This was a fabulous moving experience that went just as described. The four men even dealt with the first snowfall of more that an inch in 335 days by sweeping and shoveling the driveway to keep the house, POD and truck, dry. The same can be said for moving the furniture into an apartment building that had a broken elevator. The guys had to use the stars, were quick and efficient. and a dream to have move my daughter's furniture and things.

I worked with USA moving to move furniture around the house. The crew came on time worked efficiently, quickly and neatly. Additionally, in spite of the fact that the crew included 3 people, the price was lower than other companies. I would highly recommend this company.

I reached a live person the moment of my call. I needed and received same day service on a grand piano move (same room). The experience was prompt, professional and the person I spoke to kept in touch by phone as to time of arrival. They carried this massive grand piano across the room and gracefully rest it into place.

Overall, the move went well. If there was any question, the moving leader would call and ask. The team worked well and professionally. They also honored last minute requests (things I forgot to mention the day before) I could not find certain items after the move. I asked the company to check their moving vans. They did and did not find it. However, they told me look for it again and call if I didn't find it. They were right, I found the box in the basement under other boxes of packing material. The company is very responsive.

I have moved before and this was the best experience ever. From the start, Jerry, the owner was direct and straight-forward about costs and what would be involved, including how I could save money by providing my own supplies, etc. His team showed up on time. They were all very professional (all wore uniforms) and did an INCREDIBLY FAST EFFICIENT job packing and clearing out. I was impressed that the foreman was already asking where things would go in the new house so that they could pack up strategically. I felt they were incredibly conscientious and careful with my possessions as well as both homes -- walls, floors, etc. An extra surprise: they set up/put back together the beds, asked where furniture should go, etc. Thank you, thank you.

First of all, we were ridiculously ill-prepared for our move, which I don't recommend. We still had our place in a jumbled mess of things packed and unpacked, but the four movers that came took it all in stride. We gave them confusing orders of what to move and what to leave behind, and they followed our commands to a 'T'. They were patient, quick and very careful. They were respectful of our breakables and were very efficient about wrapping things carefully, and we were also amazed how strong these guys are! They didn't drop a single thing or scuff any walls. Considering what a mess these poor guys walked in on, they handled it like pros and it all even cost less than we had budgeted. Thanks guys! We would definitely recommend them.

The movers arrived promptly at 7:30am to start my move from a one bedroom in Bronzeville to another one bedroom in Hyde Park. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised to see that the entire move was complete shortly after 9am! The crew was friendly, helpful and they wrapped all of my furniture. Everything was moved with care and without incident. The coupon special - 15 free boxes and 5 free wardrobe boxes - is also an incredible deal!

I have had a lot of bad experiences with moving companies, but these guys were great. They were on time and *super* fast. Because they were so fast, in fact, I spent less than I was expecting to.

They were incredibly thorough, on time, and diligent. They were experts at packing and moving. We have hired Javier and his team twice in four months and we highly recommend them.

Very punctual, worked with Jerry in getting a quote for our move along with availability. Very nice guy to work with! Told me he would have movers come between 730-8AM. Movers arrived at 8AM, very punctual. 4 professional guys came in and moved us from Warrenville to South Loop Chicago. They moved all the boxes, padded the furniture beautifully, got everything into the truck and headed to the City. Once in the City, they started unloading, and worked with us on getting all of our stuff in utilizing the elevators. They finished around 1:15PM, so we were charged for 5.25 hours. Rate was reasonable, however since we lived in the suburbs, they had a travel charge of 1.5 times the hourly rate. They helped package all of our paintings/pictures... they also charge $2.50 per roll of tape used to wrap everything up. I ended up paying about $140 extra for materials that they used (picture boxes, wardrobe boxes, etc)... but IT IS WORTH IT. I would definitely use them again! Very professional, and they were VERY good about not ruining anything. Worth every penny spent!

The process began with a quote over the phone. They had competitive pricing as compared to the other movers that I talked to. The moving day came, and their crew showed up on time and did a very professional job wrapping all our furniture and loading up the trucks. They handled everything with care and took the time to ensure all our furniture was wrapped extremely well. They moved quickly and carefully, thankfully not damaging any walls or floors. The storage costs ended up a little higher than I had anticipated. I was quoted that the storage charge would be $185 - $250 per month, but was charged $300 / month due to the volume of storage required was more than they thought when they quoted over the phone. Move-in day went very well. The crew arrived with the same leader, Jose, and part of the same crew that picked everything up . They were efficient, and completed the job faster than anticipated. Nothing was damaged, they were very considerate in asking where to put things. They even rearranged the furniture in a few rooms as we decided where the placement would be best. All in All I was very satisified with the services performed.

