Description of Work: A nice young lady from Unique came to the house and gave me an estimate. I had called because I believed my furnace had stopped working. She looked at the system, gave me the estimate and left. My second company then came to give me an estimate. He said the furnace stopped working because the furnace door was not on tight. The person from Unique never said or caught this simple problem.
