I called for an estimate which they gave me by phone. Because they were in the area on another job, they were able to come out that very day. When they arrived they found that they were able to accomplish the cleaning more easily than anticipated, so they charged LESS than the estimate! What a pleasant surprise!

They were punctual, friendly, accommodating to our kids and dogs, kept the work space clean and explained the process along the way. They advised us about options for replacing our seriously dirty, outdated vent covers. I would hire them again and have referred them to several family members. Roger, Chad and Jeremiah were wonderful to work with.

Mr. Allen described his cleaning process after I explained the fore-mentioned problems. He answered all my questions and we agreed on an appointment date. On that day, the equipment was set up with the vacuum hose going through the back door down to the basement since the glass-block windows were too small to acccommodate the eight-inch hose. The cleaning job turned out to be more complex and worse than anticipated. The system had five lines and only one had been cleaned by the company hired in 1992 to do the job. Various debris such as dog food, prescription bottles etc swept into the ducts by the five children, were found along with soot, dog hair and dust. Roger and his two sons, Chad and Jeremiah had to cut holes in the duct system to clean it out thoroughly. These were resealed afterward. The Allens said they usually have to shut down the equipment once or twice to clean out the grates. In our case this had to be done five or six times. The system was that dirty. The job lasted almost seven hours. I can't praise the Allens enough. What an AWESOME team! They were professional, efficient, and courteous and never missed a beat when stopped to answer more questions.They also cleaned up when through, including scrubbing and setting the vents back in place. I would not hesitate to recommmend them to anyone. You have no idea what a change this has made in our environment. We no longer have dust and dog hairs blowing around. Our throats are not clogged upon waking up mornings and even more important----the heat is evenly distributed .The furnace goes on when the set temperature is down and shuts itself off when reaching the proper setting. Would I hire them again? YES,YES AND YES!!

We could not be happier or more satisfied with the service provided by Duct Masters. Besides being friendly and affable Roger and Chad and crew were prompt, professional, meticulous and incredibly proficient at their craft. We highly recommend Duct Masters. The price was exactly as quoted and was more than fair considering the over four hours they worked on the job.

Roger, Jeremiah, and Chad were amazing! All 3 were very professional and approachable. They showed me exactly what was happening when, where, and why. The ducts actually had gravel in them! But not anymore. :) They even scrubbed all of the register vents clean. They also taught me how to replace the oddly positioned furnace filters and even fixed the drain hose from the central humidifier. Overall, I was very happy with the trio and their work. I now feel like my family and I can breathe better in the new home. Thanks guys!

As a new homeowner, we noticed that we were seeing a lot more dust in the house than were we previously lived. Also, having had our basement remodeled after some minor flooding, we knew there was a fair amount of drywall dust in the duct work. After reading the reviews on Angie's List, I gave Roger a call and spoke with him at length about our house. He quoted me a price and we set a date for service. Roger and his son showed up on time and spent several hours getting our ducts cleaned. They were very good at showing us the dirty ducts and explaining what they were going to do. It was amazing to see all the dust and dirt that they removed from out airways. The price was very fair and we will use them again in a few years, as they recommend.

Father and 2 sons arrived on time and inspected my HVAC system and ducts. They spent time planning their approach and made me aware of everything they would do. They pointed out problems with the system - things that were inherent in the house when it was constructed - and how I can compensate to balance HVAC on 3 floors of my house. They went above and beyond expectations!

I wanted to get our air ducts clean soon after we bought our house since the previous owner had lived their for close to 10 yrs and they had dogs and cats. I wasn't sure if they had the air ducts cleaned before so decided to get it done. I went on Angie's list and Duct Master's was highly recommended. I called Roger and from day one he was very professional and the work his team (Chad and Kyle) did was top notch. They were very thorough, diligent, courteous and explained the process to us (the ducts still had some construction debris so it looked like the previous owner had not gotten the ducts cleaned before). We really appreciated it. The work (approx 8 hrs) took longer than expected but that was due to the number of vents (40) they had to inspect and clean. They cleaned up very well afterwards. The price came in as expected. I definitely would recommend them.