I called about 3 weeks ahead of time to schedule. They arrived on time, surveyed the whole house and then took a systematic approach on what to pack first. They custom-made boxes (out of ones we had) for speakers and our plasma TV. They packed their trucks so efficiently--I have never seen a moving truck packed like that. It was amazing!

They did a great job! The team worked the entire time they were on site, and took time to pack things properly. They asked me questions up front, and then went to work. I was in the house with them, so I saw them really working the entire time. They informed me up front of the cost estimates, which included packing materials, blanket rentals, etc. so there were no surprises. They're not the cheapest out there, but I couldn't be happier with what I received. If you want quality at a fair cost, I'd highly recommend them. If you want cheap, I'd go elsewhere as that's not their way of doing things...which I appreciated.

We moved with this company 5 years ago. They did such a great job than I decided to use them again. They still had my name and address in their system! The lady on the phone needed a credit card number to hold my reservation, but said that I needed to pay cash the day of the move. She said they'd arrive sometime between 11a-4p and would call a half hour before they arrived. She said the travel fee was $62, $2.50/roll of tape, 4 guys for $124/hr with a 2 hr min, and I should rent moving blankets from the truck company. The guys called in advance and arrived at 12:30. Unfortunately, I had problems getting the truck that morning so we bought the guys lunch since they had to wait. They also used the time to wrap the bed and other furniture in plastic. I was really glad they did, since it had started to rain. They worked non-stop for almost 3 hours. If they took a break it was so short I didn't even notice. They did a FANTASTIC job packing the truck and NOTHING was damaged or broken. Daniel and his crew were great and I'm sorry I moved out of state and won't be able to use USA Moving in the future. Although I gave them a B for Price, I truly believe you get what you pay for with movers. I gave them each a $50 tip b/c I was so happy with their fast, careful and polite service, which meant little stress for me. THANKS, USA MOVING!!!!!!!

Santiago and his crew were punctual, professional and courteous. We were scheduled for packing on Wednesday July 4 and moving on Friday July 6; however, Santiago and his crew packed and moved us on the same day without extra charge. The office team were also very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend USA Moving.

They came right on time. They sent five guys and they were awesome. They went through the house like tornadoes and packed everything up. We had no damages, no loss of items and no breakage. They were very friendly and pleasant. They put everything in the right rooms. They were great and we loved them.

They showed up even before. They brought five guys instead of four without any extra charge. They brought all the things with care without any scratch. They did it under the estimated time. They were really good. They were very friendly.

Excellent from start to finish. Easy to schedule. The crew called ahead to give me an estimate of when they would arrive. Showed up on time and were SUPER FAST with packing the truck. We got to the new building and the unload process was just as quick and efficient. This was the easiest move I've ever had.

The USA moving crew was incredible. I moved from a three bedroom house to a condominium in the city. The process was great from the start. When I talked to the office staff they discussed the costs and gave me estimates. They confirmed the move prior to our move date. They came in with the time frames and budgets discussed so there were NO surprises. This was great - there were no surprises. The moving team was professional, hard working and very well organized. The crew leader Santiago, made sure the team knew where everything was going in the new house. Their work ethic was truly impressive. They were on time both days for the move and everything was handled and orchestrated beautifully. Even though moving is a stressful experience, the USA moving team reduced the stress and made the move positive. I would absolutely use the USA moving team again!

When I called to inquire about the company, the owner answered the phone. These days that's pretty rare. They picked up furniture at my parent's house and took it right away to our condo in Kenosha, Wisconsin. They were on time, careful, and did a great job. I was extremely pleased, and would definitely recommend them and use them again. The price was vey reasonable, and much less than some of the other coanies I talked to.

I would have had them stay longer to unpack more boxes. Otherwise, they are the pros and know their business.

I was impressed that they were a well oiled machine. There was a sense of urgency about them that I didn't expect. Four guys had already done one move that day and they spent another 5 hours working like I was their first job of the day. Plenty of energy. They were respectful and courteous as well. I will use them to move the rest of my furniture as my house has sold already. My realitor happen to see their speed and ask me for their infomation. She was impressed as well and will be recommending USA Moving to her clients that need a referral.

We had to move our stuff from the top floor of a three-floor apartment into storage for a month while we waited to close on a home purchase. The crew of four guys showed up right on time and promptly got to work. They wrapped all the furniture and tagged everything and were on their way. After we closed on the house, they came by to drop all the items off. Again, they were right on time. Everything was in the same shape as we left it, which was a great relief. In addition, we had just had the hardwood floors refinished at our new home. When I mentioned that to the crew supervisor, all the guys took care not to bang stuff around on the floors too much. They also put felt pads on a lot of the furniture so it wouldn't scratch the floors. The price came in a little lower than the estimate, which was a nice surprise.
