 hours so you're paying about $175 per hour including materials and depending on traffic. It seems kind of expensive to me. I would use them again.

It went fantastic. They arrived promptly and were finished in about 10 minutes. They wrapped the couch in blankets to protect the leather, and also used blankets to protect my floor. All without my having to tell them to be careful. They were considerate about not tracking snow into my house, and minimized the number of times they had to enter through the front door. The people who had originally delivered the sofa had dropped it and broken the flower boxes on the patio wall, so I was concerned. But that did not happen with USA Moving. They got the sofa out with no problem at all, and no damage to anything. These guys are great!

All good. They were prompt. They packed the furniture well into the truck. The only thing that bothered me was that they told us there were furniture pads avail be for $15 pad and then when they showed up it was for $50 a pad. In the contract it was $15.

We finished almost all the packing by the time the crew arrived, so the main focus was on moving the boxes and furniture. There was no surprises working with this quick-moving team. They even put down blankets along the main areas of the house so that snow and dirt from the outside won't get on the newly cleaned floor / carpets.

This was a simple move, but the movers treated the furniture as if it was fine antiques. They were prompt and totally professional. It snowed the day of the move, so the movers put mats down throughout the houses to ensure no wet, grimey snow was tracked inside.

U.S.A. Moving and Storage sent four men to handle the move. They had given me an estimate of 4 to 6 hours which was in line with others I contacted and with my past experience. I?ve moved many times over the years and this was probably the most efficient, painless experience ever. They came in on time, got organized right away and started in. The boxes started disappearing into the truck and then the furniture was carefully wrapped and moved. We all headed over to the new place. They put down blankets from the entryway through the living room. Furniture was brought in first, moved to the rooms indicated and unwrapped. They set up the beds. From then on it was a constant stream of boxes to all three floors as I directed. Side note: I have a very large computer armoire with a broken back foot (from another move with people who weren?t as careful). Once it was in place in the room I?m using as an office, the foreman double-checked to make sure it was straight and properly balanced. They were finished in about 3 and a half hours start to finish. They offer boxes for the move that you can go pick up but I didn?t need any?except the wardrobes they bring out to use on the day of the move; those I ended up needing. All movers charge for packing materials so I was prepared to pay for tape and shrink-wrap, etc. but, in the past, I?ve had movers who really abused the charges (using a small portion of a roll of tape or shrink-wrap on something, throwing it aside and starting a new roll with each piece of furniture, etc.). The USA movers really used the tape all up before discarding and the total charge for packing materials was under $100.00. The total cost ended up being considerably under what I?d estimated based on moves I?ve made in the past. They gave me a receipt for the amount of the Cashier?s Check I had drawn and sent me a refund within a week. I always tip movers but, if I?d known how pleasant, good humored and efficient they were going to be, I?d have taken out more cash for the tip (not included in the cost estimate above). I was really very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend U.S.A. Moving and Storage without any reservations whatsoever.

The four young gentlemen arrived on time. They were professional, polite and efficient. They offered to take things on the truck that I wasn't even thinking they would consider taking (e.g., the luggage I had packed to make moving my mom's extra clothing to my home an easier task -- they asked!). They also helped me carry live plants from the apartment to my car. They wrapped only what needed to be wrapped in moving blankets. They were patient when we arrived at my home, and continually asked if where they were placing items was alright with me. An altogether stress-free experience. Many thanks to USA Moving.

They went to my father's house. They were very polite and thorough. The movers came to my house. They were very polite, and they set up everything very carefully.

Called to request quote on 12/30. Scheduled move for 1/1. Four movers arrived on time in Chicago. They were extremely efficient in wrapping the piano and loading it onto the truck. The piano was delivered to Milwaukee as scheduled. Was extremely pleased with overall experience from quote to delivery. Would definitely recommend and would use USA Moving & Storage again.

The 4 man crew showed up right on time and got right to it. I was amazed at how fast it went and was impressed with how careful they were with wrapping and protecting my things. I had a number of glass and fragile items to be moved and everything arrived at my new place in perfect condition. I was astonished that they were able to get everything into my new home as there are more than a few tight corners with limited space, but they did it. From start to finish it took about 6 hours which was right where they estimated it would be. This was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this company to others.

They were very efficient. If I stood in a room and pointed to several items to move, and the mover picked up something to carry, I thought I'd have to point out all the other items to the next guy, but the first mover would hand off his item as soon as he encountered the next guy and return to keep it moving. It was like watching an ant colony in action! Because of our unusual move, we had some items going to the new house while others were going into our loft for storage. They kept track of it all. When they moved everything we had ready, they still had 40 minutes left on their minimum time, so I asked them to move our closet contents over. They had three closets moved in a matter of minutes and we let them go early. We will use them again when we move back to our home in the spring.

They were punctual. The quality of their service was good. I won?t use their services again in the future.

All went great from my first phone call to USA Moving and Storage throughout the experience. When they came to pack up my former condo they brought additional blankets, which for an optional additional charge I had them use to wrap everything up securely. They weren't rushed and genuinely cared about making sure everything was packed up securely. The final cost to move out of my old place was a bit higher than I was quoted but I did not realize the cost included my first month of storage which worked fine. Storing was easy, they sent an email reminder the first month and I just sent a check each subsequent month and called to confirm receipt. Moving all my stuff back was super quick. They asked me what rooms I wanted things in, if I needed additional help moving things around and even set up the bed, which I was somewhat dreading due to all the pieces. They really did a great job and are truly a professional company. I would recommend them.

They really did a great job. They had a lot of men and were very professional. They were a little pricey but I would use them again because everything was done so well.

OUTSTANDING!!! A+++ The move turned out to be more involved than we thought but they were on top of it, even bringing out a third truck when they saw that the two would not be enough. Packing was great, furniture arrived in the same condition as it left, all boxes and furniture were placed where they were supposed to be. Can't say enough about the quality of the whole experience.
