It went terrific. They made no mess at all. Also now my house is cleaned out from all the dust that has collected blowing out of my vents. Very nice crew!!

Roger and Chad did a exceptional job cleaning all the air ducts and HVAC units of my just gutted and renovated home. My last experience with one of their competitors, Ductastic, several years ago, was terrible (scratched floors as they dragged a heavy vacuum machine across my floor, left holes in air duct system uncovered, scratched and damaged paint on return vent and didnt even put back the vents properly and i was scared to death of using another air duct cleaning service. I did substantial research on air duct cleaners in terms of system utilized (ie whether it would be able to get all the reno dust out of the system; and wouldnt be dragging a machine or big equip around my newly finished floors) and quality of crew (that would do a great job, be clean and meticulous and wouldnt destroy my new home which the other co clearly would have). Roger and Chad had great reviews and they exceeded my expectations. They worked very hard to get all the dust and dirt out of the system and were meticulous in terms of cleaning and sanitizing. They were so careful with the house, you wouldnt even know they had been there - save the lack of dust and debris! They offered great advice and counsel on my HVAC system and how to manage the air circulation system and minimize dust. In addition, they are just the nicest guys. I would use them again and again! They restored my faith and alleviated all my fears on air duct cleaning. The system they utilized did an amazing job of cleaning and they were so meticulous in their work.

Roger called ahead of time to explain the process and provide a cost estimate. He made sure I knew exactly what to expect on this job. He made no attempt to sell any additional services or raise the price. Roger and Jeremiah were friendly, courteous and hard working. They explained every step of the process and made sure I was satisfied with the work being done. All vents except the one being cleaned were blocked off to provide maximum suction through the system. The process took a little over five hours which speaks to the thorough job they did. I was amazed at how much debris was removed from both heating vents and the dryer vent. I would definitely use their service again and recommend them without reservation.

Roger and Jeremiah arrived on time and were very professional the entire time they were at my house. They took their shoes off while in the house and replaced all furniture they had to move in order to get at the vents. They even entertained my 18 month old and goofed around with him as he was very intrigued by their equipment and loved their big truck! I highly recommend them!

Duct Masters set up an appointment for the next day, arrived and cleaned my dryer vent thoroughly, removing the offending mouse and disinfecting the vent. Both father and son were professional, considerate, pleasant and very neat. I would definitely use them to do a whole house HVAC duct cleaning, as well as maintaining my dryer vent!

Spoke with Roger on my initial call. He explained everything, in detail, about what they would do and equipment they would use. He gave me an accurate estimate based on the number of vents/returns in my home. Upon arrival they removed their shoes and treated my home as if it was their own. I expected 4-5 hours. It took 6 hours, but they were so thorough it didn't matter. They moved furniture but replaced it exactly as it should be.

3 Guys arrived on time, were friendly, laid down tarps and were sure to keep the house clean. Wheeled a huge vacuum to a window outside the basement where the furnace was, drilled vacuum-access holes in the intake and output duct-work, went through the house, blocked off all vents and proceeded to agitate, vacuum, and clean all intake and output vents in the house. Completed right around the time they had advised (4 hours) and left everything in good shape and clean, can't complain.

Im very happy with the cleaning and sanitizing performed in my large ranch style home. After calling Duct Masters. Rodger called me back in a short amount of time, and made sure I had time to answer his questions about my house. He explains what services will be performed, and then gave me a estimate of what the job would cost. The 3 man team: Rodger, Chad, and Jeremiah showed up on time, were very professional as well as friendly. They will explain to you what they are doing or about to do. They really pay attention to detail. While the large super powerful vacuum is pulling dust to it, they also use a spinning brush style device fed in from your vents and at various points along your system to help dis lodge any stubborn dust. After all this is done they will spray your system with a hospital grade sanitizer that is very safe. They also cleaned my dryer vent, which in my house included a 30ft duct, that carry's dust to the vent outside my house. I was amazed at how much lint and dust came out of my dryer vent, especially since I've always been good about cleaning the dryer filter on my dryer prior to every load. The guys spent about 4 hrs at my house. To me this separates them from typical blow and go type services offered by many competitors. My house is now very comfortable to be in, after the furnace runs the air is super clean. No more itchy red eyes! My mom who is 79 and my niece who has asthma both said how much better breathing was for them in my house after the ducts were cleaned.

The last company I had showed up with what looked like a shop vac and charged much less but didn't do the job I contracted for. Duct Masters was professional, on time and extremely thorough. I will never use another company other than Duct Masters in the future.

Chad provided a detailed description of their process and an estimate based on information that I provided based on his questions. We have a 3-BR, 2 Bath ranch with a partially finished basement and a main floor family room add-on (about 2 dozen vents in total). He and his two sons showed up at the appointed time and went right to work. I found them to be very personable, courteous and professional, and was very satisfied with the results. They worked for 6 hours without a break. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends. As mentioned in other reviews, they are probably not the least expensive provider in this field, but I felt that the quality and thoroughness of their work provided good value for the money.

Roger quickly called me back and explained the steps they took to clean heating ducts and what the cost would be based on how many heat/air ducts I had. I had a cheap $100 company come out years ago after we did some remodeling, and I'll never go that route again! Therefore, I was willing to pay the higher price to have a quality job done. On the scheduled date, Roger, his son and one other person arrived on time. They immediately started their process. I was told it would take about 5 hours and it did. When they started cleaning my dryer vent, they said my hose wasn't the best and they were able to replace it for me for free. My only complaint was there was some gritty dirt left on a bathroom floor that I had to clean up and they forgot to replace the grate on the basement window (which they used to bring the hose into the house). The heat/air vents are definitely cleaner. I would use them again.