The father-son team was great. They were personable and answered any question. They took the time to explain things to me and showed me how things worked. I would gladly have them here again and recommend them to my neighbors. They all love dogs and didn't mind that my dog followed them like a lost puppy around the house.

We were extremely happy with our experience with Duct Masters. Roger, Chad and Jeremiah were very personable and they were thorough in their explanation of the entire process. They responded quickly and were on time. We would certainly use them again in the future.

I called them and I wanted somebody to check my furnace as well. So, they said they were sorry because they were booked that day and they said that they would come by two days later which was the 10th of March. The owner called me that morning and said that he was very sorry. He said that they couldn’t come because his son who worked with him was sick. So, he wouldn’t be able to help. They needed two people. He asked me if he could give me a call on Saturday and reschedule. I told him that was fine. They called on Saturday and said that they were in the area. They said that they could come by in about 30 minutes, which was great. Then they came and I was very happy with them. They not only cleaned the dryer vents, but they also pulled out the way it had been installed by another company. Then they fixed that and reinstalled it. They moved the dryer over. The other company had installed the dryer vent that was intended to be pushed up by the wall and it had a side vent on it. The way they had installed it, I couldn’t even close the door in my laundry room and I couldn’t get that company out to change it. So, Duct Masters Inc. pulled the dryer out. They fixed it, so I could close the door. They moved the dryer over closer to the washing machine. They re-mounted the washing machine which had been messed up when another company had come out. Then they literally started looking around for other things in my laundry room that were missing. When the water heater had been installed, the pipe was supposed to run to the drain and that wasn’t right. So, Duct Masters fixed that in one minute. They were literally looking around for things that weren’t done correctly. I really thought about offering dinner and having them stay for a while so that they could look for things. I was very happy with them. The price they charged was very fair for the time they were here. They were here about an hour or so. I paid them $110 for their service. It was $95 for the cleaning and $10 to $15 extra for the materials that they put in for reinstalling the dryer. They didn’t break it out as a different charge. They moved the dryer over about 8 inches and it was so much better for me. The price was reasonable since they did a few extra things for me. I had looked at other places to see what they were charging. They did call me to reschedule, but I understood exactly and it wasn’t a big deal. I was going to leave for work and then come home to meet them. So, he called me early enough so that I hadn’t left the office early to meet them. So, their responsiveness was good. We would definitely use them again.

They were on time, very neat and explained what they were doing in detail. They did some duct repair work we didn't know we needed at no additional cost and solved some problems with hidden vents that were preventing maximum air flow to the second floor. They went beyond what we expected and worked overtime without complaint or additional charges. I highly recommend them.

I liked everything about Duct Masters Inc. Company. They were great people. They provided great customer service. They explained everything really well. They were very neat and clean. They did a good job. They were really personable. I would use them again in the future.

I have had duct cleaning service before, by a different company. So I had some experience with which to compare this service. Well...what difference! I cannot say enough nice things about these guys. They were extremely thorough. They moved furniture and found ducts I didn't even remember I had. They spent about 6 hours here, doing everything the right way. They actually cut holes in the duct system (and later repaired them,) to get to all the dust and debris in the system. They cleaned and replaced with new, the dryer vent. They even noticed, I had portable air purifiers in various rooms and cleaned the filters on the units with their powerful vac. After the cleaning, they sprayed all the vents with sanitizer, moved everything back in place, and left the house spotless. He even showed me how to tweak the dampers in the system to have more efficient use of a/c in summer and heat in winter. It is now several days later, and I never recall having such fresh air circulating throughout my home.! These guys did a wonderful job. They were well worth the money to get the job done right! It is quite obvious they take pride in their work and their company!

We had our air ducts cleaned when we moved into the house 20 years ago, but recently had the furnace replaced and wanted to have the air ducts cleaned again. Roger asked detailed questions about our house and gave us an accurate estimate on the phone. One of their crew was unavailable the day of the work, but Roger and Chad made sure that the job was done thoroughly and professionally. Their cleaning system is substantially better than the equipment that was used 20 years ago. They were here nearly 7 hours, and cleaned every inch of the vents. They explained the process as they went, were careful to protect the house, and cleaned up after the work was done. Cleaning of the dryer vent was included in the price of the job, but I had cleaned it myself about a month earlier, so I asked them to skip that part of the job. You could tell the difference in the quality of the air immediately. I have already recommended them to friends.

