Description of Work: Went very well, knowledgeable staff, sanitized the system, cleaned the furnace and the blower motor cage, and cleaned the dryer vent. 2nd time we used them, took 3-4 weeks before they could get here, but we weren’t in a rush.

Description of Work: When I originally called get information on the service they took the time to thoroughly explain the duct cleaning process and answer all of my questions. When service was performed Duct Masters arrived on time, again explained the process as they were working and made sure any additional questions I had were answered. They were thorough, friendly and so clean you didn't even know they were here (except for the clean ducts/no dust of course!). They were a pleasure to work with and I would certainly hire them again.

Description of Work: Called Roger to clean dryer vent. Problem is my vent requires a 30' ladder. which he doesn't not have. He quickly referred me to a colleague whom could do the job.

Description of Work: Roger and his helper, Junior, called the day after I called them and said they could do the job that day. When they arrived they located the dryer vent on the roof. ( I thought that it was at ground level0. They removed the filter screen at the roof end which was completely clogged, cleaned the entire vent, and then replaced a section that was leaking. An A-1 job that was completely satisfactory. We will happily recommend Duct Masters.

Explained in detail what thet were doing and why. Cut holes in duct work to make sure job was done correctly and repaired duct work professionally. Job took 25% longer than expected since we had duct work in crawl space that was not easy to access. Did not change quoted price and worked fast and hard entire time they were here. Even replaced some old vents covers that were rusty at no extra charge and they are like $8.00 each at Menards. I will definitely used them again and would recommend them to everyone. All the great things I read on Angie's list about this company were accurate and true. Look no further this is the company you want to do your ducts.
