Description of Work: Toptec did a basic cleaning and check of furnace. He confirmed that the furnace was in good working condition so no further work was needed. He was on time, efficient, and friendly. We would use their services in the future.

Description of Work: The serviceman was professional, thorough, polite and punctual. What I did not like was the difficulty in scheduling with the office. The attitude of the customer service persons was what you can expect of a robot. Any deviation from the windows they set for the serviceman to come costs additional $50. I am not used to their extreme inflexibility (like a delay of 40 minutes) so, I would try them again, but if their scheduling is so difficult, then I would find a business that is more accommodating.

Description of Work: He installed a new electrical outlet for a basement refrigerator and fixed an exterior outlet that was not working. While he did a good job and was very nice, he charged $25 for every quarter hour after the first hour. The last 15 min he used my bathroom, wrote up my invoice and put his tools in his truck, all of which he charged me for (which he said was their policy that he put his tools in the truck while on the clock). I did not appreciate that so will not call them back. I felt as if I was being taken advantage of.

Description of Work: Company provided a very responsive and competent technician to inspect and correct a malfunctioning boiler. Boiler was not cycling correctly at the upper limit. Technician checked cycling functionality and everything was back to working order. He made some additional recomendations and we agreed to plan for a fall cleaning and check.