They were very professional and courteous. They definitely seemed to know what they were doing. They walked me through each step very patiently with all my questions.

When I called Duct Masters Roger (the father in this father and son owned business) talked to me for a half hour on how my house was built with respect to duct locations, furnace location, etc. An appointment was made and all three men (Roger, Chad, and Kyle) arrived on time. They were very careful when removing and replacing the vents over the ducts. They spent four to five hours working on my house. I received excellent advice on which furnace filters to use (Natural Aire from Home Depot) and which ones not to use (Filrete from 3M). The more expensive filter is not the best filter.They did not create any type of mess in the house and the cleaned up the areas they worked in. Chad repaired the dryer vent exhaust where it was attached to the wall. Everything these fellows did was well done. And it was a pleasure to talk to all of them.

They were careful with our new paint and flooring, and explained thoroughly everything they would do before beginning work. The job was completed within the time frame they estimated. Our house is much cleaner now. They also provided good advice on which type of furnace filter to use. Chad even installed some new heat registers that we hadn't had a chance to install yet.

Father and Son, very friendly and in front of the house right on time. They spent a lot of time making sure it is clean enough. I personally liked the attitude of Son, He really does love what he is doing. He made sure, i understand what they were doing every step in the process. No hassle and they cleanup after themselves. I liked the work they did and don't mind recommending to my friends in and around me.

It turned out fantastic. They worked for hours. The vents were never clean. They were above and beyond anything I expected. They treated my house as if it was their own.

Roger, Chad and Sebastian did a fantastic job. They really took their time and did it right. They also explained exactly what they were doing to my husband and I and gave us a little "lesson" on the way our vents are set up to help us better heat/cool our house.

They arrived on time, cleaned all duct work, even found a towel in a cold air return. They were very professional, cleaned all of the grates, explained exactly what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. I called Duct Masters to get a quote for cleaning our air ducts based on great reviews on Angie's List after opening one of the registers of the home we had just purchased and finding a layer of dust about 6 inches thick. It was so impressive that my best friend who was helping me get the house ready to move-in had to whip out her iPhone immediately to memorialize it in pictures. It definitely explained why I was constantly congested over the past month as I worked on the house (I'm very allergic to dust). Roger gave me a very fair quote for cleaning the ducts in my house and he and Sebastian and his son, Chad, showed up to start work right on time. The first thing they noticed was that it appeared that there had been an aborted attempt to clean the ducts at some point in time (not a good sign). Fortunately, they were up to the massive task of being the first people to actually penetrate the previously impenetrable ductwork in my house. They were unbelievable. Seriously. They were at my house for 10 hours - analyzing the ductwork and its functionality (we had two ducts that were stuffed with insulation and not really connected to the system that they were able to shut off), cleaning the ducts, cleaning my 50 year-old register covers, answering every one of my questions, etc. Roger even watched my kids (5 and 2) so that Chad could show me what was going on with my system. In addition to performing the standard duct cleaning, Chad really investigated what they could do to get my furnace to run more efficiently. The previous homeowner had built an addition in which the vents were placed all the way up the wall, putting a strain on the system. Chad crawled into my crawlspace to investigate the ductwork and Roger created new vents toward the bottom of the wall to increase airflow. Chad and Roger also re-routed my intake vent so that instead of sucking in air from the dirtiest part of my basement, the intake took in air from the big open rec room. Much better. And of course, while they were doing all of this, Sebastian was working away to make sure that my vents were not only clean, but immaculate. Even after working a very long day, they all came back the next day because Chad had an idea as to how to better insulate the ductwork under my crawlspace to limit heat/air loss. Again, the whole team was just amazing. My house smells so much better and my daughter who, like me, is very sensitive to dust went from sneezing whenever she visited to the house to sleeping peacefully in her new room.

Roger and his crew were careful to make sure our floors were well cared for. He took time to explain every step in the process. You can do this kind of work at several different levels. I'm confidnent that Roger went out of his way to do the most thorough job you can possibly do - he takes pride in his work and he does it for a fair price. Go with Duct Masters - look no further!
