The move with 2 drop-off and pickup locations went very smoothly and quickly.

They are outstanding...absolutely amazing.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! If could have given them A+, I would have. They came in and went straight to work, wrapping everything carefully with shrink wrap and taking it out to the truck. They were true professionals and were so careful with our furniture and everything else. The only hitch (barely worth mentioning) is that they go so fast, my husband didn't have a chance to tell them NOT to move a couple of things, only because we were going to do it. We could not believe how quickly they loaded and unloaded the truck. When we arrived at the house, there was a problem fitting our queen-size box spring up the stairs. They did the best they could, but it wouldn't fit. Then they asked if they could scrape the ceiling to squeeze it through, warning us that it might even create a small hole. We told them to go ahead and try. We so very much appreciated their professionalism, speed, thoroughness, and how careful they were with everything. Nothing was lost or broken, and we were done in half a day. And have a LOT of stuff. They were FANTASTIC!

They were really good. They were absolutely excellent. I can't remember how much the move cost, but it was very reasonable and much less than I thought it would be. I would say they were very good. They were very efficient. They were to the point and quick. I loved them. We were very pleased. We live on the fourth floor and it is a walk up. They actually strapped furniture on their backs and they walked it up. It was just amazing to even behold. The guys were so good. The price was excellent and very reasonable. They were very professional and really good.

This was my best move yet! The movers were a little early, but that was fine because I was ready. It took them just 45 minutes to load up all my stuff from a one bedroom apartment and the same amount of time to unload at my new place. They were very careful with my things and I only found one broken dish and I'm almost sure that was from me not wrapping and packing it as well as I could have. The move may have gone as well as it did because I was the first move of the day. I was feeling stressed about the move because of my last move that was a huge mess. So it was great that this went so smoothly. I would defiantly look into using them again in the future.

they were on time and worked hard. they were very patient during the unloading and placing of the boxes in the associated rooms. nothing was scratched or broken. the best part was that the estimated time that i was given on the phone turned out to be almost dead on. they estimated 6 hrs and i think it was around 6.25. their estimate was in line with other estimates that i received.

They are very organized and careful with our precious items. I couldn't have done a better job myself.

Everything went well with the move. USA Moving and Storage was prompt getting in touch with me and discussing the details of the move. The movers showed up (4 guys) and promptly went to work. I appreciated that they didn't waste time since the charge is by the hour. In the past I have moved the same amount of things with a less expensive company but with two men, and it cost the same amount, but took twice as long. All of my furniture was wrapped with blankets and handled very carefully. I did have some items that weren't packed yet and they did provide boxes and tape and boxed those items up for me. They do charge for this, but I knew this prior, so there weren't any surprise charges at the end. Overall, the move went well and I would highly recommend them.

The four movers arrived on time and began working immediately. They were courteous, careful and professional. It was a small move, but could easily have exceeded the two-hour minimum that USA requires. It was well less than two hours, however, due to the movers' efficiency. Great job. I'd definitely hire them again.

I am very satisfied with the services provided. Although, they arrived about 15 minutes late, it didnt take long to get the entire crew engaged. As part of a walkthrough, I indicated which items were not moving, They started work immediately. They worked fast, knew exactly how to pack every kind of item from Kitchen, Bath, Basement, Garage. They had all the supplies required. The unpacking went smoothly and efficiently too. They took direction on placement (and Replacement when we changed our mind). They put together the beds, and in general, gave us a good start for the unpacking. We did not find a single item broken or damaged (including walls/doors/ceilings) in the old or new residence. They performed a Houdini, getting the couch into the attic. I felt comfortable with the workers, as opposed to worried or threatened. The foreman, Daniel, was great. He was in charge and made everything happen exactly as needed. If I requested something, he made sure it was taken care of, but more importantly, he used judgment and knew what was needed without me asking for it. I felt they moved my belongings as if it were their Mom's.

We packed the majority of our belongings on our own. A team of 4 movers arrived on time and hustled the entire time. They took great care protecting furniture, walls, etc., and even finished packing loose odds & ends quickly. It took just under 7 hours to pack up the truck, drive to the 'burbs, and unload the truck and assemble furniture like beds and a two-piece armoire. Although the didn't ask for a lunch break, we offered them sandwiches and drinks as we felt they deserved it for all the hard and efficient work. The labor cost was around $800 and the rest was for the use of tape, boxes, and "plastic wrap" for the mattresses and a few pieces of furniture. The miscellaneous supply charges seemed a bit high to me, but the labor cost was reasonable. There was only one small end table handle that was damaged (but easily repairable), other than that, the experience was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

Very well. The people who answered the phone were courteous and professional, and they were responsive when I needed to call and add another address. When I went to pick up boxes, a gentleman put them in my car. The movers arrived a little late, but usually that's a good thing because getting ready for movers takes almost everyone much, MUCH longer than anticipated. The crew were polite and professional and took care with the furniture and boxes. They don't see to specialize in small moves, though, because they only have full-sized trucks and crews of 4 people.