Roger, Chad and Matt (?) were all very professional, courteous and friendly. They did a great job explaining everything they were doing, as they were doing it, and answered my questions along the way. They were methodical and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I was very happy and appreciative that they offered to go to Menards for me to buy a new humidifier filter as I wasn't able to go myself before they arrived. They showed me how to change the filter myself next year. There is ongoing public debate on whether duct cleaning is effective or not, and I have to say that I am a firm believer that it is. I suffer from asthma and was really struggling this winter simply being inside my own home. A friend suggested I have my air ducts cleaned so, in my despair to find a solution for my asthma, I called Duct Masters and had the work done. I can tell you in all honesty that I have not had one asthmatic event since the ducts were cleaned and the humidifier filter changed. I can't believe I never had this done before either on this home or my previous home, where I also had asthma issues. I'm embarrassed I haven't been a more educated homeowner, but now I know and I will definitely have the ducts cleaned again in about 4-5 years. And the humidifier filter will be cleaned yearly.

Chad, Roger and Jeremiah thoroughly cleaned out my dryer vent. They also changed out the old dryer hose to fit the small space at no additional cost. They had a device that really cleaned out the entire dryer vent. I have had this service done by other providers before and none of them did as much as these guys did. I'll definitely be using Duct Masters in the future for all of my air duct cleaning needs. Thanks guys!

Roger, Chad (father and son owner & operators) and their helper Jeremiah did an awesome job. Our home was recently rehabbed and you can only imagine the amount of dust and debris in the air ducts. I could tell from the amount of dust on my furniture immediately after I cleaned. Everyone was informative about what they were doing and why. They were extremely respectful of my home. I really felt as though it was family doing the work. Since the cleaning the table tops don't need to be dusted daily and I was shocked at how quickly my clothes dried the next time I did the laundry. I know that I WILL call them then next time I need air ducts or dryer vents cleaned. Thanks Roger/Chad/Jeremiah.

They were scheduled to arrive at 9:00am but Roger called to say they were delayed and would be here by 10:00 and they were. Roger, his son Chad & his nephew were personable and professional. They got right to work and explained things as they went along. My furnace was a little hard to access because it was in a closet but they figured out the best way for the hook-up. They cleaned each of the 15 individual air ducts, supply lines and furnace compartment, then vacuumed them with their large powerful vacuum that was set up outside the front door. They sanitized the air ducts and cleaned the dryer vent at no extra charge. My dryer vent was very long with a turn in the middle so they cleaned from inside and then again from the outside on my patio. Roger suggested he replace my old dryer vent hose with a new up-to-code foil one, which he did. They were very respectful of my carpeting, even wearing booties to cover their shoes when they went in and out and went out of their way to pay attention to my dog who wanted to watch them work. These guys really know what they are doing and even though it cost a bit more than some other commonly advertised companies, they and their system are well worth it.

Rare combination of exceptional service and extremely fair pricing. Cannot recommend highly enough. Roger, Chad and Jeremiah redid our duct cleaning after we received poor service from another company. Throughout the project, they went above and beyond to explain their services, give recommendations, and performed extra work free of charge (replacing an air filter, fixing dampers, covering a return vent).

Roger and Chad were EXTREMELY diligent and thorough. I was impressed by the amount of time they took to prepare the ducts for the cleaning (including removing our in-line duct fans). Chad explained the steps involved in the cleaning and let me know how things were progressing. Chad and Roger went above and beyond merely cleaning the ducts, by relocating one of my floor vents and re-setting a couple of the dampers on the ducts. Both of those changes increased air flow to the bedrooms. They left our house in a very clean condition. Roger and Chad were very pleasant, honest and professional. It was nice to see a father and son work so nicely together. I definitely recommend them.

Chad and Roger were awesome. They explained everything they were going to do and even showed me things along the way. I just moved into this house and I don't think the ducts have ever been cleaned. They did an amazing job, including removing vents that were stuck to the wall under several coats of paint! They had to cut into the duct work for access (which worried me unnecessarily) and patched the holes to perfection when they finished. Chad even marked the dampers for me so I'd know which we to set them for summer vs winter and Roger cleaned out my filter to my furnace without even being asked. The process took several hours and was well worth it.

Chad and his dad, Roger arrived as scheduled and promptly went to work. Care was taken to explain all steps to me. The truck is really a large vacuum that draws air into the vents, and right out the house so at no time was any dirt, dust, or oder present in the house. All equipment and tools were in excellent shape, and Chad & Roger were professional. Their truck was professionally organized; their equipment clean which are signs of a quality professional. Later when I turned the heat on, no dust was present on the glass table, as there was prior to their work. They gave me a good look at what had been residing in my ducts the last 15 years; not something you'd want your friends to know you'd been growing.

They were punctual and very professional and pleasant to work with.

Believe it or not I received a well detailed estimate and explation of services over the phone. The procedure takes some hours but they explain everything that they are doing before and during service. Both are friendly. We are so glad that we went with them compared to others; due to them being cheaper, well reviewed, and years of experienced. Please note that a window and/or door will be open during procedure, while AC/Furnace remain off.

Chad spent a lot of time in our crawl space and I'm sure he managed to get debris cleaned out that had been sitting there for years!
