My experience with Duct Masters was delightful. Not only were they very thorough, Chad, Roger and Sebastian were friendly and professional. The job took a little longer than necessary, not because of the company but because of all the snow, but they stayed and finished without ever seeming hurried and rushed. The price for this cleaning was fair and never wavered from the original quote. Chad and Roger showed me everything they were pulling out of the vent system and what process they were using. I was extremely satisfied with this company, the price of service and the results. Members of my family suffer from allergies and we felt an immediate change in the quality of the air after the cleaning. We would recommend this company and this type of vent cleaning without any reservations.

I phoned Duct Masters for a quote to clean the air ducts in our house after having a wood floor installed. Roger explained in great detail the process their company employs and how it differed from an air duct cleaning I had about 10 years ago. I have a daughter with air born allergies, so I wanted as thorough a job as possible. We set up an appointment for 2 days later. Roger had truck trouble on our appointment day, but called in advance to tell me and ask if I still wanted him to come late. I appreciated that and it was no problem. We had problems along the way, with return vents being painted over and the other vents being glued into the ceiling. Who knew? We were notified of every problem and they were very respectful of our home. Our final problem was connecting the alarm system back up at the very end of the day. It turns out that when they disconnected the alarm form the basement window, a pin inside the piece on the window fell out and they could not get the alarm back online. Roger offered to pay for the alarm company visit. The alarm company came out the next morning and found the problem and fixed it right away. I asked them to check my daughter's smoke alarm while they were there. Turns out her smoke detector was going out and I had to have it replaced. I called Roger and told him I would split the cost of the visit with him, since I had work done on his dime, so to speak. So, we split the cost of the home visit. I thought that was very professional and appropriate when they offered to pay for the alarm company to come out. I would absolutely Duct Masters again.

They arrived late due to mechanical troubles, but they called before the appointed time to let us know. They set up their huge vacuum system and had to be a bit creative in how to hook it up to our old duct system. We have an older home, built in 1947, that has a forced-air system that was adapted to a gravity (octopus) system. The house has had a fair share of remodeling done by previous owners/contractors and some by myself. There were unexpected challenges due to some of the bizarre duct routing, but they had creative solutions to get the job done. They even made a repair to some of the poor duct work done by one of those previous contractors at no extra charge. They also discovered a problem with the design one of the intakes (rendering it completely ineffective) and another problem with one of the supplies that had been closed off when our kitchen was remodeled by a previous owner. Overall they were very friendly, professional, and thorough. Roger and Chad are happy to take the time to explain in detail what they are doing and why. They don't cut corners as they spent almost 6 hours doing the job that they expected to take only 4. They obviously take great pride in their work.

The overall expierence was great. They were a nice group of people and I'd recommend them to anyone that needed a good duct cleaning.

We moved into our home several months ago. We noticed that even with fresh paint and open windows that the home had a musty smell. We considered that the duct work was probably dirty/dusty. I contracted with Duct Masters based on a phone conversation and verbal bid. Roger, John and Chad arrived promptly at the appointed time. They were curtious and professional while in my home. They brought in a heavy-duty vacuum system that they ran through a basement window to the furnace. They removed every intake and return vent cover in the house. One-by-one, they cleaned the vent line with an air hose that had a tube on the end of it that whipped around, knocking down built-up dust along it's way. With the long air hose they could clean all the way down from the second floor to the furnace---getting everything along the way. The duct work was filthy with build-up from the years. It's possible that they had never been cleaned. Roger and his crew spent 6-1/2 hours cleaning the system from each vent to the furnace. When they were done and every cover was back in place, you never would have known they were here---nothing out of place. My house now smells fresh and even the furnace blower sounds like it moves more air! It was worth every penny!

Very well. Aside from a slight arival time miscommunication, evereything was as they said it would be. Honestly, I may have gotten the start time wrong, but it didn't matter, because I was working at home anyway and it didn't affect my schedule at all.

The overall experience was great. He gave me an estimate over the phone and it was right on. I had an estimate from another company that was more than twice what he was charging. They came to my house with a big truck and a huge vaccuume. They were very polite and showed us what had come out of the ducts. I was pretty gross. I guess the previous owners had never had them cleaned out before. I felt much safer bringing my infant and toddler to live in this house after they cleaned them out. I am recommending them to everyone I know.

They were fine. They were prompt and efficient. They were clean and did what they had to do. They were definitely one of the lower priced companies.

I got estimate over the phone providing ft2 number (2400) and number of vents, and after service was completed I paid exact the same amount. Technician arrived on time, gave me exact description of work. He used a camera to show me vents condition before service, it was in very bad condition, and after service was completed it looked very clean, I also noticed improvement in air quality.I am happy with service and results.

Father and son business. I couldn't be more pleased with result or service. They explained the process and spent 4-6 hours on the job. They were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. The ducts were a disaster after a 6 month renovation project. The amount of dust and debris collected was amazing. When they left I felt comfortable moving back in the house and not worrying about the quality of air. I strongly recommend this company for duct cleaning.

This father and son team come with all their own equipment--they are not subcontractors for someone else's company. They spent over four hours at my house, on a Sunday no less. They even were able to re-route a supply vent for me with little trouble. I took before and after pics with my digital camera and the change was awe-inspiring. One little snafu: during the process some dirt got onto some clothing in a closet, but they adjusted the price to pay for what it cost me to clean the articles. (It happened due to an unusual vent configuration, not anything foreseeable on their part). They charge more than the $100 coupons everyone gets in the mail, but you get what you pay for. And I didn't have to take any time off of work to have it done!

My wife called them and they came in quickly. They were great. They were very professional. They were knowledgeable and educational. They were very thorough and good at talking. They explained the entire process very clearly. They charged $500 but one of my neighbors had it done for $300. I explained the different components. One of them was certified so we liked that. They had the best equipment for the job. Our house is a medium sized ranch. I had no problem with the price.

When I originally called, I spoke with Roger who was very thorough in explaining the process, what makes them different from other companies, and what they charge. They are a family owned and operated company, which I also really liked. The day the work was scheduled to be done, Roger and his crew arrived and assessed the parts of my home they would need access to (basement windows, vents, etc.) Because of some remodeling and painting that I had had done, they were unable to complete the job. I greatly appreciated their honesty and that they didn't butcher my home. This is exactly the kind of company I want working on my house. Should I resolve my home's issues, I would definitely call them again!

We recently purchased a home that had been owned by someone with four cats. We are both allergic to cats. In addition, we engaged in a pretty significant rehab project in the house. So, there was a lot of dirt, dust, hair, etc. that had accumulated. They were SO wonderful throughout the process, they are extremely professional and reputable, and their equipment far exceeded expectations. We are so pleased with the work they did. It's going to take a long time for the ducts to get that bad again, but when they do, we will certainly be calling on Duct Masters again!

Roger Allen gave me the best description of what they do and why also quality of equipment they use. Roger and son Chad arrived on time. After a friendly introduction they showed me exactly what they'd be doing. They quickly set up their cleaning apparatus and cleaned all vents and intakes, furnace lines and branches. They were careful not to scratch or chip paint. I used their coupon and got our dryer vent cleaned at no extra cost. Other companies charge $150-375 for that service!