Movers called ahead, showed up on time and were sensitive to not blocking in neighbors garages in the back alley. They first stripped the house of boxes, then all five crew members wrapped and taped up our furniture until it was ready and carried it down two flights on a fairly narrow porch. Move-in was fast. Movers asked where each item went and reassembled furniture they'd taken apart. We haven't discovered any damage so far. Move took about eight hours for one 26' truck plus a small portion of a second truck. Was very happy I was able to pay by credit card.

Crew showed up on time. They worked very hard and very quickly. They skillfully maneuvered all furniture and boxes without damaging anything or even touching a wall. Fantastic job.

Everything went exactly as planned. Very prompt service. None of the movers messed around. It was right down to business from the minute they walked through the door until the minute they left. They were careful and respectful the whole time they were there. I highly reccommend this team to anyone looking for good movers.

The crew was very professional, very polite, and very easy to communicate with. If I wanted a box downstairs that was already upstairs, they would take care of it; they were very accommodating. They were very fast too. It was a good experience and I would definitely use them again. They were great guys and I gave them a huge tip because I was really happy.

Unfortunately I had to move on a Friday, couldn't get time off work, and had a bunch of calls/meetings scheduled during the move time. I could hardly pay attention or manage the team, but turned out I didn't need to. They had me check the apartment once before leaving the old place, once before leaving the new place, and they were never standing still. If you're looking for a solid quote ahead of time, you might need to press them a little harder. I didn't, but they came right in the middle of the estimate. Definitely would recommend them for local moves. What would have taken me a full weekend took them just under 4 hours.

It was an extremely good experience. First, I was able to get a moving date within a few days. I was given complete information on all the charges and received an e-mail confirmation within minutes of that conversation. The movers showed up on time and were very professional. As we had the items labeled as to go to storage or trash, the guys started in right away and worked quickly and efficiently. If any items needed to be boxed or wrapped, they knew the best way to do that. They quickly got the items on the truck. Everything was delivered to the storage area and stacked carefully-I was able to buy a couple of mover's blankets to protect some items. I have never done a move as stressless as this one-the guys were amazing. I would very highly recommend this firm.

No problems. The initial contact and email follow-up was professional and timely. The drivers arrived on time and were very polite. The piano arrived in good condition.

The moving team arrived about 30 minutes later than I was told to expect them. But after that disappointing start, they worked quickly and professionally, wrapping all items and taking apart those items that would travel better in pieces. All screws, bolts, etc., were wrapped with their respective items so that they would not be lost. The team leader prepared an inventory of items to make sure everything was accounted for. I was very pleased with how things went. One caveat--be prepared for the overall cost to be much higher than the hourly rate. The charges for blankets, rolls of tape, etc., add up quickly.

This was an amazingly painless moving experience. Nothing was damaged, nothing was scratched, and the movers were very pleasant throughout. I was impressed with the care they took when preparing the furniture for the move. I will be moving more things next year, including several antique curio cabinets and a piano, and I will certainly hire them again.

I have used them twice and am planning on using them a third time. They are super quick, very careful, and wrap everything that could possibly need wrapping. They even expertly brought my armoire through a window because it wouldn't fit through the door. I trust them completely and even though the price would be lower going with some other moving company, the stress I'd get worrying about my belongings getting damaged or lost isn't worth it to me. I've hired a lower price moving company in the past and they were so much slower that I think I ended up paying about the same as USA Movers. They also give you 15 free boxes and you can use 5 wardrobe boxes for free. They will pack and unpack the wardrobe boxes for you.

I think they did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the turnout. Nothing was broken during the move.

They did a good job. They were a little bit expensive however. They were very nice and helpful. We had a ton of boxes; we went from a 3 bedroom house to a 1 bedroom apartment. They helped with a few things that weren?t expected and didn't break a thing. They boxed our artwork and did a good job packing them. They were probably one of the better moving companies we have used.

The movers arrived on time, set-up and got right to work. They were courteous, took care of my things, and were REALLY speedy! Granted everything was packed prior to their arrival, and I was only moving a few blocks away, they were done well within the time agreed upon. Very good job overall. Would definitely recommend and also use again in the future.
